The day was filled with promises, even though dawn had just broke over the horizon of the herd lands. Dew still collected along the grass and leaves, the light wind blowing to make it seem like a sort of mist along the area. Birds called out in pleasure at them waking up; at the prospect of breakfast and flying around in joy throughout the day. The herd was quiet, as it always was. Very rarely did anything happen that cause a huge dramatic problem. This place was peaceful, loving, easy-going. It was home, and anyone who needed one, was easily welcomed within the ranks, no matter what their background was. Everyone was welcome, and no one seemed to mind this. It was a home that anyone would ever want to live within.
And that was why Bellezza had come here.
The mare was already awake, leaving the small nest of a bed that her and Baroque shared during the night. She liked to wake up early, when the stars were still visible in the sky, when the sun was barely peeking over to light up the night sky and greet the morning and day. So, with a light heart, Bellezza wandered the herd ground, having left her love to sleep in a little more, since he was more so used to excerting energy throughout the day. The mare lowered her head, the silver white locks and ringlets shifting along her neck and shoulders, before draping somewhat near her face. She nibbled at the sweet, dew covered grass, loving the taste, the feel. It was the best grass. The mixture between the water and the greens was amazing. She ate for a few more moments, before, with a slight shift, her head lifted up and she stared toward the sky once more. It was getting lighter out now, and she was able to see a little better.
Shaking out her body lightly, Bellezza left the ground where she had been eating. She wandered back toward where she had left the warmth of Baroque. With a slight dip of her head, she smiled and got a slightly playful smile. She moved as quietly as she could, trying to sneak, though her jewelry clinked lightly against her body. She ducked down a bit more, before leaning to lip at his hair, and tug on it lightly, playfully. She could stand wandering around by herself for a bit, but after some time, she needed someone to interact with. She knew the Usdia family that rested not far from their own resting spot, but she wanted to spend more time with Baroque, since lately he'd been scouting a lot to help he herd. So, the mare continued to lip and tug at his golden locks, trying to rouse him.

Baroque always enjoyed his sleep, where he could dream to his hearts content. He always knew that as soon as he woke up it would be business as usual. Of course not all days were busy and all days were fun, or at least he always tried to make them fun. Where would be the joy in boring days? Thankfully in his herd, they didn't have to worry about many dangers.
He was slowly starting to wake up himself, when he felt a tug at his hair. He pretended to doze through up and with more tugging when eventually gave her a yawn. He knew before looking up exactly who it would be, partially because of her trinkets jingles, but mostly because it was always her. He didn't go a day without waking up next to her anymore. He loved having her at his side, Bell was just the most wonderful mare. He liked to think that he had found in Bellezza, what his father had found in his mother.
"Good morning Bell." Baroque yawned out as he got up to his feet and shook out his mane. He clomped around just a bit to shake off the sleep and than he nuzzled his mate softly. "What would you like to do today? I don't think I have any plans." The whole day was there's to explore wherever they wished. Or maybe they could just find some others in the herd to chat with.

Bellezza smiled lightly, watching her mate. She tugged at his hair a bit more, careful not to harm him. The way he slept, it made Bellezza want to giggle. He was just so cute, and adorable, and lovable, and she could go on and on. But for now, she was going to focus on the fact that the love of her life was waking up finally. She knew he was faking his sleeping, so she gave a gentle n** to his ear; not enough to hurt, but to be felt enough to make him stir. When he yawned, she backed up a couple steps, and watched him with gentle eyes. Her head tilted to the side, before she gave her tail a gentle flick, and lowered her head, watching him with bright eyes.
"Good morning, Baroque." Bellezza said, her voice like a bird singing. She shifted some, allowing him to stand, before looking up at him. He was taller than her, and she didn't care in the least. She actually liked it. At the feel of the nuzzling, she shifted her head, and nuzzled him back, giving him a light kiss against his throat, before looking up at him quite excitedly. If he had the day off, and didn't have to go scout, they could spend more time together! She could even talk to him about wanting children, since she hadn't brought it up just yet. But that would be later, when he was more awake.
Giggling softly, Bellezza stared up at him with joy. She tried to contain her excitement, but her leg kept lifting off the ground, and tapping the earth beneath her hooves. "We could go swimming! Oooh! Or go explore the woods near the herd boarders! Or even just go for a walk or something. The day is ours, Baroque, and the only thing holding us back is our minds. Let's do something fun!" She said, her voice filled with joy and excitement.
