Plain and simple. This way it frees up the OOC talk for actuall OOC reguarding the story.
Here you can all feel free to random chat or even goof off in character out of a typical story setting.
For example:
Walks over and hits Nuie. "Your couch is the most uncomfortable thing in the world, and why Spider-man sheets? Are you freakin 12?"
