The Pro-Harmony Coalition
This coalition is dedicated to supporting both humans and Pokemon to live together peacefully and understand one another. They are very much about peace between both parties and believe that all of their differences can be resolved through words and discussion. It seems to good to be true, really...
The Usurpers
A band of Gijinka have banded have formed to stand against humans. Tired of oppression, abuse, and being treated as less, the former Pokemon work against the humans to gain control of all the regions. However whether they seek to actually harm or are actually in pursuit of equality is uncertain...

Having thought about it, Insidia will accidentally be signing up for the Pro-Harmony faction (in pursuit of study).
Narcissus will remain neutral, but will most likely end up accompanying Insidia.
