Inspired from a "lovely" PM I received, what does it mean to be in God's presence? Is it physical, emotional, intellectual, a combination of all of it? Is it the same for every person or is it different? If it's different, is the difference so great that it's unrecognizable to others? What differentiates an experience with God from something else?

I can only say,
What does it mean to be in God's presence? I don't know, I was 5ish when I chose to follow God. That being said, I don't know if I have gotten used to it or what... but, I just don't know.
The church I go to says, that I am in His presence when I am in the church it self. Yet, at the same time the church is any location where two or more gather in his name. So that would make the internet too?
Ether way, unless if you count the tingly feeling one gets, every so often..I don't feel anything special in church...
Is it physical, emotional, intellectual, a combination of all of it? I believe it is a combination of the three
Is it the same for every person or is it different? You wouldn't approach your brother the same way you approach your mother.. father... aunt... uncle... friends... Why would God approach everyone the same way?
If it's different, is the difference so great that it's unrecognizable to others? Some times, see the above post.
What differentiates an experience with God from something else? I don't know

A BIG GIANT OLD MAN STANDING IN FR---shot-
Nah seriously, I think it's just like... spiritual warmth... an uplifting feeling... Something that destroys fatigue, destroys negative emotion... boosts up your positives, makes you energetic... that is what it's like to be with God... It;s just... a great feeling you can't expressing with words because it's different for everyone? But that is the point...

rmcdra a combination of all of it Having no authority to speak of anything but my own experience, I would say this. A combination of every aspect of oneself being in communion with God. Perhaps it is not experienced by everyone in the same way, because of course we are all individuals, but it is the same in essence because God is the same in essence. Also, it is not completely, I think, an individual thing because in addition to communing with God as individuals, also we commune with God as part of a group, as part of humanity, and as part of the world in general.
