Our Official Timeline and Checklist
Now that the school year is over, and I'm going to do my best to make sure that we stay on schedule!
Ongoing - All thread art and banners are due
August 1st - Game details are completed
August 2nd - Test thread for crossword puzzle up
(in the intermittent time, fix anything you see needs to be fixed)
August 2nd - Schedule with school dream is set
August 6th - Thread is ready to go, all prizes are bought, and any kinks in the plot are fixed
August 9th - All remaining kinks and grammar issued have been fixed.
August 10th - The ball starts at noon!
There are two items I think should be addressed that haven't been brought up yet.
1) Decorative art - Are we ordering any? The rooms look kind of plain without random pieces of art to make the room like nice. I was thinking something along the lines of masks, crystals, clouds, pixies, swirls, etc...
2) Fundraising - Are we going to try a mini fundraiser to get a little extra funds? We could auction off a couple pieces of art, and maybe an OC story with it.

- Figure out who is doing what art
- Commission art
- Figure out who is doing banners
- Commission banners
- Figure out what games we are having
- Assign games to people and format them
- Buy prizes for contests and games
- Get list of headings for all banners
- Figure out who is doing post styles
- Write character descriptions
- Write personal bios
- Write room rules
- Work out kinks with plot
- Work out kinks with games
- Work out scheduling difficulties, and apply them to the plot
- Write room intro and make it perfect
- Get sig art
