Hey there!
Welcome to the guild, though I'm new here as well. xd
Do you have some samples? Just so I can get a feel of what characters you like to write and see if I have something that would be a good compliment to them?
I'm an anime hater as well and generally only do real pictures.
My biggest compliant with 1x1s is that people seem to advertise for character dynamics a lot (Police OfficerxExotic Dancer, VampirexNun, etc) and not the larger plot.
I'm very plot driven.
Maybe too much. Hmmm....

Well, I've been kinda dying to do a teacher x student or boyfriend x pregnant girlfriend kind of roleplay recently sweatdrop But I do have the bigger plots. Here is what I can do if I'm given enough to work with. 4laugh ≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎ Adely walked into class with her best friend Brittany and sat in front, looking towards her english teacher with a small smile. The girl had a impulsive crush on him for what had seemed like forever and just couldn't help but stare. Even if he noticed, she didn't care. Adely loves his bright blue eyes that reminded her of the ocean and his dark brown hair that you could just run you fingures through all the time. The teen had gotten to know Mr.Anderson very well in the last few months, for he'd been helping her with her reading skills. She knew things about him that other students didn't; Like how him and his wife have been fighting constantly for the past year. Adely could relate to that, she and her boyfriend of four years have been in agruements that often ended in tears for the past three or four months. The girl wasn't as stupid as he thought, she knew he was cheating, but Adely was just waiting for him to grow the balls to tell her.
Adely got our of her daze when Brittany shook her. She couldn't help but daze off ever so often though, Mr.Anderson was in her mind so much, sometimes it kept her up at night. Just laying in bed as her parents, either drunk or high, fought. His smile, able to dismiss all the painful words people have ever said to her. The way he spoke to her with respect right away. How his eyes lit up whenever she got something correct. The idea of her and him being together almost never left her mind, but she felt hopeless that he would never even think of being with her. He was in his thirties and married. Yes, he and his wife have been fighting and frankly he's spent more time at school then at home with her, but that didn't change much. Plus, Adely had a boyfriend, and no matter how much of a pig and jerk he was, he just had this was of putting her under a spell, charming her with these words only to hurt her once again. Adely felt as though her heart belogned to someone rather then her boyfriend, but yet somehow, in a weird and different way, that he'd found this out and knew just what to say and do to make her stay. Adely felt trapped with him, but with Mr.Anderson she felt free, like a bird in the night's sky.
Adely smiled, just barely listening to Brittany as she complained about her car breaking down just the day before. In Adely's point of view, Brittany had nothing to complain about. Her parents are happily married, she's in a wonderous relationship, if she ever needs money she can get it easily, doesn't work, and gets whatever she wants. This made the teen wonder why she was even friends with her. Adely just thought at Brittany was a "my glass is haft empty" kinda of girl while as was a "my glass is haft full" kind of girl. Adely rarely ever complained about anything. If she felt she needed to get something out, she'd either write it or talk to Mr.Anderson about it. That's something she loved about him, he listened and never gave her advice unless she asked for it first. She was infactuated with him and only Brittany knew about it. ≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎

Alright! Well thanks for the sample. To be fair, here is a link to a thread with a few of my samples. Mainly just the writing but I threw the last one in to show the sort of formating that I can do. Generally I'm not very fancy. The last one is actually one where I used an animated image (it was required and I liked the story, so I submitted). Though I'm comfortable with a variety of genres and characters. I tend to actually make better men than women oddly.... I bet a psychologist would have something really cunning and hurtful to say about that. xd In any case, I just started a new 1x1 and the contest for this guild should be starting soon ::crossing fingers:: But I'd be interested in doing a one on one with you. Just perhaps if we could wait until after the contest starts? Perhaps do some plotting before then?

Oh and Warning
I let someone read those samples recently and she thought the one was sort of pornographic.
...I didn't get that and I had posted it in a guild and no one else thought it was bad.
Edgy, sure. But not over the line.
So if you are easily offended or whatnot I could always just post a sample here that is safe.

Sorry about yesterday. Very busy around these parts.
So my idea:
Going with the Student x Teacher idea that you said that you were interested in.
Starting off something like your sample with a student having a crush on her teacher. He is retired military and still really fit and capable.
She is staying after school working on a project and they are both witness to a crime and have to flee from the bad guys.
They try to call the police but a detective is in with the bad guys and they are captured but manage to escape.
They try to get to her parents but they have already been taken or killed.
So they have to travel under the radar to get to an old military friend of his and along the way romance occurs.
Anyway, just an idea.
What do you think? Any possibility?

Excellent! I'm glad that you like it.
So do we want to start working on developing our characters and fill iin a few plot holes along the way?
Even when I do something relaxed I always like to do a profile skeleton for my character just so I'm filling in all of the gaps.
You don't have to, but I'll forward you whatever I come up with for my guy.
Sound good?
Any initial thoughts that you have about the characters?
Any subject that you would prefer that he should teach? I was thinking history.
As far as why they were after school together it could be- she was serving detention with him(lol)/she was working on a project for his class and had stayed after to do a presentation or ask for help/he runs an afterschool study group and they happened to be walking out together talking about class or whatnot when they came upon the crime.
What is the crime?
I'm guessing since the cops are involved, we are talking about organized crime.
So perhaps the mafia is running a drug trade through the school. There have been a few runaways lately but the crime rate is going up so it isn't a total surprise. However, they kids didn't actually run away, they were murdered by the lower crime ring after some combination of embezzling money/threatening to go to the police/etc. So I'm thinking that the teacher and student happen upon an arguement, hang back and see the mob leader there ordering someone to kill a kid. However t&s get seen and have to run.
This is all just ideas. Feel free to change/add/nix anything.
