This is the mansion portion of the Kumogakure village, this is where the Raikage lives, and where you will go to accept missions or speak to your Kage.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|Ninjutsu|├▬  Raito was sitting in his chair at his desk with his right elbow propped up onto the desk, and his hand holding his head up by his forehead. His head was resting on his hand cocked slightly to the left and was speed reading through the large packet of paperwork held in his left hand, occasionally he would mark something on the packet and flip the page, but then his hand would revert to his position of holding his head up. He finally reached the last page in this 300 page packet of paperwork and signed the last mark, he closed the packet then slid it to the right of his desk next to a bunch of identical ones, the left side was now clear, he had finished a lot of paperwork. He stretched back in his chair arms behind his head legs crossed under the desk in front of him. He let out a small yawn and looked blankly at the wall in front of him and his desk. He thought to himself,
'Sometimes being the Raikage can be a real bore.' He then rose and walked over to his open window and rested his hands on the lower part of it looking outside, his blue Raikage coat was hanging off the edge of the chair at his desk and he never wore a shirt, so he was just in his pants. The cool breeze felt nice on his bare chest as he over looked his village, there had been no crimes in a long while, and the village was prospering. Things were looking good and going steady, he wondered what the other Kages were doing at this exact moment. Kumogakure had always had a shady past with the other villages, they had almost never gotten along, but Raito was so easy-going that all the fights between the villages and Kumogakure were history. There was one Kage on his mind in paticular that he missed seeing. It was that beautiful Mizukage, the Uchiha girl. He let out a sigh as his mind once again became clear, he then looked at all the clouds that surrounded his village, if there weren't so many clouds the villages name would be pretty ironic. He looked at the clouds, and he envied them, they could just do nothing all day, and weren't criticized for anything. Oh how Raito very much envied those clouds.
