 Welcome to the local carnival. Usually, a theme takes place depending on the occasion. As of right now, it's St. Patrick's Day, so that means plenty of green or you will be punched. Yes. Punched. Not pinched., showers of clovers, and booze! Be careful to any minors out there. The leprechauns are watching you. D:<

“Teddy”  During her walk from the dorms to the carnival – which she only found by luck – Xochiquetzal had realized how much she missed being carried. She had stopped several times to try to mentally call out to Morgan so he may appear and carry her the rest of the way, but her lack of telepathic abilities had forced her to carry on without the boy. She was almost pouting as she finally arrived to the carnival grounds, her head and eyes to the ground and her feet dragging in the grass as she moved. But, any disappointment she had was washed away as she looked upon the carnival in all it's glory. Her eyes widened and she sat back on the ground, eying the lights and listening to the music with utmost curiosity. It wasn't as out of beat as the fish market had been, so any chance of passing out with the excitement didn't seem possible at the moment – or, well, Xochiquetzal truly hoped it didn't. She had shut her eyes repeatedly, trying to focus on the beat of the carnival and sooth her nerves, but it was much too hard to look away. She had never seen such sights before!

Yuurei Shizukana She noticed that Xochi was getting tired, it wasn't that far of a walk. Then again they had gotten lost several times. She was about to offer to carry Xochi when they finally arrived. Wow, it was amazing! She had seen small parades and a yearly carnaval from the orphanage, but nothing like this! So many lights, people, noises, and smells. Everything about it was bedazzling! When she finally was able to look away she noticed that Xochi was just as impressed as she was. "Wow huh?" she said turning to Xochi, whos fatigueness seemed to have been forgotten.

As Kasie ignored Markus and continued to drag him What can she say? She was having fun with this!, she found Xochi and Yuurei already there. Since her wasn't exactly visible, she sank into the ground before popping right back up in order to return back to her original self. "Yuurei! Xochiquetzal! Over here!" She waved, beaming when she saw how taken away they both were at the sight of a carnival. Awesome. "Oh, meet Markus. Markus, that's Yuurei, and that's Xochiquetzal."

“Teddy” Oh, Yuurei had been following? Xochiquetzal noticed that a second after the girl had spoken before she gave a small nod, “..Yes.. Wow.” She looked back to the carnival warily – she couldn't tell how long she could last in this place, but she really didn't want to leave. It seemed fun – as fun as the arcade had been.. She wondered if they had games like that here as well? She still had all of her tokens in her satchel, didn't she? “..Ah – Kasie..?” She raised her brows as she recalled their supposed host of this event, turning her eyes about her to see if she could spot the damp brunette. To her luck, Kasie had appeared just as the thought had come. From.. seemingly nowhere. Xochiquetzal blinked - she was hallucinating quite a lot these days, wasn't she? She shook her head and walked over to Kasie as she was being waved at, nodding at Markus when he was introduced.

More names and faces that he doubted he would remember. And they had some pretty odd names too. Especially the purple haired girl. What the hell kind of name was that? It sounded Mayan or something. "Yuurei and... Xo.... Xochiquetzal?" It was a miracle he was able to pronounce that jumble of letters. "Nice to meet you, I guess?" He tried to be nice. He failed, but still, he tried. He ran a hair through his dyed green hair, feeling a bit self conscious about getting all crazy with the green. He probably looked like an idiot. Wait, why did he even care? Yuurei Shizukana Yuurei heard someone call her, she turned around and saw Kasie. Waving back headed over to her and the person she was dragging behind her. "Nice to meet you Markus," she said, noticed he was being dragged by Kasie -- probally had been all the way here. "So how many people have you recruited so far?" Yuurei asked Kasie grinning. "No, let me refrase that, how many people have you dragged over here so far?"

"It's technically 'person' since it's only Markus here. I think everyone else might already be at the carnival, or they'll be joining us later." Kasie answered Yuurei before facing the whole group in order to see what they should do next. "What do you guys propose we do? Eat as much deep-fried food possible? Well, I'd really hope that you guys wouldn't because I don't think I can eat. Rides? Fortune-tellers? Carnies? What?"

“Teddy” Xochiquetzal frowned, noticing just how much green the new boy was wearing. It made her broach seem so.. insignificant alongside it. She pursed her lips slightly, not liking the idea of being insignificant in the least, even if it was to something so obviously not human. She held her head up higher, straightening her posture in an attempt to override the other's green with an air of importance. “I propose we ride that.” She spoke out clearly as she pointed over towards the ferris-wheel, giving a glance at Markus to further emphasize how much more in control she was than him. Not that he had given her anything but an excessive appearance to challenge her with, but it was best to make it clear now before he tried anything more aggressive.

 "You know, I'm not much of a fighter, but..."  Reilynn was flying around on her broomstick and was on the look out for adventure. In her trusty adventure bag, she had candy, candy, and more candy. She also had her super duper weapon: her paint brush! Also there was a spare set of clothes in her bag as well as a hair brush because her hair go messy whenever she ran around too much.
As she was flying, she was suddenly startled by bright lights that she lost concentration on her broomstick. "Incoming! Incoming!" Reilynn cried out as she went plummeting down into the grounds. Before she crash landed, she pulled up her broomstick, barely saving herself from being splattered pancake on the ground. Her broomstick disappeared with a poof and she face planted.
"Owwwwww...." Reilynn groaned, near tears. She looked up at the group of people that were gathered before her and she jumped up. Oh crap! She needed to make a better entrance than that. She leapt to her feet.
"I am...! Okay!" Reilynn declared.
((I had no idea how else to crash land Reilynn into the gathering and this was kind of all my brain let me think of. Perhaps it was Kasie's dragging force that forced her down from the sky! >8D )) "...I'm a pretty darn good treasure hunter!"

He flickered out his tongue in search of any mass of heat, wondering if he could spot the fire breather from here. If he could, he would just ditch them and wander off. ... Nope. He felt nothing but a mass of heat from the people bustling about inside. Wonderful. And then that Xochdfksh girl or whatever her name was just had to be demanding. By the way she straightened up and glanced at him, it almost felt like a... challenge. Around his species, he would only be allowed to accept a challenge from a male, but he would have to make an exception this time. "That looks boring," He stated as he glanced over at the ferris wheel. And he didn't just say that out of spite. He really meant it. "I say we go see the carnies," He said defiantly, baring his teeth at her in a half-grin half-grimace. And then... a girl fell out of the sky? Odd. It certainly was no angel, since angels were much more graceful as they fell. Yuurei Shizukana Yuurei didn't care where they went either way. She was just happy to be at the carnaval. However it seemed Xochi had already made a choice, which saved her from having to make a decision. However then they had a 'drop in'... literally. Yuurei ran up to the girl who just... dropped out of the sky... "Are you sure you're ok?" she said as she helped the girl up while dusting her off. "I mean... you've just came falling out of the sky..." she said. She ignored Markus as he and Xochi seemed to be in an arguement, as long as it didn't get physical she probally wouldn't intervene. Unless he said something rude to her friend.

“Teddy” It was a surprise when Markus defied her so.. blatantly. Xochiquetzal maintained eye contact stubbornly with the boy, frowning in a near quizzical way. He couldn't have not noticed what she was trying to do.. A regular mortal could understand her and considering demonic beings tended to be a step above humans and things of that like, so he.. was really challenging her. Her persisted as she realized that, but it was fueled by irritation more than confusion now. Her eyes narrowed as she attempted to stare him down, breaking it only for a moment as the girl fell from the sky. But, Yuurei had run off to check on it, so she didn't see any need to involve herself. Not that she would, at any rate, as she had more important things to do. She looked back at Markus, “I have heard of carnies.” She informed him, “And.. as you are present in our social group, it would be.. unnecessary to view them as we already have. If you wish to.. participate, I would ask another to.. locate a mirror to do so.” Really, why would he want to go see carnies when he was one himself? Perhaps he wanted to socialize with some of his own kind, but Xochiquetzal didn't think it was a want important enough to override what she wanted to do.

Even the insult didn't get much of a reaction out of him, but that may have just been because she took so long to get to the point that the actual punchline of the joke didn't hit so hard. "Maybe you need a mirror yourself, since I'm sure no one would let you on the ferris wheel at your height, shorty," He told her with a snicker as he poked her forehead with his nail. He was definitely not going to lose to some girl who couldn't even shorten her insults to less than a speech. Or even her height, pfft.
