Training  Life Hunter
BATTLE ARENA
The portal opens up into an observation room, and down the stairs, an odd chamber for something like hunter training. At the center of a piranha-filled pool stands a solid stone table and several chairs. The Life Arena was built underneath the demolitions and ballistics testing areas, and the chamber rumbles with the occasional explosions above. Pinpoint red lasers sweep across the room regularly, as if hidden snipers are searching for a nice target. In the center of the table sits a wooden tower, made up of smaller wooden blocks. Yes. That's right. The Life Hunters prefer to train via Jenga.
Note: Distraction techniques and Yo Momma jokes are considered viable weapons when playing competitively.
If you fail: you have knocked down the tower! A small dart hits the back of your neck. You come to several hours later, and hope Dr. H didn't do anything to your body while you were unconscious. When you look into the mirror...
If you win: you have reached 50 points! You get a sharpie marker to do with as you please. peen points go to those with the highest scores.
Mechanics
- by carefully removing pieces of the tower, you earn points and advance to the next round. As the rounds continue, the odds grow steadily against you. Rolling a 1 at any point means you have knocked down the tower. Please do enjoy your mystery dart. Anything after reaching 50 points is purely for peen.
- you may roll pieces individually (suggested for group play) or in batches of 5 (basically, a full round.)

The Life.. Jenga. Tower thing. Close enough. Marcus had heard Cass was having trouble with it once again, and he honestly wasn't all that surprised. It was a shitty training course. On par with death sweeper to him. If he had to pick he'd say death weeper was worse but hey, not his division. Just- Cass had to do it god only knew how many times and here he was testing the threads of fate. Or was it destiny? ******** it, he was tempting s**t and he knew it. You didn't get 'fun' training for being a hunter. You just got training. And maybe talks about how much you sucked. And a lot of other emotionally and physically dickish things. Sitting outside the area Marcus re-read the rules again. Distraction city he'd beaten...once maybe? He wasn't sure. He just remembered a sting, passing out, and waking up with a d**k drawn on his face. That was something he could very much live without. Something he would rather not relive or think about it too hard. Going in, the fish, the sounds- none of it was pleasant. That was the whole point really, and Marcus loathed it. If anything this was one of the lesser training evils on the island. He could get over this with time. He’d beat it, go back to his room, maybe actually stop and grab foor then go to his room but once there? Nap. Or Call Cass and make out with her. Win or lose, he was planning on eating, napping, and make outs. Marcus was so pro it hurt as he sat down. Pulling out the first few blocks he groaned as a lazer flickered on the wall. As the last tile from the first round came free, Marcus considered throwing the pieces into the water. Just because he could. The idea however, was quickly scrapped in light of the fact that this was the life training grounds. They would probably give him a special golem and force him to get said pieces as fish chewed him up. Yeah no, bad idea. The piece was set back on the table and he sighed, trying to ignore the fact that oh right, moving was a b***h and one wrong move he’d have a d**k on his face. Of some horrible saying like ‘LOVES MEAT’. All the gay jokes. He’d heard them and was subject to many of them. Girl friend or no- Deus was a hive of scum and villianly. Teasing scum and villainy. Pretty much you had to be an a*****e to get through the day. Pulling another tile, he paused. He didn’t want to be an a*****e but lord it was hard not to be sometimes to others. Dickishness was like a growing requirement. You had to know when to use it. Great power and great something or other. Status Round: 2Pieces Taken: 5 Total Points: 20

He’d gotten the second set down and done. So far, the tower was looking still pretty stable, but not by much. This was where it was going to get hard, very, very hard. One wrong move and crash, he’d be done. Dicks and s**t drawn on his face. Or something. He really hoped to avoid that in all scenarios if he could. Tapping his finger on the table, he did his best to ignore the lights flashing out of the corner of his vision. Augh. This place was distraction heaven. Dis reminded him that it could be worse. Cass could have been watching. As soon as the weapon mentioned Cass Marcus’s hand jerked, almost knocking the tower over. Damn perverted vampire and his- No. Focus. He could DO this. Okay. s**t. Last round. Then he could call it a day, pass or fail he’d gotten far hadn’t he? As it dawned on him that yes, he was close to passing the training course, his tower also looked like s**t. It swayed with each movement. One wrong move and- He held his breath as he pulled the first tile. It wobbled a bit and he froze in mid pull, not moving, not breathing. When it stopped moving he finished. A gasp and he drank in sweet oxygen again. Nearby a fish jumped in the water, as above something he was sure blew up, dust falling from the ceiling. He could do this god damn it all. He’d do it, and he’d go get food, nap, and make out with Cass. Maybe he’d got running. Hit the run or practice his moves. He’d just- beat this and go right? Another tile pulled and. It swayed, it rocked yet it did not fall. He’d done it. All the tiles he needed. On his first try too. Feeling ballsy, he pulled another. And another. The third after it finally fell but? He’d won.
