Thanatos had put on something a little less flashy for the day, although he was still dressed in a casual formal manner; apparently t-shirts and jeans don't apply to him on a normal basis. It had been a day or two since the first trial - Trial of Famine - and he was bored already, waiting for the next trial to start. He might not be a participant, but being a spectator had been rather entertaining, after all.
Much more entertaining than if he were to stay in school doing nothing.
"Amphi~" He knocked on her door twice before leaning against the wall; even from just his voice, you know that he's grinning, "Want to get lunch together?" He had a feeling that she was in. If she refused to answer, "Biskoto would be so disappointed if you refused."
The snake coiled around his shoulder opened her mouth to protest, but Thanatos just put a finger on his lips and grinned, his voice lowering, "You did want me to make friends during my time in school, yes?"

Amphi was currently sitting in her room enjoying a less eventful day. The trial of Famine had been fun but...she also dealt with that strange vampire flirt who wouldn't leave Xiu alone and then other stuff so....in the off days before War's trial, she had secluded herself in dorm room with a big book and her newest addition to her family. Mr. Flufflepuff the Contract treat. Preferably known as Fluff.
The said treat was currently being used as a ball between her other minipets, and no matter how hard they smacked it with their tail, it continued to remain with a O w O face. She barely paid attention though as she turned a page in the crisp book.
Then she heard it. Thanatos, the Moira reaper boil who had for some reason taken a liking to her. Well...She kinda of liked him but...In some way, he annoyed her with his teasing and his grinning face and....THAT TONEEEE. Lunch?!?!? She flushed. Like she wanted to sit through lunch with him, that was almost like a date. They couldn't go on dates. ESPECIALLY LUNCH DATES, ESPECIALLY WITH THAT TONE. She almost ignored it when he mention Biskoto and panicked. Her face would be something similar to

Biskoto face: Q AQ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and so, scooping the treat up, she opened the door and shoved it in Thana's face while cooing at Biskoto.
"Biskoto I would never refuse lunch with you! I'll go with you!" She went to pet the snake as Thana would become closely acquainted with this in his face:

He grinned when he heard the door open, almost in a 'HA, I won!' manner. However, before he could grin that grin of his at Amphi, he got... A fluff to his face, which made him pause and poker face for a moment before removing it, holding the minipet out at an arm's length; what is that thing even? Its unchanging OwO expression... Is sort of unnerving in a way, not that he showed that on his face.
"Oh darling, you're the besssst," The familiar hissed softly, leaning into Amphi's pets with a smile; maybe letting Thanatos use her name wasn't so bad... As long as he uses it when she's around anyway. She could only imagine Amphi's reaction if she opened that door only to realize that she wasn't around - that would just be trickery!
"Is this thing coming with us?" He raised an eyebrow at Amphi before shaking the OwO fluff.

Amphi let Mr. Flufflepuff get avquainted with the thorn in her side while she continued to coo at Biskoto. Q AQ. "No Biskoto you are the best!" Amphi nuzzled the snakes nose before looking up at Thana and then taking the treat before cocking her ehad.
"Yes, He is coming with us." She plastered the treat between her crossed arms and her now blossoming chest. Oddly enough, the treat seemed to be the happiest there anyways. It gave Thana a face likeO w OAs if saying, I am the one in between the boobs silly little reaper, and when you tease her, I will get all the action cause you are mean. Amphi on the other hand, was completely oblivious to the treat's deep inner thinkings and looked over Thana before cocking her head.
"You seem dressed up?" She tugged on his shirt before flushing, "For...For going out on a lunch date I mean." She dropped her hand immediately and looked around. "Wh...Where did you want to go?" Oddly enough, she didn't make eye contact with the Moira reaper at the moment.

Thankfully, while the boil wasn't completely obvious to what the OwO treat might be thinking, it didn't really bother him - he would rather tease than have to play nice... Unless playing nice gets him something he wants. Then again, he wondered if him playing nice would cause the mermaid to be cautious of him.
Ah, what a dilemma.
"Do I?" He murmured in reply, straightening out his coat before grinning, looking her up and down, "Well, I suppose my overdressing makes up for your... Under-dressing." Oh yes, he remembered their little conversation at the beach regarding this issue.
"I heard that there is a street filled with restaurants and cafes on the way to the nearby maul," Realizing that she wasn't looking at him, he gently took her chin between his fingers to lift her face so that she was at least glancing at him, "Shall we go there? I've already fed Biskoto, but she's going to accompany us."

If Amphi thought that Thanatos was actually trying to be nice, she would've suspected him right off the bat. Was he teasing her? Was he serious? She didn't know since all he seemed to do was in fact...tease her...and others. With the treat returned to her, she took a step with him before flushing.
"I'm...I'm not underdressed...this is a custom and My sisters and-" She started with a panicked look in her eyes before narrowing at him and saying the first thing that came to her mind, "You are over dressed. Maybe you should strip down and join me at MY LEVEL." She said with a huff and then....groaned. Her face a bright red. "You...you know what I mean!"
Her gaze dropped away again before blinking, a delicate touch of his fingers tilted her chin up so that she looked into his eyes. She held eye contact for as long as she could manage which was....two seconds before shoving the treat back in his face and speed walking away. "O..Okay! We're going to the Cafes and restaurants by the Maul-What?" She blinked before narrowing her eyes at Thana, "Thanatos, you told me that Biskoto would be disappointed if I didn't go! If she's already fed then why am I going?" It was too late now since she was committed to going but....Darn it! He got her again! "Thana!" Her cheek puffed out as she put her hands on her hips and gave him the...EYE. Or tried to...or something.

"Oh, do I really know what you mean?" He hummed, following after the mermaid with a chuckle, not even bothering to hide his amusement at how flustered and frustrated Amphi was, "Like I said, if you really want to see me naked that badly, you could just ask. I might even seriously consider such a request from you." He grinned and then winked at her in a rather suggestive manner before laughing, although his laughter was abruptly stopped by treat-to-the-face.
"Ah, but I only said that Biskoto would be disappointed," He pushed the treat out of his face, "I didn't say that she would be dining with us, just that she would be coming along. Besides, won't you keep a boil company, just for lunch?" He resisted the urge to chuckle at the look she was giving him, and offered her his arm instead, "Come on. My treat?"
Meanwhile, Biskoto was staring at the OwO treat so much that her own face was starting to resemble OwO.

She blank faced him before making a small sound in the back of her throat. Something similar to a strangled bird or something. "I...I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOU NAKED YET OKAY?" She blinked and then rubbed her face, it was becoming hotter then the sun. Sutdents giggled as they passed her before she hid her face in her hands...."I don't want to see you naked okay..." She whispered peeking at him now, in attempt to correct her earlier statement. She didn't want to imagine him...NO THOUGHTS LIKE THAT AMPHI. She managed this all while still holding the Fluff of a treat in his face.
Even when he shoved it away, she brought it to hers and buried her face in it before making that same strangled sound. She was being defeated by the Moira reaper! "F...Fine." She whispered before hesitantly look at his arm and then taking it, cradling it through hers. "But I do it because Biskoto.....and I am hungry...and I don't mind your company when your not teasing me...I guess.""Biskoto.....Do you want to play with Fluff?" The treat seemed to shiver in her arms. Whether it be from excitement or not, she couldn't tell because its face ALWAYS remained the same. "If you want to hold him? I don't mind?" She held the fluff out to the snake before looking up at Thana. Attempt a real conversation, A REAL CONVERSATION.
"Did you enjoy the Famine Trials? Sorry I had to drag you around there and um....that we had to talk to that...perverted vampire who was so crass to Xiu." She seemed to ruffle up at the thought of the Vampire boil. >B| If she ever saw him again..........OOOOOOOOOOOH the words she wouldn't say because she'd probably stumble them out and say them politely BUT OOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHH....He was lucky she was NICE.

"You said yet!" He laughed, unable to help himself as he led her down the corridor and towards the gates of the school, "Sure, sure... Anything you say." Was all he said at her list of reasons to eat lunch with him, although he was grinning away at her reaction.
"Ohhh, don't mind if I do!" The snake blinked, tilting her head before reaching out with her tail, coiling around the soft, fluffy thing before holding it up; she really couldn't tell, but hopefully she wasn't... Squeezing it too much. As she held it closer to her, she looked extremely surprised, rubbing her face against that of the OwO treat's with a happy hiss, "Ah, darling! It feelssss like a pillow!"
As they neared the gates, Thanatos quickly realized that there was a rather large group of adults standing there, armed with what looked like tape recorders and cameras. When it looked like they could not avoid the reporters, he decided to walk straight through them, although they kept asking questions and eventually, ended up blocking their way.
"WAIT! We heard some of the staff at Amityville have been rather... questionable. What is your opinion on this?"
"How relentless of you," He sighed, turning to look at the reporter with a completely neutral expression, "So far, I had not met such staff. Perhaps you should find a more trustworthy source." That was a lie. Professor QB was a little odd, and so was Savage, but they had been harmless.

"I DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING!!!!" She squeaked loudly before covering her mouth and flushing into it. Oh god, the blushing...would it ever end? Especially with him?!?!? She didn't look at him now before sighing and going into her own thoughts.
In all honesty, she would just let him lead the way. Her hand was shaky at first at the contact but, she was use to him and not at the same time. It wasn't like, he made her nervous for other reasons, that she wasn't sure why. That and he just seemed so....she didn't even know really.
But whatever it was, she didn't want to lose it because she couldn't keep her cool. Taking a breath she offered Biskoto a smile before laughing. "Isn't it just the softest thing? Israfel, a gorgeous siren handed it to me plus some kind of protection charm He never told me what it was for though..." she blinked before looking at Thana, "He said that everyone need protection charms, do you need one too?" She pointed at the treat next, "but you'll have to ask him for one of those just so you know." The said treat was currently being loved to death by Biskoto and so it's face remained O w O. Though, it thought to itself that maybe being hugged by a snake wasn't such a bad thing.
Amphi blinked in surprise though as they neared the gates and a large crowd of what looked like Halloween adults compiled around it. She didn't see the mics as Thana took the lead and attempted to push through them. Her hand instinctlivly went to hold his so that she didn't get seperated as one of the adults stuck a mic in her face.
"What do you think about Amityville as a school? How would you rate it? "
Amphi blinked before looking at the reporter and nervously replied back.
"Amityville is my home, I like it very much. And we have a great faculty so...." At least she thought they were nice, she didn't really know much about them after all. "It's a nice change from being from the sea though, I would rate it highly...." She offered the reporter a apolegetic smile.

When she took hold of his hand, he raised an eyebrow and closed his hand around hers, leaning over to grin at her, "That's really bold of you, hm?" Letting go of her, he put his arm around her shoulder and held her close, looking for a way out. However, it seemed like the reporters just weren't going to clear them a path, which was a problem. In fact, more of them had decided to push their ways to them, shoving the mic towards them.
"Why didn't you participate in the Trials? Was it because you know something the other students don't know?"
"I didn't participate because I saw no reason to take part in it. Nothing more, nothing less," He replied before shoving the reporter away with a sigh; all they wanted was some lunch. That wasn't so hard.

Amphi tried to stand on the tiptoes of her sandals to look over what felt like a sea of people to see a escape before blinking at Thanatos.
"Sorry-" she felt the small bump of one of the people and then Thana's voice on her ear fin before flushing, looking at his hand. "I just...I just...didn't....want...to...lose...you..." She turned a healthy shade of tomato red and attempted to free her hand instead.
Which was a lot more easier said then done when he let go. She was going to give him a short and sweet(sarcastically) reply back on what else she could be bold with when he tugged her close to him, his arm wrapped around his shoulder.
And all this while being bombarded by questions from the reporters. but she was just thinking of how close she was to Thana right now and wondered if the adults would notice that the little mermaid was changing skin colors.
"I-" She attempted to speak up again before another reporter shoved his way to her, almost practically cutting her and Thana in half with his enthusiasm for his question.
What are your views on the Four Clans? What about these Heirs? Do they really study in Amityville?
"Oh um...well, I've only seen Death and Conquest. I mean Aisa? That's the heir of death....she came in to teach a class and it was interesting. " The reporter interrupted her again with follow up with more questions. She gave Thana a weak smile before continuing to answer, "I don't know if they study as much as they teach us. The heirs are special to us and can teach us many things like I said earlier...." She blinked before tugging on Thana's sleeve.
"Thana, Why...why are all these landwalkers asking us questions?" She blinked. At the moment, she really preferred to be sitting with Thana and Biskoto eating lunch. it sounded like it would be heaven instead of bein hounded by these reporters.

"Such bold choice of words," He chuckled, and despite the fact that they were being crowded, gave a grin as he repeated her words back to her in a 'damsel in distress' voice, "I... I just didn't want to lose you~~" He might had started to chuckle near the end of the sentence, as Biskoto looked at him with great disapproval.
"Oh, sssstop that! Sssstop teasssing the poor darling!" She hissed and nuzzled Amphi, whom Thanatos had managed to hold close through all this, "Don't lisssten to him, Amphi. You're a good ghoul."
"We saw that DETH visited your school recently."
"What of it?" He asked, looking straight at the reporter.
"What are your views on them?"
Thinking back to Professor QB and the two DETH members, he shrugged, "Pacifists. Very logical way of thinking. Now, if you'll excuse me..." Another reporter was pushed out of the way; they were almost there...

"Thana!" She squeaked as he mimicked her voice and sentence before flushing. "Well...you are....you are taking me to lunch so that's why I can't lose you....ἰδιώτης" She mumbled some incoherent word at the end though, a smooth language he'd probably remember since they both originated from the same greecian hertiage.
She looked to Biskoto and gave her a sad smile, "I hope so Biskoto! But if he doesn't stop soon, I might turn into a bad ghoul...." She whispered to the snake.
She listened though as Thana answered the questions and blinked. DETH? She was sure she hadn't heard of them yet, nor seen them. Good thing he answered that.
"You, Yes you!" A female now came up to her, "What do you think about Amityville as a school? How would you rate it?"
Didn't she just answer this question? She frowned at the girl before repeating the answer from before. "I like it well enough, the teachers are nice." she was seriuously getting annoyed with all the people around.
And at the same time, Thana was keeping her safe by locking her in his arm and side so....she shouldn't fear anything. That's what she thought to herself as she waited for a question she probably wouldn't want to answer.

"Resorting to that, huh?" He chuckled at her use of Greek, picking up on what she was saying - at least, the part she didn't mutter, "I can understand you pretty well. Perhaps try a third language next time." He was teasing though. As per usual.
"We saw that DETH visited your school recently. What are your views on them?"
"You should ask that guy," He jerked his thumb in the direction of the reporter that he had shoved past earlier, "He asked the exact same question you did, and I'm not about to repeat myself." It was almost as if these reporters got the same set of questions, since he's been hearing the same thing over and over again.
