Day Dreamer427 (1:16:08 AM): Mkali was actually happy. Something he cant remember happening in his life, well not like this. Since he started to spend time with the female he began to feel complete and all of his troubles seemed to just wash away. He had to adjust his sleeping schedule a bit to be able to keep up with the female but she was worth it. He wondered though if he would ever learn her name. But that wasnt what was important, she made him happy.

Peaking his head up at the sky he was pleased to see its ominous glow over head, a glow that seemed to almost mimic his own pelt. "Such a beautiful night," he said giving the female he had come to like a gentle smile "but not as beautiful of what i see in front of me." He added.
Kaori_luv (1:25:11 AM): Mazhira smiled at the night sky, but his words made her turn to him. She was in that moment extremely happy to have such a dark coat. She'd seen what happened to light lions when they were feeling bashful. Hira smiled and moved her paw just over her heart to show appreciation. She was saying thank you and she was sure he would understand.

She stood and stretched grinning at her friend. She felt energetic tonight and needed to let off some energy. So now it was time to try to suggest a game. She looked at him trying to figure out how to suggesting maybe a race. Really they should probably hunt, Mazhira as silent as she was had a knack for it.

She gave him a thoughtful look trying to figure out just how she would explain.
Day Dreamer427 (1:33:49 AM): Mkali smiled pleased to see how 'girly' she was. His complements seemed to work like they would on any other female he used them on but this time it was different; he was different; he actually meant it. He gave her a playful chickled ammused by her way of communication, she was just so lovely and yet she never spoke a word.

Kali tilted his head wondering what the female was up too, he never knew. She was filled with mystery and surprise, which may be was Kali was attracted to her. "Whats the matter?" He asked curiously. He wondered if it was something he did.
Kaori_luv (1:39:04 AM): Mazhira decide maybe she should try hunting with her friend it was far easier to explain then a race. She would probably tire herself trying to explain the latter. She grinned and crouched down, ears alert and pretended to stalk some imaginary play. Simple enough, she was sure he would understand. She stood and pointed to her than him and grinned. She was trying to say lets hunt.

It was night and she was sure their were plently of prey out and about trying to advantage of the cover the darkness offered. If she found a good hunting spot Hira wouldnt even been seen, only thing visible on her at night were her marking and her eyes.

She bounced about excitedly, bouncing further away hoping he would follow and she could lead the way to prey or he could. Really it didn't matter to her either way.

Day Dreamer427 (1:47:15 AM): Mkali tried to keep himself form laughing. Whenever she acted things out his was haliarious, but in a cute way. She looked like she was a cub, at least from what hes seen of cubs. "Hunting?" He asked curiously. He hoped he was right, he was pleased that he was beginning to get what she was trying to say, it was progress.

"We can go hunting." He said standing up and streching shaking his mane. The mear mention of food was beginning to make him hungry. "Where too my lady." He said with a chuckle.
Kaori_luv (2:03:36 AM): Mazhira nodded quickly and pointed to her ears to say she would follow them and turned trotting off at a slow pace toward where she heard sound. They weren't too far off so it was a quick journey and tonight they were in luck as the grasses were a decent lenght near antelope who decided on a little night time grazing.

Mazhira stopped and crouched down motioning for Kal to do the same. Her ears swivled and it was like a switch. The lighted hearted Hira seemed to take hunting very seriously, although that was mostly because it was one of the things that wasn't at all affected by her inability to speak, thus far.

She looked to him and signaled that she wanted him to wait and then started to slink off around the grasses. She stopped looking to him before pointing to the antelope, then to herself anf then to him. She was going to send the scared thing right to him. She just hoped he would stay and wait.

With the Mazhira slipped in the grass amazingly cautious and very quiet.
Day Dreamer427 (2:26:26 AM): Mkali followed the female. He wondered how well she knew the area, but he realized it soon didnt matter he already caught the scent of food. He looked as she signaled to him and he nooded. He crouched down managing to stay as still as possible which was hard for his big frame. He was a bit envious of her, she made it look so graceful.

Mkali waited for any kind of go single still unsure if what he was doing was really right, he just hoped he was beginning to know what she was saying, and he hoped his guesses were correct. He let his eyes switch back and forth between the pray that lay before him and the female.
Kaori_luv (2:33:21 AM): Hira stalked through the grass ears swivleling, keeping track of what her prey was doing. She went slow knowing she needing get the behind the prey before she could charge. So Kal unfornately had to wait several moment before Mazhira was in position and before she charged giving her prey the scare of life time.

She chose a decent sized antelope of course chasing the beast throught the grass right toward Kal. When the poor animal realized what was waiting for it just feet away it would be too late.
Day Dreamer427 (2:43:45 AM): Kali realized soon hat tactic the female was trying to used. He lay waiting for the oment to pounce. Then he saw it was his time. The animal came running toward him trying to avoid the female, however it didnt realized Kali was waiting.

Kali leaped from his hiding place lanching himself at the prey. Grabbing hold of its neck and thrashing his head from side to side until it went limp. He was quite pleased, hunting with two was far easier then hunting alone. He slowly un hindged his jaw from the prey. "That went well." He said calling out to the female.

Kaori_luv (12:18:16 AM): Mazhira was extremely happy to see Kal grab the antelope, she practically danced around at having a friend who seemed to be coming to close to understanding her just as well as her family. It was funny teaching him how communicate with her although she did not really have to teach him much.

She was cheering for him, it was obvious, even if she wasn't making any noise. She nodded rapidly at his observation and pointed to the kill before making her little motion that basically meant lets eat, let share. The same sign she given when they first met and he hunted for her.

She grinned happily and settled into her meal.
Day Dreamer427 (12:53:49 AM): He was pleased to see her happy, especially since sometimes it was hard for her to not speak. But he would wait, talking wasnt what makes the lion its what they do that does. And to Kali, she was wonderful.

"Ladies first." He said and gave her a grin. She was amazing and even though Mkali might not admit it yet, he was beginning to fall for her
Kaori_luv (1:06:19 AM): Mazhira ate until she was content and then turned to clean herself, after all she was a lady. She wanted to make sure he pelt stayed clean not that one could actually see any sort of dirt on her. She smiled while she cleaned her paws and face still pretty elated their hunt had gone well.

When she was done she stood and stretched, ready to play, although one would think after a hearty meal, all anyone would want to do was sleep. Not Hira, she was determined to enjoy the night.
Day Dreamer427 (1:12:29 AM): Kali finished off as much as he could, he was after all a male, he had to fill up; one never knew when food would come. He saw the female begin to groom herself, it would be like a female to have to be neat even when there was no one around.

Kali finished his meal and rolled over, he felt so full, and he was quite content; he just wanted to relax and let his meal settle. "That was a wonderful meal." He commented.
Kaori_luv (1:15:35 AM): Mazhira smiled and walked over to him poking his belly with her paw. The look she had on her face could only be described as mischevious. He recieved another poke, which was followed by a laughing smile.

Mazhira was say get up and play with me and while she might take no for answer, she was enjoying poking him at the moment.
Day Dreamer427 (1:27:11 AM): Mkali put his paw on his chest. "What are you doing" He said chuckling pushing her paw away.That was actually quite ticklish. He never knew he even was ticklish. He couldnt help but laugh.

"Stop it silly." He laughed playfully attempting to stop the poking before she found out that he was ticklish.
Kaori_luv (1:30:34 AM): Mazhira poked him once more listening to him laugh and then she giggled herself. As she poked him once more it was probably obvious she wasn't aware she made any sound at all, but there it was a sweet giggle that was Mazhira.

She was smiling at giggling although now silently, had it been imagined that she giggled.

Day Dreamer427 (7:33:02 PM): Kali giggled, "Stop it that tickles." He said pushing her paw away and smiled. He hasnt ever felt so care free, it was nice. He was finally happy spending time with this female and for once he didnt want to leave like he did with other females.

Chuckling he rolled over and sat up. "Silly your a wild one arent you." Kali knew from the start she wasnt like the females he met, she was better. "Did you want something." He said still laughing about what had occured and still unclean from his meal.
Kaori_luv (7:38:46 PM): She grinned nodding and bouncing about, obviously she had a lot of energy to spare. She just wanted to play a bit then she had no trouble settling down to rest for a bit. She came over and nugded him and trotted off. It was another sign she done before, it meant catch me.

She stopped wiggling slight and giggled once more, though this time she realized it and stopped with an expression that clearly read surprise. She rarely ever made a noise especially not on accidently. She grinned at Kal again and giggled as if to say see look see, before running off.

Day Dreamer427 (7:43:22 PM): Kali smiled, she was most definatly different from the female he met before. "Oh i see what you want to do." She wanted to play, he just hoped he would be able to keep up.

"Hey wait up," he called as she ran off. She was a tease but in good way, in a way that made Kali want to hold on to her. "I'm gonna get you!" He called out chasing after her and laughing. All he could think of was how amazing she was.
