9.) Only anime pictures or real ones. -i reserve the right to ask you to find a different one because no, I'm sorry a punk rock girl with nose piercings, highlights, and tattoos won't fit in so yeah try to make it fitting-

11.) No more then two characters per person, but if you want to be more ask and I'll think about it. (also if we NEED more people then well you can have more but make sure you can manage them all)

22.) And do keep in mind,this is a semi-lit rp,so try to go to a two paragraph line post,its ok if you get writers block for a post or two,but if you cant build up at least one paragraph, sorry maybe you should wait until you have something you can post to well.
23.) If you are in the black list,you can plead your case to come back,but you have got to work at it.
24.) if you need to leave the rp or just dont want to rp anymore, please tell me and I will create a cover story for you so that the rest of the rp can go on.
