Kumo was still in shock, he was happy. He had a mate in a new pride, even though he wasnt with his family, he had his own family. He had a new life. Sure Sara and Nyota were there too and yes Nyota and Sara were more for then his actual family but, its not a replacement. He decided it would be best to possibly start bonding with the cubs. After all Fin'lay still had a pride to take care of and Kumo wasnt on patrol this evening.
He though he should start with the first cub he saw when he first found out about then. "Mahon would you like to go for a walk?" If the cub said yes then he would take the other two to Nyota and Sara that way they could get to know there 'grandma' and 'aunt' and the cubs were still being looked after.

Mahon had awoken just before nightfall when he had felt his mother stirr in their den. When she had finally left to resume her duties as the queen Mahon found himself alone with his new father. Well only father. Though, he still wasn't sure if he trusted this male. Then again, he was leary of anyone messing around with his mom and sisters. And then Kumo had asked him if he wanted to go for a walk. He didn't keep him waiting long for an answer as the cub was extremely curious to see more of his pride. And secretly to get a little male time. But he wouldn't admit that anytime soon. "Yes." The small black and purple cub said as she stood up and stretched, nuzzling at his sisters gently to wake up. "Lassies, up." Mahon said, pushing them gently with his nose.

Kumo stopped the young cub, thats not necessary, i'll simply ask someone to look after them. I trust you to guard then den for a moment while i get them." He smiled at the cub and rushed to get Nyota and bring her back so the girls to sleep. Beside the girls would probably like Nyota. "Sure i'd be happy to watch my new grandchildren." Nyota said making her way back to the den with Kumo.
"Alright Mahon, lets go." He said waiting at the mourh of their den. He was eager to learn about this cub, in some way he reminds Kumo of himself, protective. He made sure to keep his eyes on the cub as they made there way through the labyrinth and approach the darkness of the outside world.

When Mahon heard that what we was doing wasn't necessary as Kumo would be bringing someone to their den he quickly stopped, not wanting to disturb them if he didn't have to. When his father finally returned with Nyota the cub inspected her, then snorted. He approved. And with that Kumo led him out of the den and through the labyrinth of tunnels. Mahon had a feeling one day he would probably get lost in them.
When they had finally made it to the exit Mahon looked up at his new father. "Where are we going?" He asked curiously, tilting his head to one side, almost falling over. Maybe it was his intention to lead Mahon out of the pride lands! No, probably not. His mother wouldn't have let him anywhere near him or his sisters if he wasn't good. And she had a weird way of sensing these things. He almost shuddered.

Kumo smiled, "I though that we should talk since your the other man of the family." He said respectfully toward the cub. He had seen how he treated his family recalling upon the time he first say the cub. "So were going to a place were father and son can talk." He smiled. He was still getting used to the whoile family thing. It was all new to him, but he was ready.
"And its a lovely night. Perhaps we'll see your mother beating up some guards." He said chuckling. "So Mahon, how do you like it here, how do you like the other members?" He said asking the cub curiously. He found it a bit silly seeing how the cub was still young and perhaps didt expierence much of the outside lands but he still thought he should know if anything was wrong.

Other man? Oh he liked the sounds of that. Kumo was certainly starting to look a lot better in his book. "We? Can talk?" Mahon asked, slightly surprised that Kumo had said father and son. Well, they were but it seemed a little weird to him now that he had a father. And one his mom actually liked, loved even.
"Aye. She's fiesty." He grinned back. His new fathers question caught him a bit off guard. He wasn't really sure how he felt about the other members of the pride since, well, he hadn't met very many of them. Which kind of bothered him because he had no idea who to look out for. "I love it here. Dunnae about the lads and lassies of it though." He replied with a small shrug. "Why do you like M'a? Is she the only wumman in ya life lad?" Mahon asked curiously, a look of 'you better watch what you say' hidden within his eyes.

He smiled at the mention of Fin'lay. "Yes she's the only woman i've ever loved." This was try, i mean if course there were others but nothing that led anywhere and once there was even a male, whom he actually did love. But that was different and he didnt feel like the cubs would understand, Fin'lay didnt even know. But then again it didnt matter, it was over. Though sometime Kumo wondered....
"She's nice, but stern not afraid to take down a male twice her size. " Kumo truely did admireher i mean after all who wouldnt admire the queen of a pride. They always were graceful and majesic in there own way. "You'll soon learn of the other in the pride, for starters Nyota is my mother." ....More or less... He wanted to say but didnt, the cub didnt need to know all the specifics yet. Maybe when he's older and will understand.

"She bettah'b." He said with a nod, clearly hinting at the fact that he would not stand by and let anyone hurt his family. Even if it was his own family members. At least he had a good sense of morals and at such a young age. Little to Kumo's knowledge Mahon actually took after his mother in that aspect. Far to wise for his age, or good. "When did'ya fall in love with m'a?" He asked with sincere curiosity. This time there was more of a hint in his blue eyes that he wasn't necessarily out for evidence that could incriminate his new father.
And then the small cub got bold real quick. "Why didn't ya try ta go with the lass?" It was probably clear what all he meant by that simple question. Like had Kumo had gone Mahon probably would have been his cub right now and not Viktor's. And maybe he was fishing once more for something that would allow him to figure out this male who was smitten with his mother. Despite his general act of dislike towards Kumo he actually really looked up to him and admired him. Just like any son would look up to his father. Though, maybe a bit more. However, Kumo would have one heck of a time getting him to admit that anytime soon.

Kumo looked at the male, he certainly did ask a lot of questions for his age. He sighed trying to recall the time he actually fell in love with Fin'lay. "Its hard to say when i feel in love with your mother, i ignored my feelings for so long, i know for sure i loved her the day she left; and i was going to tell her when she returned and she did, with 3 wonderful surprises." He said and smiled , mentioning her cubs of course.
"I didn't go, cuz i was still trying to understand how i felt; do i regret it, no. Life is full of mystery," He smiled and ruffled the tuff onto of his head. "Now if you don't have anymore questions inside the noggin of your we should get back you back to your sisters." He said waiting for his response.
