If you hit 0 HP, your student dissipates with however many flags they recovered! YOU MUST CALCULATE YOUR STUDENT'S HP EVERY TURN, if there is a course that uses HP, the DAMAGE STACKS WITH THIS ONE.

Jack jack jack jack WHY WAS IT RAINING?!
Astra had been so pumped in the previous trial, but this time? This time she was feeling utterly miserable. The rain had soaked all the way through her clothes, making her wings and antenna stick to her body, and overall made for a sucky experience. But that was nothing compared to the WIND! Wind that threatened to lift her off her feat and blow her away into jack knows where! Thankfully though, the rain made her heavier due her wet clothes, and she wasn't blown around like she of been normally. Which was good, because she didn't want to have to deal with everyone seeing her fly around on screen, and not due to her own power.
It was still hard though, to approach the course she wanted to partake in, and eventually she just gave up and take the first course she could see, which was the water course.
...wait, what??

At first she had been rather worried about this obstacle, finding out what it had entailed. Underwater basket weaving?! She could hardly swim, let alone breathe underwater!! But once she had seen they would be supplied with breathing equipment, and it was less swimming and more...basket weaving.., she didn't feel so bad
Until she went down the pier, and feel through the planking.

THE WATER LAKE
Eventually she decided that sulking wasn't going to get herself anywhere, and she pulled herself up from the hole, and tried again. This time she didn't fall, and was able to make it to the edge, and jump in.
A moments panic overtook her as she sunk, but the breathing apparatus kicked in, and she found that drowning was no longer a concern. Hooray!

Now that she was on the bottom of the lake, Astra pulled out the materials she had with her, wondering how they would stand up to being soaked through (Surprisingly well, actually), and began to weave her basket.
"Did you know? Underwater basket weaving is a ancient tradition that dates back thousands of years!"
She had almost forgotten about her lepus friend, but she somehow doubted the validity of this statement. But she still managed to make...something that looked like a basket.

As she made sure her basket wasn't going to fall apart, she noticed that the fish were...well, they weren't happy. In fact, they seemed kinda angry, with the way they kept swimming at her and bitchslapping her face.
So she used her newfound basket to bitchslap them back.
Astra was keeping her PimpBasket hand strong.

THE WATER LAKE
After fending off the fish, she found herself in a small cove. It didn't take long for her to locate the small little boxes, realizing she was supposed to take these back with her. Quickly grabbing as many as would fit into her basket, she ventured back into the water and towards the starting point. When she emerged on the bank side, she handed over the basket to the professor, beaming at her own sucess. She had completed a obstacle!

This was Mandy's kind of trail.
Raging elements, tough wilderness, no sandcastles.
Mandy breathed in a deep satisfied breath even as she found herself shivering slightly from being soaked to the bone.
As the signal to start went off Mandy gave a thumbs up to her teammates and shouted good luck over the howling winds before running off to her first course, The Long Grass.

After a short break between course, Astra was ready to do another one. And now, now the rain had stopped!
Instead, she was now surrounded in...fog. Lots and lots of fog. The only thing that kept her from panicking and expecting a hunter to nab her was the fact is was really, really humid.
Glancing at the available courses, she finally decided on the The Underground of Darkness

Astra was doing so well...Until she tripped over something, and before she could fly away, was snared into a net.
"Did you know? This pit has really sharp spikes!"
...No, she didn't know, and she didn't want to know. But it was to late, and she felt herself being impaled before dissipating away

THE WATER LAKE
Yuki could barely see through the fog, it was so thick that he almost walked straight off the bank. Stepping into ankle-deep mud and water, he took a hasty step back before the soaked ground took too firm a hold on his foot. He'd already felt sweaty from the humid air, now he just felt worse with the likely stagnant water soaking through his shoe.
The Lepus Guide in the pack he had slung over his shoulder mentioned something about mud and quicksand being in close family relation, but the ghost boil paid it no mind. He really didn't want to take the minipet for worry that it would slow him down or simply distract him from the task at hand. Unfortunately, there had been no choice in the matter.
It took him a little while longer to stumble across the gnome standing upon a muddy crate that really hadn't been all that far away. In the fog it had just been too hard to see more than a couple of feet ahead. Wordlessly he knelt down to look over the materials provided, figuring that the gnome would be of little assistance and that he was expected to figure this all out for himself.
If Yuki had woven a basket at any point in his life, he would have no way of knowing. Yet the materials seemed obvious enough for him to guess, so he pulled out what he assumed to be the appropriate amount of crafting items along with a breathing apparatus, before heading down the dock toward the water.

THE WATER LAKE
The cracking and creaking of the boards beneath his feet weren't at all reassuring, and Yuki was sure that the plant life growing up from the water was physically trying to grab at his pant legs as well. That was... Weird, to say the least.
Breathing apparatus, unnecessary though it might have been for one who didn't need to actually breathe, was quickly all set to go. Leaping off the dock with only a couple of moments' hesitation (he was so going to need a long shower after this), Yuki managed to clear the groping plants and swam downward.

Surely this would have been immensely easier on land... But, what could he do.
After struggling for what felt like an hour beneath the water, Yuki managed to weave together a basket. It wasn't too bad of a job with all things considered, if he had to say so himself!

Suddenly... There were fish.
Yuki would have liked to use his backpack and the Lepus it contained to swat away the angry water dwellers, but he was supposed to give both back intact so he used the only other thing he had on hand which happened to be his basket.
Then, he swam away from the attackers like a boss.
