Personality:
If there is one thing that Keelah is talented in, its sweet talk. He is handsome, charming, flirty and loved using these skills to woo the ladies (and gentlemen). He tries not to embarass himself, making a huge effort to remember names and know what is going on in a persons life; if your mother is in hospital he will send her his love, and tries his best not to offend. This on occasion leads to misunderstandings, just because he flirts with you does not mean he is interested in a relationship, or that he even likes you. He has just found it the easiest way to make friends, through granted sometimes it makes people uncomfortable - he does not have a very good concept of personal space.
Keelah would rather see things with his own eyes than receive information from an outside source. He is not one to believe rumours and pays no attention to gossip; in other words he does not base his opinions on what he is told and is willing to give everyone the benefit of the doubt on first meeting. Keelah's favourite word is why. Why did you do that? Why do you feel that way? He is always trying to understand why people act the way they do and often sticks his nose in where it is unwelcome. He does not mean any harm; he just wants to get to know people better - however this trait has lead him to numerous confrontations were others just did not have the patience to spell things out for him.
Keelah keeps his promises, even if it takes months or even years, he will never forget and never fail to pull through if it is at all possible. He is loyal to his friends and is a character that you can truly rely on in your time of need, if there is anything he can do to help a situation he will do it without hesitation and will not expect payment in any way. Keelah is for the most part a nice guy, however he does not wonder around with rose-tinted glass's. He always comes through on his promises because he will never promise anything that he does not think is possible. He often underestimates people and feels the need to wrap them in bubble wrap, if he thinks someone is in over their head he will say so. He is not the kind of person you would call an optimist, if something can go wrong he expects it to.
He is also not the kind of person to talk about his own problems, despite how keen he is to help others with theirs. Generally he will brush off others concerns, smiling politely and stating he is fine, even when he is not. He does not want to burden others needlessly and will never get other people involved if he does not have to. People can not help but feel there is a wall surrounding him; not allowing anyone to get too close. After a while his words and actions become predictable, almost as if they are programmed or scripted. Under the smiles and the comforting words a storm is raging.
Short Biography/background:
Born the son of a Cerberous Knight, Keelah has always felt the urge to walk in his fathers footsteps. His family is upper-class, hailing from Lumena Castle Town, so he never went wanting anything. His mother works as a Liberian, and the young witchling inherited her love for books and her cyan colouration. When he was about nine years old his father did not come home and since then Keelah has been trying to piece together the puzzle surrounding said disappearance. He is currently attending the academy, where he is trying to find his niche and become one step closer to joining the Cerberus Knights; and finding the truth about his father.

Personality:
Lux is a clumsy but well meaning boy. He's lighthearted and enjoys making friends. He is prone to daydreaming, impromptu naps in strange places and trailing off mid sentence when something shiny passes by. Often times seen as flakey, he tries to make up for his faults by working hard. He studies tirelessly for tests and always jumps at opportunities to improve his magic. His heart is in the right place, but despite how hard he tries, his daydreaming often interferes with his day to day activities.
Lux is more of the artistic sort rather than athletic or literary. Hobbies like painting and sketching are more his forte than sports or book reading. If he has to read more than a page of information he can get a little overwhelmed. He learns better from hands on experience than from books or lectures.
He is kind and well meaning, but often deals with social scenes in an aloof manner. He likes talking to people and making friends, but doesn't always know how to. He isn't very observant since he's so engrossed in his own dreams, and can sometimes come off as indifferent to others feelings. He doesn't mean to, and if he realizes he's done something wrong, he'll try and soothe things over the best he can.
He isn't a bad person, but being absent minded he can get himself into trouble. If reprimanded, he will take full responsibility, and doesn't like running away from his problems.
Short Biography/background:
Lux was born in a rural town, where his family worked at a vineyard. His days were often spent helping his parents or wandering the outskirts of the village.
When working, Lux often would accidentally screw things up. Dropping baskets of grapes down stairwells, digging up the wrong weeds, etc. Sometimes his blunders would get him down, but his parents always tried to cheer him up, insisting he was still a small bud waiting to bloom.

Once upon a Midnight dream...
Character Name: Sonya Silver-tongue

Personality:
Simple: she is one of the smartest girls you could ever know ...but, impossible to tell unless she was writing it out or applying her ability to actual work, you'd mistake her for you average shopping mall teen.
Sassy: She is quick to mouth off to anyone that does her or her friends injustice in any way.
Compassionate: She stands up for those that can otherwise not do it for themselves.
Short Biography/background: Growing up Sonya was always the bodyguard of her baby sister, who was born with many birth defects including no legs from the knees down. She had always wanted a sister and prayed to the gods of the universe to heal her sibling but to no avail. Her sister to this day remains hospitalized and in a coma after a cruel trick played by the popular girls at their high school sent her down seven flights of stairs.
Katherine, Sonya's little sister had done nothing to deserve such cruelty. The week sonya returned to school she overheard them laughing over almost KILLING kat! This had sent Sonya over the edge and unlocked the Libra to her inner magic, and in the name of justice and retribution Mina somehow sent the girl into another world.
Her parents confronted her one morning before school two weeks after the search went out for the missing high school prep. They told her of her heritage in the realm of magic and how she and her sister both had it running through them but that through a single pivotal act in life they would unlock their inner most spirit.
She told them how she had ripped open the portal and slammed her enemy through it...
and within the week they had packed her bags and sent her off to a magical reform school to learn how to control herself.

Character Name: Summern Trying for: Girl Player Name: Sapphire-Cyanide Race: Human Aspirations: To graduate and become a Druid, To help raise awareness of the earth, To help repair the damages that have been done Personality: Nice and social but with a bit of sass to her, this young lady who has just been enrolled into the Academy is one of those girls you'd never expect to have a sort of grumpy side to. Most days she is very nice and friendly with her peers, but if there is something that is commented against what she believes in, she's got a bit of poison to spit at the remarks. They're mostly under her breath and not said aloud, but her snippet of sarcasm and spite could become a problem in the future if it continues. Though this is probably not as big of a problem as she thinks it might be. All people have their off days, after all. Other than that, she is outgoing and loves to chitchat and is a hard worker, but likes to spread awareness to others of the delights of the outside world as well. Outside meaning nature, the outdoors. The young witchling loves the outdoors most, and would prefer to be out in the sunshine and oddball weather than be cooped up in a classroom. She mostly likes to take walks around the Academy and do all her homework or spells outside on a nice bench under a tree. She aspires to one day become a Druid if she does well in school, since she feels a deep connection to the earth and what it offers to all of life. Her mindset is that mother nature provides everyone with all that people really need to live their lives; food, water, natural shelters, and of course magic provided naturally from the heart within. Her favorite colors are pinks and reds with a bit of a mix-in of summery colors, and enjoys sweet-tart combos like strawberry lemonade. It's one of her favorite treats in fact! Short Biography/background: The now young witchling was raised in the country side as a child, not too far from other towns and cities. Every now and then her parents would take her to visit these large places to show her what the city life was like, but the little girl had no real liking for them. The tall buildings, bright lights, and hustling bustle of crowds frightened her a bit, as she was very small and they were all very large things. She had always been a small child and even to this current day, a small young adult, but this did not bother her in the slightest. Being raised in the country where you had to be on your own a lot of the time, it could be tough sometimes. Working was no easy task and having to help with such labor taught you to be humble for what you had with what nature provided. Especially when it came to farming. The girl always loved gardening, so farming was her daily chore among her family. It was while farming and sowing seeds one day that the girl learned of the magic within her, it had bloomed like a sudden flower inside her chest, and she had caused a few seeds she had just buried and patted down with loving hands to sprout ever so slightly. Fascinated by this and her new found magic, she ran back to the house to tell her parents. They had known of magic and what good it could do for their daughter, so they encouraged her greatly with her farm work and in practicing among the plants. They soon had crops very early in the prime of the season, and it was thanks to the girls' powers that they earned a little more profit than they usually had in the past years. Proud of their daughter, they continued to help her to flourish. When the teenager turned 17, they knew that their daughter would become something great if she continued along the course of helping Mother Earth with her magic. They sent her to Makai Royal Academy to enroll, and suggested she look into becoming a Druid. Determined to make her parents even more proud, the young woman decided she would do just as they had said, and work hard to bloom into a Druid Witch, even though it would mostly equal to a life alone. She would also begin to help educate other witchlings of nature and that they should all do their part in helping to protect it. Character Name:Trying for: Boy Player Name: Sapphire-Cyanide Race: Human Aspirations: To be recognized as a Ars Lillium, To someday be able to fly (by any possible means), To become a Mononoke (this was a past dream, but he still believes that someday he could become one) Personality: Laid back, easy going, and carefree, this young man isn't exactly the pinnacle of hard work. Though he dreams of becoming a Ars Lillium some day, he's rather lazy in his ways about getting work done or magic using. This doesn't mean that he doesn't care. He just has a hard time sticking to a plan or concentrating on what he should be really focusing on. Most of the time he can be spotted goofing off outside and talking to birds in the trees and feeding them scraps of his snack, or sleeping over a desk in one of his classes at the Academy. He's a social sort of guy and likes to chat now and then if people happen to be within his area, but most of the time he'll be quiet unless he has something good to comment on. He'll think on his words before he speaks, at least. But this isn't always true for schoolwork and he likes to make silly remarks on things that don't matter at the time. This often gets him in trouble with teachers, and in return ends up in detention. that or scrubbing unpleasant places caked with filth. He dislikes these punishments, but he knows he deserves it for speaking out of his place. Short Biography/background: At a young age as a boy, this current young man loved the daylight and the color of the blue sky above the world. He enjoyed watching birds taking flight, or just going about their business as birds do, as he often would visit a park near his home and bring bread to feed them with. While he was young, the boy was eventually given a pet bird that he loved dearly, and it lived a few years with him and his family before it passed away of natural reasons. Heartbroken by his best friend's death, the boy became slightly secluded and preferred the company of animals (mostly feathered friends) over people. He had learned about the Mononoke as well through a few books of lore, and he decided that he wanted to become one. His family were all very magical people, so the boy also knew he too would be gifted with magic. But of course as we know, possessing Mononoke abilities is something you must be born with, and when the young man learned this later in his age, this only weighed down his ambitions more. This made the blue-haired boy become lazy, slow, and sluggish. He began to give up his ambitions or his use of wanting to have magic. Whatever little magic he did do, it wasn't very good since his heart wasn't put into it at all, if ever rarely. His parents became fed up with him for his lack of will to do anything good, and kicked him over to the Makai Royal Academy. Despite this action, the young man still had no desire to learn magic or master it. He decided since he would never be able to become a true Mononoke, he'd just go for the next best thing in line; a Ars Lillium. Even then, this would require work on his part, and he didn't feel like it at all with no real goal in mind. At the end of some class days though, nothing made him happier than to sit outside and feed the birds. Maybe there was a way to encourage him to work if he had some motivation... so upon the discovery a teacher had come across and alerted his parents about, they had bought him another pet bird, a songbird, to keep with him at school. At first he ignored the bird, thinking that this was some sort of insult from his parents back home. they knew how torn up he was over his first feathered friend, so why would they mock him so? Though eventually over a bit of time, the bird grew on him and soon he was in love again. Sure, he still had no desire or will to get homework done or memorize spells, but it was a bit more tolerable to be in school now that he had a friend he felt he could relate to, and listen to it's beautiful song. Other than all of his fellow peers about the halls of the Academy and towns nearby. It's not like he disliked them, it's just that he never had any real interest in other people since his dreams of becoming a werebeast were shattered. Little does he realize though that this bird could come to help him in the near future... Short Biography/background:
You know the saying 'it takes a village to raise a child'? Well in Dell's case it was literal. A baby appeared in the middle of a very small poor coastal fishing village. He looked like no-one of the village, and no one was willing to claim him but the townsfolk would not let an innocent child die. So they took turns housing, feeding and clothing the boy, but none would take him in permanently.
It was a surprise to find that he was a witch, though it was a bit of a relief for the town. Being a witch, he would go to the Academy, where he would be attired - even if it was simply the school uniform, that was better quality than anything he had ever owned- he would be fed, and he would have the opportunity to care for himself and not be a burden on the village.

Personality:
Illystria doesn't exactly understand how most of the outside world works. Her solid work ethic keeps her out of most trouble, but if one trips the triggers that send her into a fury she has no issue with taking blows and dishing out more than she can handle. To those that don't know her she is quiet, to those that get to know her she is friendly, and those who gain the inner circle of her trust get to know exactly how far the rabbit hole goes. She detests being cooped up, but she will put herself through it for her favored activity of reading.
"Good lord you make me sound like some dreary mouse....Where's the sense of adventure? The real nitty gritty of WHO I am?" ......"Oh wait...we're supposed to let them know as we go on...Heh..."

Being of a rather dubious background, Illystria isn't sure exactly who or what her mother was. She knows her father is a good for nothing, and likely drunk off magic permanently, so she was able to raise herself, and her two siblings fairly well. At her current age she shows great promise in the magical areas, though she swears that it's only a small gift and nothing more. Wishing to train and perhaps find a way to really make herself known, in order to take care of herself and her family. (Not her father.) She was born under a full moon, and some say that the moon phases affect her personality, or perhaps her whims. No one's ever actually witnessed a change, but being from her family the whole town she lived in, believed it.

Character Name: Margery Dragonborne.
Trying for: Girl.
Player Name: The Historia Crux.
Race: Human.
Aspirations: To see her house to greatness. To improve her Earth/Golem themed magic.
Personality:
Margery was raised to be a Princess; and even though she is yet to gain such a title, there is no better way to describe her.
She loves to dance and her head is filled with tales of white knights and dragon slayers, on the outside she is appealing and very agreeable. She brushes her hair three times a day, bathes at least once and a curse word has never left her lips. She spends her nights quietly studying in her room and her grades are rather impressive. Yes, from the outside looking in she is the perfect example of a young lady... and that is exactly what she was trained to be.
Though her ladylike smiles, soft spoken words and all around elegance should not fool you. Margery knows politics, more so than a girl her age should, she knows how to turn people against each other by whispering gentle nothing in their ear. She has, and will always be a manipulator and the smart would trust her about as far as they can throw her. Her loyalties lie with her family and more importantly herself, she sees outsiders as tools in which she can use and abuse in order to further her own aspirations.
The frail, innocent mask in which she wears hides a girl who's heart is cold and who's eyes are empty and emotionless. It is not that she does not feel, instead she does not show her feelings - seeing it as a weakness. Her poker-face is her greatest strength and she hardly ever takes it off.
Her mother always hoped she would one day marry into royalty; all her life she has been under the heavy burden of always seeking perfection ontop her families aspirations. Her memories are filled with whisperings that she does not understand. She never went wanting anything; except answers about her families past and how they came to be in the situation they are.
- She does not like sleeping alone, and will share her bed with people to avoid it.
- She has a certain love of anything old, if it looks like its about to crumble to dust she will want it.
- She likes to dance and knows many stories about knights and dragon slayers. She believes that her ancestors actually tamed them.
- She is fiercely protective, if you mess with someone close to her, then she will do all she can to ******** you over... in the most ladylike way possible.

- Her family owns a castle, half of it is a ruin but hey, its still a castle!
Short Biography/background: Long ago, the Dragonborne were a noble family; however a scandal saw their house lower in rank. The members of the house did all that was possible to hide their past and forget the unfortunate events that turned them into a source of scorn for so many. Every notable family has skeletons in their closet, and as of yet young Margery does not even know her own, though that is not through lack of trying. Since the day she was born she lived with the pressure of somehow making her house great again, she was trained to one day be royalty... now all she has to do is find herself a prince. Her childhood home was not filled with comforting words and bedtime stories; her parents treat her more like a project than a daughter but this does not mean she hates them. Her childhood was different, but that is not to say it was cruel.

Aspirations: He is open to any and all things, and mostly just wants to learn and explore life’s possibilities.
Personality:
He is very curious, and also incredibly naïve, due to his sheltered upbringing. This can make him appear highly insensitive at times, and give him an unjustified sense of entitlement at others. He also often has a hard time understanding the basics of social interaction, although he is generally well-meaning and kind at heart, and is very intelligent despite his naivety.
Short Biography/background:
Selim had been born into money, but not just any money – old money. For as far as they could be traced back, his family had been wealthy, although it’s possible that they had simply stopped tracing the moment they hit upon anyone who wasn’t part of the upper crust. Still, his family’s wealth was of great renown, and Selim’s inheritance included not only old-money, but old fashioned, conservative, self-serving ideals. It was the kind of thinking designed to keep oneself at the top, and Selim and the rest of his siblings were raised by these ideologies, seemingly in replace of any sort of interaction with most of the outside world.
Selim, however, had also been born with something else; an innate curiosity, fostered by his natural magical talent. Manipulating his surroundings to trip up the servants became one of his favorite pastimes as a child. His parents called him precocious. The wait staff called him a nuisance. But his parents were also wary. He was the first of his family to be this talented in a long time, and he used this to his advantage as he mounted his attack, begging and pleading to be allowed to attend Makai Royal Academy. He’d had enough of private tutors, who only taught the useless things his parents had deemed beneficial, and moreover, he’d had enough of living within the family walls. He knew that the only way to truly learn was to go out into the world, and the more his parents tried to restrain him, the more determined he became to escape. Eventually, they were forced to admit that the Academy was the best path for him, and very reluctantly sent their impressionable son out on his own.

Character Name: Kai Florentine

Player Name: Eternal Newbie
Race: Human
Aspirations: To gain all enough worldly power to control his own destiny; to prove his superiority to anyone who rejects him
Personality: Kai is a dutiful son, a model student, an effective study partner. Most of the time he's friendly and helpful to those he meets. While quick-witted, he's not precisely intelligent and academics don't come easy to him; he makes it up with study sessions that can go long into the night. He's usually reluctant to enter involved, heated discussions, but if the conversation hits on one of his hobbies (or if someone ropes him into a new appreciation) he can rattle on for hours or work on related projects with casual disregard for sleep and food. He'll ocasionally blurt out a tactless or downright rude thought, but on the whole he tries his best not to make waves and to get along with everyone. It's how he gets through life.
It's also mostly fake. What Kai presents to the world are masks, simple rotes designed to fulfill expectations and play to stereotypes. His inner self is much more self-centered and harsh. The inside of his head has a sarcastic, bitter commentary running commentary that is full of snap judgments and seeing the worst in people. He has a tendency to cherry-pick the evidence to fit his pre-made conclusions. He also has a habit of putting himself before others and is careless of other people's perspectives. While his dedication and enthusiasm are not faked, they can be put to as many bad uses as good - and once he has an idea in his head, he doesn't let go.
Kai is his own worst enemy. He wants to show his true self and break away from his parents, but instead he lies and pretends and covers himself up. He wants to find someone to trust, but he labels others from shallow readings, dismisses them as not worth his time, and is ultimately unwilling to make the first (most dangerous) move. He wants to defy expectations and set his own course, but he also wants to be perfect and admired and exceed expectations. In short, he's a mess.
Short Biography/background: Once there was a man and woman in Moonfall who liked each other very much. They had little wealth and little magic, and their families approved of each other, so they married and tried to live a life most proper. To that end, they had a son.
Kai grew up in a household focused around dinner parties and matching curtains. His parents tried their best to appear upper-class and successful no matter what. He himself was a prop trotted out when the neighbors came over for cocktails or when the boss stopped by to drop files off. His life was full of good impressions. His father was a man of his work, and would only speak when necessary; his mother was a steadfast housewife who made sure her son was always up to the neighborhood's code and vacuumed in her pearls. Kai was as respectful and dutiful as a child was supposed to be. They wanted him to be perfect; they, and therefore he, would accept nothing less.
He was good at performing roles but not at forming bonds. There was no one he was close to. Instead he concerned himself with places. The top of the clocktower, the stand of oaks in a nearby park, under the bleachers at school - anyplace he could escape the pressures of other people and felt like he could really be himself.
Kai swore to himself that he wouldn't be caught up in the same web of obligation and duties of his parents, bowing under the pressure of society. One day, he thought to himself, he'd rise above it. He'd earn the happiness and freedom he was entitled to, no matter what it took.
