Character Appearance/Style: When on school ground Rin keeps up with the school dress code only wearing her school uniform which she adds her own bit of style by changing the color of the tie every now and then. If the uniform is bland she has to add a bit of color to it, either it be the tie or color hair clips to match as well her favorite being an orange tie with a mikan print hair clip. While outside of school Rin dresses fairly casual. Sometimes going for a more breezy look with a sundress or a more laid back look with a pair of shorts or loose fitting jeans. Her style tends to be bright and colorful just like her personality. Rin also borrows clothing from her counterpart Kagamine Len, which she wears on her own time, or simply to bother him. Being somewhat of a tomboy she tends to wear his clothing when going out with friends when she’s not required to dress up.
Character Personality: Rin is a very carefree and outgoing individual. Master who wanted her to learn more about the world and to socialize with other humans and other vocaloids sent off her to school. She was created with a twin counterpart whom she spends most of her time with that it can be very hard to separate the two. Rin, being the oldest of the two, tends to cause more trouble while Len or Miku are the ones who have to pull Rin out of it. Spontaneous and adventurous, Rin will make sure that each and every person has something to do. If anyone is feeling left out Rin will surely be the one to try and comfort them in any way that she can. She usually attempts to tell jokes though her knowledge of certain things makes her jokes a little hard to understand. Rin always tries her best to keep her promises but if she asks for any favors beware of them. At times she’ll be the one whispering to someone else across the classroom for test answers. She is also the type to study at the last minute, spending late nights with her friends to cram whatever knowledge she can into her skull. Rin tends to be overly friendly and one for constantly physical contact, either it be poking someone, leaning on someone, or locking her pinky finger with their own. The blonde is also a self-labeled procrastinator and tends to do things on an impulse.
Personal Goals: Rin wants nothing more than the happiness of Master while at the same time she wants to learn more, even if she lacks the motivational drive. Her main focus seems to be making friends, more than she can count. She doesn’t discriminate between utauloids, or humans for that matter. She would personally like to become the best singer there is, constantly practicing and singing at every chance that she gets. And as much as Rin adores the vocaloid who was created with her she would like to detach herself just a bit from that bond while at the same time wanting to be a lot closer to Len. Sleeping in a room without Len there can be a little frightening but she would love to get over that fear.
Likes: Rin absolutely loves oranges. The color, the fruit, the juice in her cup! She loves it all! The only thing that tops her love for oranges is her love for her male counterpart Kagamine Len. Rin expresses constantly that she loves him more than anything and anyone and does not see him as a sibling but simply a person who makes her feel complete. Rin enjoys physical education classes just simply because she can work off a lot of extra energy. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and she enjoys making new ones.
Dislikes: Rin absolutely cannot stand being alone, so with that being the case she can’t stand seeing other people sitting alone or just lacking the attention that everyone else is getting. Rin will approach just about anyone and start up a conversation to make sure neither of the two have to feel unwanted or simply alone. Tests are on the list for Rin since she puts things off all the time she never has much time to study so she’s not that good of a test taker unless she’s sneaking a peek off of someone else’s paper. She also hates that she has to wear glasses when reading. A rough and tumble kind of girl always gets in trouble after breaking an expensive pair of classes.
Person Of Interest: Len is something someone Rin cannot do without. While that is the case it is hard for others to get closer to Rin on a more relationship level. She could possibly be a little more open in that case, though the person would have to find a way to make her feel whole.
