The cloth slipped easily off his shoulder, pooling on the ground around his feet. The Chimecho hummed, the sound like wind flowing lazily through wind-chimes, and studied the calm, still water that was spread out before him. So far his travels had not yet brought him to any major cities. He had just left a small town, and despite having found it a charming place, a part of him could not help but be pleased to be out in the wilderness again. This pristine lake would be a perfect stop before he carried on to a city that, his map assured him, had a large human population. Speaking of maps… where had put it? Oh dear.

After a few minutes of fruitless searching, Shinrei gave up with a small elegant shrug. It was gone; lost along the way no doubt. He spared it no more thought as he continued to undress. The concept of clothes had always been a difficult one for him to understand, but humans were so particular about modesty that he had adapted to their wishes. Out here, in the wilderness, with nobody but Pokemon to see, he thought nothing of shedding his clothing. He could hardly go swimming with them on anyway.

Leaving his clothes piled on the grassy shore, he stepped onto the lake… striding over the water with levitation until he was further out. Then he dropped, slipped into the cool water and disappearing beneath the surface.

In truth, the Chimecho wasn't too far off from the destined city. In fact, Felek was heading away from said place. He wasn't a fan of them. Most times they were just far too overly crowded with... body's, and tall buildings, and noises that were just so obnoxious. He preferred solitude, and the company of only himself.... though secretly he did desire some sort of companionship. But such words or admittance would never be uttered from the prideful Piplup's lips. No sir. Besides, he was convinced that he'd never be able to find appropriate company that didn't bother him in one way or another.

His gait was lax, and leisurely, guard not as lifted as he entered the vast forest. As a Pokemon he would have been moving swiftly, and constantly dating his eyes around... but now that he held this body, he didn't have to worry about attacks. And if he was attacked, well... he had a better advantage now. No surprise that gaining a few feet in height would give him the ability to counter his enemies much easier. In this particular forest there was a pleasant little lake that he liked to visit. It was quaint, and peaceful, that no one knew about... last he'd checked.

Cloak billowing lightly behind him from the mere movement of his graceful steps, Felek found himself a little excited as he grew closer to the water source. Tiny fluffy tail hidden by the sheet of fabric flickered with subtle anticipation, the pengu felt his pace pick up a touch, only to slow again... as he heard a disturbance in the water just ahead... and then saw it.
Someone was there already.
Thoroughly disappointed, he had to resist the hard frown that wanted to form, and keep from clenching his fists. Great... just great.... The stubborn trait in him didn't allow a retreat to happen. Instead, he strolled right on ahead. Sparing just a small glance at the skinny-dipper, he showed no reaction to his presence, and went to the furthest area of the lake from the other man. No way was he letting someone ruin his day... he'd just have his part of the lake, and the stranger could have the other..

Shinrei kicked off the muddy bottom of the lake, bursting to the surface. The water was delightfully refreshing. His white hair was stuck to his face and he shook his head to dislodge it, the motion allowing him to catch a glimpse a person striding along the shore. Oh, company! At first he presumed the newcomer was a human and he watched through damp strands of hair as the person made his way to the other side of the lake. While he knew other Gijinka existed, he had yet to meet one. Doing so was very high on his to-do list.

He began to swim slowly towards where the new person had stopped. Surely they wouldn’t mind a hello and a little chat.

Felek just stared at the water he was beside, giving no mind to Shinrei... that is until he started to advance towards him. That hidden little tail flickered again irritably, but the pengu did not acknowledge the Chimecho's presence. Instead.... he stood his ground. His eyes kept as averted as possible, making it as clear as he could that he was not interested in any sort of interaction. He'd enjoy his peace here, and the other chap could enjoy his...

His hands busied themselves by fiddling with the edge of his cloak, smoothing the fabric over each thumb. His face remained flat and distracted by the ripples of the water being created by both the Chimecho and himself, his natural ability to manipulate water coming into play.

Shinrei continued forward until he was able to stand on the spot. He touched his fingers to the ripples, two sets; one from himself and the other radiating away from the man… no… the Pokemon. Now close enough to him to see Felek properly, it was obvious. He made a soft sound, a delighted chime.

He moved closer, until he was waist deep in the lake water and tried to catch the Piplup’s gaze. “… hello.” He could almost feel the others desire to be left alone, the irritation was so obvious. But he ignored it, watching the other male calmly.

His tiny tail flicked as he was spoken to, hands concealed under his long cloak twitching into a semi-balled shape. "Good evening." he replied plainly in return. Maybe if he kept things short and simple he wouldn't have to deal with this for too long. But even with Shinrei's attempts to make eye contact, the stubborn pengu refused to allow it, keeping his gaze diverted.

It always seemed this was the case. All his favorite places that were usually abandoned and all for himself suddenly cropping up with random characters. Hopefully this wasn't going to become a normal thing...

Shinrei’s lip tilted up at the returned greeting, pleased to have at least gotten something from the reticent male. “My apologies…” He began softly, keeping his gaze on the other’s face. “… would you mind if I asked you a few questions?” Surely he could not be denied. He watched the Piplup with an honest, hopeful smile. He continued on quickly, before he was given an immediate no. “I have not seen anyone like me before. I have heard of there being more, but you are the first I have seen…” He lifted a hand from the water, using it to brush more hair from his face. “I am quite excited to learn more about… well, everything.”

He took a thoughtful second to study the other man. “I could put clothes on if you preferred that?” Perhaps that was the problem?

As the Chimecho continued on, Felek did his best to represent a clear disinterest in the other mans words. His crossed arms concealed fiddling fingers that continually smoothed over fabric, though never for long, as the crease merely bunched up again. Fantastic... this was a chatty type of guy. The Piplup was in no mood for cordial interactions... but it seemed he had no choice.

"If I must." was all he replied with, eyes remaining firmly pinned elsewhere; mostly on some tree's, unmoving from their post. Maybe if he gave information, then the guy would leave...

The final question almost made him scoff and roll his eyes. Like he cared about some human body whether it was clothed or not. Pokemon were naturally naked. It didn't effect him in the slightest, "The thought never entered my mind." he flatly replied again.
