((Requirements: One Person -Filled- willing to play a shifter as in Wolf. Willing to deal with Romance. Suspense and Mystery required. ))

Mystical Winds a small out in the middle of nowhere town, which is nestled around a beautiful forest known for how the tree’s stay in various colors all year round thus making it the title Mystical. The town has always been simple and out from the cities, the people knowing almost everyone some dating back since when the town first began as silver and gold miners, but the mines where now closed having been depleted and it was to protect the natural landscape of the area.

Now something new has appeared in the small town, half the forest has gone under protection bought up by a man and his family to keep the forests as they are and bring back a creature that has not been seen in several decades; the wolf. That was 10 years ago and things have changed a bit, the family that had bought the forest seemed to have come in vast numbers of family friends as well that now helped bring the population up.
Course that is not all that came with them, their secrets had followed and now people are afraid to go into the woods.

~~~~
The rain fell from the skies like it did the last time she had been here; 12 years ago. The town seemed to have remained the same surrounded by trees and still doing its thing while the world around it passed it by. Stepping out of the truck that had carried her from her last home to this one, the rain pelting her just like it did when she had left this place at age 6. Letting her eyes scan the area she would roll her shoulder, she had gotten a tattoo the week before and it was still healing but it was in memory of her parents that died the month before.
Soon a door opened from the house that the truck was parked in and an old woman stepped out looking at them before coming down and going up to the girl, tears where in the women dark brown eyes and soon she hugged the girl.
"Grams it’s alright...." The girl stated and the women would look up at her. "I know dear, I know but I am truly glad to know that you are safe after what happened"
The girl would nod her head and looked at the man who brought her here, it was her Uncle her father's brother and she thanked him for bringing her here before heading inside as he unloaded the truck of the girls things.
"I gave you the upstairs loft" "Grams I could just have my old bedroom" "I wasn't using the loft for anything but storage it be good to have some life back up there" The old women grinned and then stepped into the kitchen where she had been preparing a hot meal.
"Once your done unpacking why don't you walk around town dear get a feel for the place again." The girl just nodded and started up the stairs looking around her bedroom it was a lot bigger than her old one and the one she had in the city her furniture from the city was already here but it barley took up any space. Setting her bags down she moved over to the bed and sat down looking out the window and just watching as the rain continued to fall.
"Home sweet home" She whispered to herself before laying down and closing her eyes. After several hours she would wake back up and yawn “when did I fall asleep?” she asked out loud and sighed softly as she slid off the bed and would then hear something, moving to the window she would pull the glass up listening “Wolves? When have there been wolves in this area?” “Came here about two years after you where last here” she turned and it was her uncle “Oh Hi Uncle Chris, what about them?” “They came here two years after you where last here” “I was six then” “Well a reserve opened up around then, to save the wild life in this area well they introduced wolves now they pretty much run the area” “So bottom line don’t go into the woods alone?” “Exactly” he said with a smile.
~~~~Next Day~~~~

The rain continued to fall even as the sun peeked through the clouds and the tree’s, but that did not stop Sara Brian’s from having to go to school. She sat in her Uncle’s car as he drove her down to the local and ONLY high school that this town has seen; when they got there, it was a decent size able to house the 600 students that filled the area. With the tourists that came to see the beauty of the forests things were able to stay well and afloat. Sara would look at her Uncle “Did you and Dad go here?” “Ya he was the big basketball player here, so don’t be shocked if some of the teacher’s are nice to you” “was he that much of a jock?” “No, your father was a charmer” he chuckled out and Sara would giggle as well her dad was that.

Her uncle would pull up in front of the school and she would open the door “Call me when your wanting to come home, but before dark” “Yes sir” she said with a smile. She slid out the door and started up the stairs to the school, news traveled fast that a new kid was coming. She looked around and sighed “a new school…a new life” she told herself and headed into the school, other students walking in.

Shifting a bit she moved down towards the main office, she figured she wouldn’t have to do much on the first day then again some schools just loved to see a new wolf squirm. She could not help but chuckle at herself for that, after all she was almost as new as the wolves in the area. Sara shook he read and stepped into the office no one was inside but on the counter sat a note

Dear Ms. Brian’s
Welcome to our school, I am sorry to not be able to meet you on your first day some things came up. I do hope you enjoy your time here, I typed up your schedule so please take today to get to know it your teachers are awaiting you. Welcome to MWH!
Mr. Ford

Sarah looked at the note then grabbed the paper beneath and read it over “alright…gym great” she stated and then left the office heading where it was clear the gym, she could already hear the cheering and smell the sweat coming from it. “Jock central” she whispered and pushed the large doors open and walked into the large gym where already a game of some sort was going on carried on by a group of guys with girls cheering on the side. Sara watched for a bit then moved over towards the bleachers and sat down, now all she could do was wait.

Ok, I have noticed no one is really even checking in on this role play so I have decided to try and 'fix' it a bit to help out.

Type of People: Its a one on one meaning just two people perhaps later on more can come into it but for now I would like just one other person.

Type of Role Play:
Get the Twilight out of your HEAD!!! First off this is a shifter type role play, not WEREWOLVES not LYCAN'S nor is it spirit warriors this is strictly human change to wolf much like the popular anime Wolf's Rain. I do not want to make this any where near twilight, if romance happens it happens no harm no foul. What happens happens and I am open to ANY sugjestions on what happens next. PM me I swear I do NOT bite whee

Type of Setting:
Yes this is out in the boonies type but thats only because wolves LIVE in the mountains, forests, plains away from soceity so I am trying to be accurate. I have set the town up in the mountains so it is a tad bit chilly so make sure to wrap up 3nodding It is also 'high school' so be creative with what to expect. I am also looking for someone who will be willing to keep the suspense (on edge) and mystery going, it be more fun cause who doesen't like a bit of that every now and then.

Type of Characters: It is already clear that I am playing Sarah, a girl who has been uprooted from everything she knows and thrusted into the care of her grandmother and uncle. If you are interested no you do not have to play another her age, you can be older (not grandparent old) and no younger than 16 (also wouldn't mind a male 'hoping' for romance heart ) So use your awesome minds and think of something when in dought PM me whee

I hope that helps thoughs who didn't know how to come in, or where unsure PM me for more information if needed or if you have an idea.

Peace and Love!!!

I'd love to be a part of this RP but I have one question that wouldn't be able to fit on a pm.

So do they actually transform into wolves or is it like a Neko kind of thing?

Is it possible not to make it a 'school' based environment? I haven't had much good events with the whole thing not being organized and etc.

Possible for it to be (age 20+)?

Sorry to bother, I shall whisk away!

/actually does

I say school environment only because of the age of my character, and i can change it don't mind to actually help. And not neko furry I mean like taking actually wolf form if you've seen Blood and Chocolate or Wolf's Rain the concept of that type of wolf is what I mean

The sounds of the gymnasium echoed all around them. The wood floors seemed to glisten with a new application of wax at the start of the school year, and the sweat that poured on the floor boards glistened just as brightly. It was fall, which meant that it was American Basketball season and therefore, the boys that run across the playing area where dribbling an all too familuar orange ball with speed and agility. For a moment, the boys even wrestled with each other- the girls cheering on the sidelines as they rooted for their favorate team, whether it be the boys with shirts, or the boys who only wore their skins.

Most of the boys here were tall, lean and blonde, following with the genetics that had been passed down from the towns people from generation to generation. Each year, every year, the boys and girls at Mystic Winds Highschool saw the same people walk through the same halls with the same names. Even with the extended family that moved into town over ten years ago, everybody new everybody. But there was one boy that stood out from the rest of the others. While he was just as fast and agile as the others, he was not as pale from the clouded and chilly mountain atmosphere. Instead, he was sun kissed with brilliant raven hair that seemed to change from black to purple to blue depending on the styles of light over head. His demenour was calm and tactical- his body was moved smoothly while his eyes, a bright honey colored with flecks of gold, seemed striking and calculating.

When the ball came his way, he already had his moves planned out, as if he could predict where his opponent was going to be, like he could feel their presence. And just as easily as he threw the ball into the basket over head did Alexander Viento count the number of heads in the gymnasium. Therefore, he could feel a newer presence, a different one that didn't quite belong with the others. A rough hand ran past his locks of unruly hair as his eyes fluttered to where the gymnasium door had opened. A girl walked in, he could tell, but she was too far away to see her clearly. It didn't matter, it wasn't like he had time to talk to begin with.

Not paying attenion, one of the bigger boys, Brian, had come by him and shoved his shoulder. Taking a step back, Alex flashed a sarcastic smile. Oh, now this game was going to get interesting.

sounds legit. As long as there's nothing too cheesy and bland I think I might join.

Sarah continued to move as she watched and dodged in and out of the crowd of girls that swarmed the side lines, they all looked the same the blond hair and light skin *did I go to barbie world?* she asked herself as she moved up the bleachers. The sounds of the old wood and metal creaking as she added her weight onto them, course like all bleachers they managed to stay standing even after the harsh ‘beatings’ they would get over the years.
Shouldering the rather empty book bag that still had the smell of a fire lingering on it, she did not really notice it after she had sprayed it to death with some aerosols and hoped that it somewhat help conceal it. Turning her head she would sit down, once again the creaking of the bleachers made her wonder if she should have been even sitting on these things. Sarah let her eyes roam to the game, basketball at least she knew the real world reached this small town…at least she hoped.

Brushing back a lose strand of her brown hair, she sighed and balanced her elbows on her knees watching naturally it looked like a fight was about to start when one of the barbie boys shoved into the only guy that didn’t look like he came out of a plastic box. Maybe there was some hope for this school in that no one was somehow or another related to the other, *what is it about old towns and having a cousin of some sort in every family* she asked herself.

Course her family had lived here for a long time properly a bit longer than 10 years, but she clearly did not look like she at all belonged. She had her families features such as brown hair and brown eyes with speaks of gold, well minus her father and her who had been born with pure gold eyes that her mother teased them on and called her father ‘wolf man’. A small smile formed on her lips thinking of those times, when her father would act the part of a wolf man to mess with her mother, Sarah would join in sometimes when she was little saying if her dad was a wolf man she was the wolf girl. Her mother would just play out that she was under attack and father and daughter would chase her around before all three of them would be hugging each other laughing.

Shaking her head, she would quickly remove a tear from her eyes, letting them look back at the gym floor. If she just started crying people would think, she was weird, her family did their best to keep the knowledge of the ‘fire’ and death of her parents from reaching this town and she wanted it that way. Don’t need a pity party otherwise she would have ended up with friends just pitied her and hung with her cause they felt bad.

As she sat, there though the coach would walk in, an older man his hair showing signs of grey hairs and he took notice of Sarah quickly. Moving over he yelled over the cheering “Your Brains right?” Sarah turned her head and stood up “Ya, that’s me” the man nodded and waved her down. Sarah would move her way back down the creaking bleachers, dodging the other book bags that littered the bottom until she hit the floor. The coach would watch her then turn his attention back to the game, before speaking “Names Coach Arthur, the kids usually just call me Coach Welcome to our little town.”

Sarah looked up at the rather tall man he had to be at least 6’3” easily and he ripped with muscles even at an old age. “Thanks, I used to come here when I was little.” Coach stood there thinking then he would laugh, “Your Chris Brains niece aren’t ya?” “Y...Ya…” she was a bit uneasy great did this person know her family? Did that mean the whole town knew? “I coached that boy and your father when they came here. “ Sarah nodded some and looked away showing signs she really didn’t want to reminisce with the man. Coach spotted it quickly before clearing his throat “Anyways I’m giving you two days to get adjusted as are the other teachers, as for what you need for this class just an outfit to work in, think you can work that out?” “Ya…” she whispered. Coach would stair before stepping back some “Just take it easy for now Brains and again welcome to MWH.” The big man would then step from her and go to watch the game.

Sarah sighed then moved back up the bleachers and sat down, she didn’t want to cry but just hearing Coach talk about her father even just in mention hurt and she just kept her head low at least till she could calm down.
PostPosted: Fri Apr 06, 2012 8:45 pm

There was a shifting in the bleachers now as Coach walked away. The girls seemed flustered and stopped cheering with high hopes. Now, they cheered with favoritism and attitude. The boys had begun to fight.

"Hey, hey!" Shouted coach as he walked in a slow pace towards the huddle of boys. He didn't bother to hurry up because one, he didn't want to injure himself and two, a little rustle and tussle was good for the boys. Once inside the huddle, the older man was able to asses the situation. Jessy, a frequent trouble maker and instigator was under the body of Alex Viento, a usual target. But time and time again, Coach watched as Griffin and Viento went at it over the years, and each time the smaller built Alex had the upper hand. Coach was never sure why but, oh well. They always made an interesting bout.

"Now," He reached over and pulled one boy each by the scruff of his shirt, seperating the two and ending the echoing chant from the others- the infamous bass filled tone of 'fight, fight, fight, fight'. Jessy had a mean snarl on his face that showed easily in his clear skin and shined with his bright green eyes, his blonde short cut standing on end like a cat. Alex on the other hand seemed more reserved and his unruly raven locks dripped with sweat that landed to lope along his lips which curved into a smile. "The both of you knock it off. Shower up, the two of 'ya, and stay off the court for the rest of the period." With a shove, Coach let the boys go and they took a few steps back, green eyes meeting golden orbs for a moment before peace broke their tensions and they walked solemly to the locker rooms. There wasn't quite as much of a buzz in the air as one would expect after a fight. That was probably due to the fact that this fight happened quite often and wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Within moments, the game was back on and the girls continued their chants.

Up a few rows from Sarah was a girl. With a smooth movement, the girl shifted in her seat and then into another. Soon, she was right next to Sarah, collecting the books that where just a few seats over. She had long and curly raven hair and a soft face. She was sun kissed and she too, had golden flecks in her brown eyes. She muttered something under her breath, seemingly talking to herself before she collected all the things and turned around. "Oh!" She gave a slight gasp when she turned to notice the new girl sitting alone in the bleachers. She put a elegant hand to her chest, as if to keep her heart from escaping it. With a sigh, the girl regained her composure and her eyes fluttered. With her face still soft, the girl turned her full attention to Sarah.

"Oh, hi there. I-I didn't see you." She stood there, akwardly for a moment, before tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear. Not knowing what to do with herself, the girl sat down, leaving a seat between the strangers. "You must be new. I'm Cassandra." She took her hand and held it out for the other to take, hoping for the best of an unplanned situation.

Sarah remained quiet as she tried to calm herself down, her gold eyes watering with tears that where mere seconds to start dripping down her pale cheeks. She used her brown hair to hide her face some, letting the waves of her long hair fall against her cheeks to try to hide the tears. Sarah was not aware of the fight that had started to form on the floor of the gym, the sound of the shoes squeaking against the waxed floors still echoed in her head and the chants of ‘fight fight fight’ just vibrated in her head just as the cheers had earlier.

Even the sound of the creaking bleachers or the girl moving towards her pulled her from her own little world, till she felt something ‘jump’ on the bleachers making her look up. Tears having safely retreated into her gold eyes and she meet the other girls face. She had been startled just as much, having been pulled from her world and back into the real one their eyes meet and she would then nod her head some at her when she stated ‘you must be new.’

Sarah stared at her until she would raise her hand gripping hers in a shack as she spoke “Sarah…and I just moved in last week.” Might as well state she has been here for at least a week getting settled and reacquainted with the area that she had not been in since she was little. “Sorry to have scared you…just was in my own world there.”

Sarah would brush back her hair some, the brown waves pushing over her shoulder to fall down her back and just lightly brush over her hips. Her gold eyes finding Cassandra’s as she then moved over some hoping to give her some more room, and just add a tad bit more ‘space’ between the two.

“So um…what was the fight about?” she asked turning her attention down to the two boys that had been pulled apart and now where being sent off to the locker rooms. “I didn’t hear any of them say anything or is it just like ‘gave the wrong look’ type of fight?” Sarah just wanted to start some sort of conversation and also relieve the tension that had started to build between the two girls.

However, as the one boy Alex moved to the locker rooms Sarah’s eyes did follow him. He was ‘different’ from the other guys at least in appearance and hey she was a city girl she knew an attractive guy when she saw one and he was that ‘attractive’ maybe his attitude needed to be changed some specially if he started fights all the time.

“Also not to be rude here…but why does everyone look like well the same? I mean I swear some of these people here look like they are related some how is it that small of a town? I don’t remember it being that small when I used to live here as a kid” She really didn’t live here but during the summer she would come down as requested by her father that she experience country life.

"Oh, that's alright." At the questions, Cassandra dropped her hand from her chest and softly placed it in her lap. Her curls were bouncing every which way when her head moved with laughter, and there was something very innocent about her demenor. She was soft and easy to talk to, which may have been good reason as to why Sarah was quizzical towards her. But, nonetheless, she tossed her head to the side to get the locks to hang behind her shoulders. Damn locks were always moving around her face.

"Oh, those two?" She pursed her lips a moment before releasing them with a roll of her eyes. "That's just Alex and Jesse always fighting. It happens about once a week. You'll get used to it." She dismissed the thought for a moment with a wave of her hand and placed a foot under her leg. She looked back up to Sarah to see her eyes watching Alex carefully, as if examing him. She tried to pay it no matter, but she couldn't help but notice. At her next question, Cassandra came back to focus on the girl before her.

"Look the same?" She asked. When Sarah explained, Cassandra took a moment to ponder the thought and then gave a soft laugh. "Haha, well I guess that seems about right. Wow, I never saw it that way. I'm not sure what to tell you except, yeah. It's just the way it is."

Her eyes moved to observe Sarah a little further and casually, she let her lips do the thinking. "So, do you have your schedule yet? Maybe we have a few more classes together."

Sarah shifted some as she sat there listening to the girl and letting her eyes roam over the gym, as well as over the people that were moving over the floor. The coach blowing his whistle and yelling out orders, its loud ring echoing against the walls and the girls either cheered or complained about an unfair call that was thrown out, while the boys just continued the game of basketball that just a few minutes ago was ‘stalled’ due to the fight.

“Why do they fight? I mean isn’t it pointless or is just a guy thing?” She asked somewhat letting her mind going back to the fight, while she pushed back her hair some debating within her head if she should pull it up or continue to let it hang in a brown wave. Sarah turned her head to look at Cassandra and she then leaned back and started to dig through her bag, looking for the piece of paper that she had gotten from the principal’s office.

“Let’s see, gym is what we are in right now and the next few classes I have….” She read over the paper trying to make sure she was reading it right, for back at her old school the classrooms where put next to the subject rather than the subject next to the class room. “Ah alright I think I got it…English is after this class then I have art which should be fun since back at my old school we got to make anything we wanted”

She smiled remembering her old teacher and how the man didn’t care what they did so long as it wasn’t to sexually incline since some paintings and sculptures did indicate sex. It also had to follow within the rules of the project itself that it had to be so big, with only so much material or whatever the teacher could throw out to challenge his students. “After art I have lunch then a free period after that….and oh awesome I got into choir!” she stated with a smile. “I was afraid I wasn’t going to get into it, I really enjoyed it back at my old school even though I am TERRIBLE at singing” she laughed some smiling.

“What about you? You got any of them?” She was rather glad she was somewhat making a new friend, it was the best thing to do in a new environment is to make some new friends or at least some sort of acquaintance. Maybe moving back to her childhood summer home was not too bad after all.

Cassandra put her hands in her lap and played with her finger nails for a moment. They were small and soft, clean at all times and she always made a point to keep it that way. With the wilderness that surrounded the small town basically flooding all around them, the young woman made it a point to at least bring a little bit of civil living with her since the move. Even if she was just a baby.

"They fight... because Jesse- the blonde guy, thinks he owns this whole damned school." She rolled her eyes with a slight scoff at the idea of Jesse hitting on her every now and then. How annoying. "And because Alex... well..." Her tone lightened alittle bit at the thought of Alex. He was smaller than the tall and gangly frame that was Jesse, but Alex was just as strong, just as fast... and even more charming. "Alex is a pretty big competition for him here, even though he is apart of the family that moved here a few years back." Then she gave a soft smile. "Kind of like a bunch of dogs fighting over their territory."

She chuckled to herself at her own comparision, and how true it really was. She let her eyes fall back down her finger nails before hearing Sarah's next words. "Oh! Art?" Cassandra's curls bounced as she picked her head up at the word. "I have that class to!"

Well, there was only art class in the entire school, so Cassandra knew she wasn't confusing the classes.

"And I guess that means we have lunch at the same time as well. How ironic." She paused for a moment, trying to take in the rest of Sarah's schedule. "Free period? You must be a senior then, cause they all have a free period at that same time. And wow, choir, really? I'd love to hear you sing sometime."

Cassandra wasn't usually very chatty, but she felt that it was appropriate for the situation- she didn't want the new girl to be all alone. But most importantly, she didn't want Amber and her gang of sluts to get to her either. There was already enough drama in this town.

Sarah could not help but laugh a bit at how she spoke about the boys acting like dogs fighting for territory; it was rather ironic being the nature of the town. She had to keep smiling it was interesting about this; perhaps this town would not be too boring after all. Letting her mind drift back to her school schedule she grinned, “Awesome, I won’t have to suffer through being around people I don’t know,” she stated rather glad.

Sarah back at her old ‘town’ had grown up with girls her age so it was easy to have the many friends she did, but coming to this new area without she wondered how long it would take. Now with Cassandra talking to her and seeming to her, wanting to maybe try to be friends perhaps it would not be so hard. “I…I don’t sing that well though Cassandra….I only know one song by heart….all the others I learn and forget”

She had a poor memory when it came to memorizing songs, unless she really liked it, like the lullaby her grandmother sang to her, and even made into a music box, cd, as well made a stuffed animal. Therefore, it would ‘sing’ the melody so when she was away from Mystical Winds she would never be without her grandmother.

“I…if you want…I can sing it to you sometime…I warn you the dogs might start howling at how bad I am” Sarah giggled blushing some in embarrassment. Sarah did enjoy singing just not in front of others unless she could at least ‘hide’ behind other people. Twisting some of her hair she let her eyes journey back over towards the locker rooms, something about Alex was a bit different or was it because she found him cute?

“Do you have any hobbies Cassandra?” She asked turning her attention back to Cassandra, running her fingers through her hair.

Cassandra kept her eyes out to the gymnasium floor. Watched the sea of blonde wash over the hardwood floors and the muscles of youth move and gallop like horses.
Hm… perhaps I should go horse riding after school… The wild forestry around the town allowed for a good and healthy outdoor living lifestyle. And not to mention that horses were just a better way to get up the mountains. Only the better off families of the town had a few horses here and there, but the town was so small it was almost as if everyone shared the horses rather than separately own them- all one had to do was ask.
Her attention turned back to Sarah, and a thought crossed her mind. She was talking about singing. Why? Oh, right.
“That would be lovely, Sarah.” She replied, slowly coming back to reality piece by piece. She had a nasty habit of zoning off and day dreaming. “Oh, a few.” She hummed to the other. “Reading, playing music, riding, fighting, baking…” She drifted off for a moment as the sound of the whistle blew all around them- Coach was ending the game and sending those who needed a shower to the locker rooms. The period was upon its ending.
