i wouldn't run Thunder King, i'd run a second jain instead. the deck doesn't need traps at all really.
try this. fiddle around with the ratios i provided too.

Yeah side deck wise, your only problem is against Dino Rabbit Decks. If they Make Dolkka first turn and you don't have an out, you can't mill, gg sir.
