When they reached the Reaper dorms, Mitzi waved down one hallway. "My room is this way... Let's meet back here once we've grabbed our swimming stuff. There's a place to change there, right?" She waited just long enough to get a response before heading down the hall. It didn't take her long to get her things, the biggest problem was taking care of the cycorgi pup - mostly, she had to get the thing to stop trying to follow her out the door again. Finally she dug around on her desk until she found a FEAR candy, and as she was about to leave she tossed it across the room. The pup took off after it, and Mitzi was able to escape, her swimsuit and towel under one arm. As she approached the meeting spot, she looked around for the purple-haired boil. She bounced lightly on her heels, ready to get going.

Somehow he had changed into his swimtrunks, wearing only those and a pair of boots, and had a towel draped over his shoulders and his hands shoved into his pockets.
"It's this way," he told her, heading out. "It's like, one of the best places on campus if you ask me," he added, holding the dorm door open for her so she could go out. "Then again, this time we don't gotta beat on gigantic mutant rats with no fur to get there!"
He started down the path to the undead dorm, heading behind it when they got there. Then he motioned to the cave. "Right through there," he said cheerfully.

Mitzi took a moment to eye Roch appreciatively, a bit of a teasing grin on her face, before heading out of the dorm. "Yeah, I could see giant hairless mutant rats being a bit of a downer. I don't think I'd even want giant mutant cycorgies around at a hot spring," she joked.
She followed him to the cave, and once they were there, disappeared off into the side room. She returned a few minutes later, in a black-and-lavender string bikini that somehow managed to show off even more than her normal atire.
Entering the main room, she couldn't help but smile. It was just the right level of steamy heat, and she started wandering around, poking her foot into the different pools to test them. She eventually picked one that bubbled merrily, and slipped into the water. "Oh, this is perfect. Thanks for bringing me, Roch."

He followed her, kicking his boots off beside the water and sliding into it slowly. "Jack does this feel good," he said, lounging against the side, his arms over the edge. "Hey, you said you got here before Christmastival, were you here when we were stuck in the snowglobe?"
He absently thought back to that time, making a slight face as he remembered how much he'd screwed up during and after that. Eh, wasn't the first time he'd screwed up, wouldn't be the last.

The ghoul grimaced as she remembered that day. "Yeah, I was here for that. I kind of wish I hadn't been, although that is when I met Alex and Yin." She slipped down into the water, until it was almost up to her nose, glad that she'd pulled her hair up. The tips were dipping in the water, but the rest was piled on top of her head, safely out of the way. She closed her eyes, enjoying the warmth, letting it wash away the both the aches from the corgi-riding and the memory of that cold, miserable day.

He hesitated, frowning. "Ahhh... me and Yin, we don't really see eye to eye," he said a bit blandly. "I probably should have mentioned that earlier, y'know, if you're like, best friends with the guy or somethin. Not that it really matters. Danny's my best friend and she likes him, I ain't gonna cause problems with that, either." He just didn't like the guy. "But Alex is alright," he said. "In fact, so far I've not met a not cool undead, and I don't just mean physically."

Mitzi shrugged, pulling herself up out of the water enough to speak. "Nah, just that he and Alex were really the first two people I met here. Other than them, I've met Danny - although she may not remember me - another ghoul named Taryn, and now you." There were a few others she'd met, but not talked with enough to really justify mentioning them. Of them all, Roch was probably the one she'd hit it off with the best.

"Huh," he said. "That's a tiny little circle," he finally told her, shrugging. "Course its kind of hard to know people right now, even if you do go out knockin' on doors and stuff." Here he was in a hottub with a ghoul, and he was thinking about her friend life. Eh, typical Roch. "Hey, hang out with me some more and you'll meet more people," he told her, grinning. "Whether they LIKE me or not is another matter, though. And I'll be honest, the guys I get along well with are probably the biggest punks in the school."

"Well, if I start actually attending classes, then I'll start meeting people. And I signed up for the Trials. I don't know any of the other ghouls on my team, hopefully I'll get along with some of them." She leaned her head back against the edge of the pool. "And sure, that sounds great! If they're anything like you, we'll probably get along fine."

Were they a lot like him? Yep, probably, he thought, his mind going to Nahm, Rikki, and a few others. "They're punks, troublemakers, flirts and all sorts of things," he summed up, grinning. "Hell, my entire band's like that--or it will be once I manage to get everyone together. Me, we'll, I'm still learnin' the flirting part," he admitted. "But I ain't that good at it at all." Yes, the half naked boil in a hot tub with a ghoul just admitted to that.

"Sounds just like my kind of people, then," she replied. "And really? A handsome boil like you? I'd think you'd have plenty of practice. But if you really need some help, I'm happy to oblige." She lowered her lashes, smirking up at him through them as she nudged his leg with her foot.

"You don't mind if I JUST flirt, right? Like, you're not going to suddenly demand I become your eternal boilfriend, or anything, right?" he asked. "Or get pissed if I hang out with other ghouls, or any of that stuff?"
He seemed to have had a bit of a rough time with this, already. "We could call it... flirting lessons!" he said, grinning. It sounded like a hell of a lot of fun to him. "I went on some fake dates with Hel before she hooked up with Mot."

Mitzi laughed and pulled herself a little more out of the water. "Flirting lessons? Really? If you're that desperate, sure, I can help you out." She gave him a teasing smile. "I can't complain about you flirting with other ghouls if I fully intend to flirt with other boils." She shook her head, still grinning. "I can see what you mean about not being good at this. But no, flirting doesn't have to mean anything. You do need to know when it does and doesn't, though."

"Yeah, I get that," he said after a moment of thought. "But if I come straight out like I did just now, then I know for sure, y'know?" he said. "We both know. That'll save everyone some messed up moments later. And there won't be any problems when you get a boilfriend in the future, no jealous boils tryin' to kill me, cuz I'll know when to get out of the picture. Just give me a heads up, alright?" He sighed and sank deeper into the water, letting his eyes close. "Jack this feels good."

"True." As he suggested a second reason for setting ground rules, the ghoul did her best (not entirely successfully) to stifle the laughter she felt bubbling up. "Depends on whether my plan is to make mischief. You never know - leaving a trail of broken hearts and broken boils sounds kinda fun." The teasing tone of her voice made it clear she was just joking. Mitzi stretched a bit, and then settled back against one of the bubbling "jets". "Yeah, this was a great idea. Thanks for bringing me, I'll have to remember this place."
