looking for crystals thats safe to consume, so ive found a list of crystals that cotain heavy metals. looking for people who know more about trace minerals. though im sure aluminum is always toxic for it holds down water, but im wondering how the flower coloring process works to know it bioactivates the crystals

Hoshioni Esiris Why are you looking for edible crystals? just body safe I'm still confused. cat_sweatdrop Lots of these stones are safe to wear, since the matrix of the crystal means the heavy metals aren't bioavailable- so are you looking to eat crystals and if so why- or are you looking to wear crystals in which case why are you worried about "consuming" them?
