Hobbies:
Cardshark -- Um, Leo’s father is a business tycoon that made his money from casinos, so… yeah. Leo has spent a lot – a lot – of time around casinos and everything associated with them. He’s played every casino game imaginable, and is good enough to be a dealer; has been a dealer, in fact. He can impress people with his skills while emptying their pockets, which suits him just fine.
Bar-hopping -- Bars are the place for alcohol and one-night stands. Needless to say, Leo is there. Of course, Leo tends to prefer higher-end bars to the dark, grubby places most people think of when they think of bars, but hey, sometimes dark and grubby is a good change of pace/variety/faces/bodies.
Hitting the gym -- Like most young, wealthy, socially-conscious people, Leo is concerned with staying fit. He works out several hours a week, both because it help him maintain his hotness - yes, he does think he's hot, thankyouverymuch - and because it's a good way to let off steam. Has he been forced to play "nice" for hours with some penny-pinching shrew for business reasons? He can pretend a punching bag is her.
Movies -- Probably the tamest thing Leo likes to do is seeing movies. He likes going to midnight showings and red carpet premieres, but he’s content to go to a private theater in his pajamas and eat his way through a nice bowl of buttery popcorn. Watching and making fun of terrible movies with company is entertaining too.
Virtues:
Goal-getter -- Leo is pretty often labeled as an underachiever. He has no trophies, awards, or titles to his name, except for some kiddie stuff, and he flunked out of college. But when something actually manages to catch his attention? Leo is consumed. He works at it and works at it until it meets his satisfaction. When he decided to try bartending, he wasn’t satisfied until he had not only memorized how to make all of the most common drinks, but until he could make them with flair. To not meet a goal you set for yourself is... well, to Leo, it's hard to think of a worse person to disappoint than yourself.
Party like a rockstar-- “Shy” and “quiet” are certainly not words that will ever be used to describe Leo. He’s the quintessential partier: outgoing, playful, adventurous, and confident. He likes fast cars, hot bodies, loud music, and dragging people into the madness with him. If you want a good time, Leo’s your guy. Sure, he’s also a bit shameless and reckless and may even land you in jail, but you’ll have had a good time getting there, and he’ll probably bail you out, assuming he’s not sitting in the cell next to you, laughing.
The Oscar goes to… -- Leo grew up amongst poker player, politicians, and socialites; you bet he’s learned how to fake it with the best. He can play nice, feign interest, dissemble, and hold a whole conversation without actually saying anything. Chances are you won’t be able to tell what he’s really feeling unless he wants you to, or if you really manage to catch him off-guard. It makes him excellent at negotiating business and politics, and helps him get laid.
Show to tell -- Partially because of the environment he grew up in and partially because he’s a liar himself, Leo doesn’t put much stock in words. If he honestly cares about a person, he’s far more inclined to demonstrate his feelings through actions than words. He’ll come to your parties, he’ll bail you out of jail, he’ll watch crappy TV because you want to, he’ll give you things that most definitely are not gifts, and generally act like a decent human being and friend.
Flaws:
Allergic to feeeeeelings -- No, Leo does not want to hear about your feelings, and he’s certainly not going to talk about his. They make him uncomfortable and itchy. And they’re just… weak. He has no idea why you’d want to show your hand to someone, give them such a good read on yourself, unless you damn well trust and know them. And if someone knows you that well, they should know already. Now, that’s not to say he can’t fake emotions – he can, and he does – and won’t listen to your rant and sob stories if he has a reason, but don’t expect touching heart-to-hearts.
Man-child --- Being a mature and responsible adult is not something Leo is especially interested in. He's loud, messy, unable to stay still, and lacking in important life skills (cooking, keeping schedules, paying bills, etc); he wouldn't make it a week if left to his own devices. Like a child, he's also known to test boundaries and push people's buttons, just to see what he can get away with, and when he does manage to get away with something, he's smug/gleeful.
Talk is cheap -- Leo is a liar. He lies, he exaggerates, he obfuscates, and he makes sh*t up just because he can. Honesty is not just overrated to him, it’s often problematic and boring. Lies and wild stories have gotten him laid more and gotten him out of more trouble than honesty ever would have – or so he thinks – so why ruin a good thing? On the flip side, since Leo’s a liar, he often suspects everyone else of being liars too, and has serious trouble taking people on their word.
Just another body -- By and large, Leo doesn’t register people as people. He sees them instead as what they can offer him: connections, money, sex, competition, etc. This means that he can be funny and gregarious with those that interest him, but he doesn’t feel a need to always act that way; if he’s in a bad mood or just plain doesn’t like you, fun-guy Leo is replaced with a**hole Leo. And even if he’s been nice to someone before, it doesn’t mean he won’t kick them to the curb as soon he loses interest. Someone has to be very useful or very interesting to be more than a blip on Leo’s radar.
Physical Description
Eyes -- Yellow/Gold [x]
Hair -- A couple of pieces/bangs in the front, spiky in the back. Kinda like this: [x]. Black with a yellow/gold (whatever shade matches best) streak in bangs.
Face -- A “pretty boy” face, with slightly feminine features, which used to piss Leo off, but now he uses it to his advantage. After all, some people really dig it, and he can work with that. He's also got a slight natural tan from his Latin heritage.
Clothes -- Rich rocker/pop boy. He likes to wear vests, suit coats, and fedoras, combined with leather bracelets, chains, etc.

General = Chain Whip. Handle is slightly longer than his hand and non-metallic. The chain and dart have the ability to become red-hot at Chernobylite's command, but it only works if he's holding it and can't be maintained for too long in one stretch - about 5 seconds - without compromising the integrity of the weapon.

Hello there. Dropping in to give you a little crit on this quest. If for some reason you're no longer interested in this character just feel free to ignore my post/not write me back.
First of all - There is no such thing as a DMC cat. Because of the trickyness that is involved with parallel souls we haven't gone down that path and possibly never will. Currently the DMC simply borrows the Nega corrupted cats however when needed. So your boy could definately help out with DMC growths and what not, but he would be a Negaverse cat.
Onto the actual meat of the quest. heart
Ashcroft is a pretty unique cat compared to many of the current cats (especially the ones that are actually being rp'd actively) and that is really great!
I really love all of his hobbies and think they fit together well, offer oppurtunities for rp, and work into his whole personality. They are cat like in a way, but not overly stereotypical cat traits which is nice.
Personality:
I like all of the virtues and the way they play on his hobbies and flaws. Superiority Complex and Self Concious play against each other, but you've obviously pointed out why and how that works, and I therefore think it DOES work.
Self Denial however doesn't really read as a flaw that effects anyone but himself. Flaws are supposed to be something that someone could see in someone else and dislike them for it, and as it's written now.. that doesn't really seem to be the case? He might dislike himself over it, but few people are going to care if it doesn't effect them. That said, a pretty easy fix would be if he attempts to inflict his sense of self denial onto other people and tries to make his senshi deny themselves stuff in the name of doing their duties.
??? is a fun flaw too, and I think could play well into self denial if you tweek it the direction I mentioned. (That said you don't HAVE to tweek it that way, if you'd prefer come up with another flaw all together you're free to!) Suggestions I have for a name include: Dark/Gray cloud, Rain on my parade, Grumpy, Buzzkill.
Appearance:
Cats are required to have some sort of a fantasy or whimsical aire about them. A typical three piece suit probably isn't going to cut it. However, if you're cool with opening it up to a little 30's flair or small fantastical details I'm sure you could come up with something that works! Also keep in mind that cats never get shoes.
I'm also going to warn.. that as much as I love his unique appearance.. I don't know how well his furless form will be editable onto the templates (if you're going the template route). I'm not saying you should change it at all, just warning you it might look a little wonky if/when you get him.

I'm not sure I'm seeing how "Rich Kid" is a flaw? Is he spoiled? Does he have no idea of the value of money and is likely to blow through a large bulk of it without thinking? Or is it more like he's only used to a certain lifestyle and is completely boned/fish out of water when thrown into a different lifestyle or unfamiliar place (and if so, how does he cope with it? Good? Poorly?)?
That one in particular is a little barebone to me and could probably do with a little sprucing or just something more for verification to where it reads off more as a flaw.
The rest of the flaws actually play very well with each other- I don't really have any suggestions on those (and I'll let a bonafide crit get back to you on that one).
As for the Virtues, "Work Hard" might conflict with "Talk is Cheap" in a way. On the one hand, if he's hard working, but on the other hand, the idiom "talk is cheap" could imply that something is easier said than done, and therefor, he might completely flake our or drop out. Granted you also pointed out that he's an underachiever if it's not something he's interested in, but then would he REALLY be hard working? He sounds like has might have a case of asperger syndrome if his obsessive nature comes out only when it suits his interest (not sure if that's what you're aiming for but I'd say look into it if it is).
I'm sure one of the official crit will do a better job than me, but I'd figure I'd put my input. Otherwise he looks pretty good!

That Rich Kid/Brat flaw is actually a new one I tossed in in an attempt to patch the gap I'm feeling in his personality. I'm still monkeying around with it. xD
I think I'll change "Work Hard" to "Pet Project." That might better describe the sporadic-ness of his fixations. Or maybe expand it to encompass a drive to achieve self-set goals. Hm...

If you're still looking for another flaw, perhaps something that deals with his "Party Like a Rock Star" virtue. Particularly the part where others who are pulled into his activities could wind up in jail. From what I'm seeing in Leo, he's the kind of person who can enter a room and say, "Hey, we're doing this thing, now," and suddenly everyone is swept away in his spontaneous determination, especially those who are too timid or slow to refuse. I'm also seeing some similarities to Enneagram personality type 7. Although the 7 is prone to many true emotions, they tend to indulge their senses and keep their minds busy in order to block out self-reflection and deeper emotions. That seemed Leo-like enough that I thought you might want to look it over for ideas.

I... I like both of those ideas, actually. Both how he can drags along/rolls over people, and how he doesn't like self-reflection. That latter will be easy enough to add in, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to wiggle the former into his profile (running out of roooom). :<
