Hello!

This is the thread for members who are interested in becoming a crew member. Not only does this position have it's perks, such as being able to moderate the guild, but it also comes with a lot of responsibilities. It takes a lot of time out of your online time, and is expected to be your focus on Gaia.

That being said, being a crew member is a rewarding experience. The crew members are a big family, who continue growing together and cooperating nicely. They are all working together towards a common goal: provide guidance and assistance to those members who request it. Most of the crew members have been working in the force since the guild was created, thus making them more skilled and cultured in the business. Our crew members are some of the most well-known members of the guild, and they enjoy socializing with the other users.

Prior to me posting the application, there are a few things you should know...

• When you fill out your application, you must be literate. We will not accept or even begin to read an application that is illiterate.
• Do not give vague descriptions. For example, that you have donated prior to applying, an estimate of how much you have donated, a link to a giveaway thread you started, etc.
• You will have to wait a bit after posting your application. The Vice Captain, crew, and I review the applications as quickly as possible, but the length of time the individuals take to think about it varies from application to application. There is no reason to PM the me or Vice Captain asking about the status of your application. If yours is accepted, I will promote you and instruct you of your responsibilities.
• Your schedule must be flexible or easily adaptable to fit the position. It must be able to adapt to our organization and commitment expectations. You must be dedicated to what you do. To maintain our elite standards, crew members who do not meet them are removed from the crew.
• Your activity in the guild is crucial. It is studied as well as your application after it is submitted. It is required that you have at least 20 quality posts in the guild before your application will even be considered.

With that out of the way, the application is below. Please copy it, complete it, and send it to me (x - Vintage Aids) or the Vice Captain (xBlueNightMare) via PM for it to be reviewed.

We are looking forward to seeing your application!

x - Vintage Aids and the NGC Crew

Application FAQ

I have had accounts in the past; am I allowed to list one of their join dates?
Sure! Be sure to include the join date of the account you are applying with, though. Also be sure to specify that it is from an earlier account.

Where do I find my in-guild post count?
Search for yourself on the Members page.

Where do I find my join date?
It appears on the My Gaia page. Scroll to the bottom and look to the right where an image of your avatar is. It should also list number of items you own, your last avatar change, and the number of guilds you have joined.
