The rules are very simple.
① You may not quest for a cosplay that is already claimed by another user, nor claimed by the shop. Shop claims are for planned future events and are therefore unavailable to patron questing.
② Cosplay threads are SEPARATE from Original Character quests, and must follow a guidline (see below instructions).
③ If you are unsure about a cosplay being Reserved or Taken, you MUST refer to the CLAIMED COSPLAY LISTS.
(You may find the shop's claims HERE and the customer claims HERE.)
④ ONLY TWO cosplays may be quested for and claimed by a patron at any time. If you change your mind please PM a staff member to inform them.
⑤ SOME COSPLAYS HAVE MULTIPLE VERSIONS! Only one of each version may exist at a time.
(EX: One person may have the 10th Doctor while another might have the 11th)
⑥ DO NOT THROW A FIT! If you do not get the cosplay that you wanted because you did not fulfil the requirements to keep it claimed before it was made. then it is not our fault.
⑦ Only one approval form may be submitted at a time! That means that you may only submit ONE and it must be approved before the SECOND is sent in.
⑧ THERE WILL BE NO CO-OWNING AT THIS TIME. Perhaps at a later date, but as it is now, cosplays are unable to be Co-Owned.

To claim your Cosplay, you must first have a thread set up for said Cosplay, and have it completed. A complete Cosplay Quest Thread will include:
♦ Title of thread must follow the format of {COS}CosplayNameHere [PEN]
♦ At least TWO reference images
♦ The name of the Anime/Manga/Game/Series that said Cosplay is from as well as the name of the character
♦ Information on any other forms (versions) of the Cosplay, and the statement on what form you are to be claiming.

COS is to mark that a Cosplay is being quested and will not be changed from the title, and the PEN will remain until it is claimed, where it will then change to CLMD

Once a cosplay is marked as CLAIMED it will be held by the claiming person until they fail to meet the requirements needed to keep it claimed. This does NOT apply to any cosplays already in possession of a shop patron.

Any quest for a NON COSPLAY pet needs no submission form. They are your original character and we have no right to tell you what can or can not be done, so long as they are within shop parameters. If you are unsure about something being alright for a pet, then please do not hesitate to ask any of the shop staff.

To be able to keep the Cosplay that you have claimed you MUST do the following!

★ Stay active in the shop! If you go missing, you lose your claim.
★ Staff will RANDOMLY PM to check if you are interested. If you do not respond to these PMs, you are going to lose your reserve.
★ Actively Quest. That means raise the funds as soon as you can, or try for the custom slots that will be showing up! You can't quest for a day then put it off.
★ KEEP STAFF INFORMED! If something comes up and you need to be away from the shop/the internet for a while, please tell us so we don't wrongfully take away the reserve.
