The Offspring. they're really underrated buy the best-of dvd/c.d and you'll see what I mean. Some of their stuff may not sound that hard, but they can play. Ill take them over Blink 182 or Green day anytime.

I used to be a fan of The Offspring, but their music gets annoyng.
It's the drums, and dexters voice, it can get to annoy the hell outta me. I pretty much removed most of their music from my comp, actually.
So yeah, not much of a fan myself. I wouldn't say they're an under-rated band.
BTW: Jack Johnson is a guy to look out for if you're into acoustic upbeat songs. I've only recently discovered him, but I'm sure he's pretty big. Him and Jose Gonzalez, who I need to download more of.

I wouldn't say that the offspring are underated, if you ask me they are too overated, they seem to HAVE to make a great album, but my fave song is can't repeat and all i want

i've been a fan of the offspring pretty much since i heard them on punk-o-rama 1. basic punk sound, which is really underrated nowadays. the guitar's certainly not complicated, but simplicity isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Don't start. I've heard arguments going back and forth all over the place, and I find it as stupid as some of the music that modern-day 'emo' is.

Yus. 'Fraid so. It's what it's widely become known as, and thus that what it's label is. You can have as many arguments in your head as you want about it, just keep quiet. M'kay. Because I've heard enough of the 'emo' argument.
