Character Swap
What's Character Swap? It's simple. Make a post in this thread following the template below. People sign up. And you go from there. The twist, however, is as the name implies; you swap characters with one another. It's not complicated and it's not hard, but it's an opportunity for you to mess around with one another's characters in a risk-free environment. You can also obviously do hypothetical scenarios or ideas. Fake missions, fake chapters, or significant events that never happened. It's all fine. Just follow the template below and the rules below it.
Template
Character Limit: The maximum (and/or minimum) number of characters per RPer.
Roleplayer Limit: Max/min number of RPers.
Setting/Event: When/where/what things takes place. Make sure to state if it involves any non-existent events, or if it's during a specific (or non-specific) period of time. Also note any NPC involvement, as you're allowed to control NPC's to create small plotlines if you wish.

Basic rules:
1. The person running it has the right to choose who can participate, as some settings/scenarios may not be conducive to certain RPers or characters.
2. To join, simply contact the person who made the post. Commenting on their profile, PMing them or using the Chatango are all recommended. Any excess posts in this thread will be regularly pruned to keep it tidy.
3. I don't think this needs to be said, but nothing that happens here is canon.
4. Don't go absolutely nuts with other people's characters. Character swapping is a great way to gain perspective, idea and inspiration, but you should try to stay true to the character while adding your own twist. On the other hand, however, don't get upset if your character doesn't act the way you think they should while under someone else's control.
Once sign-ups have been completed and the rules have been observed, the person who created the post will trade characters around however they wish and they will create the thread within this subforum. Try to give a bit of leeway between assigning swaps and getting started, however, as the RPers may wish to contact one another to discuss the characters (or they may want different swaps). Try to work things out. Otherwise, things are up to you. Feel encouraged to provide additional information in your posts or when you contact one another.
