Robert Sherman is one of the prolific song writers of Disney, having written / co written music for:
The Jungle Book
Mary Poppins
Winnie the Pooh
The Aristocats
Bedknobs and Broomsticks
'Details of Sherman’s death were posted on Facebook by his son Jeff. The Statement said: “my Dad, Robert B. Sherman, passed away tonight in London. He went peacefully after months of truly valiantly fending off death. He loved life and his dear heart finally slowed to a stop when he could fight no more.'
It is so sad to hear that such a genius has died. But his works will live on.

R.I.P.
I was sad to hear of this; Robert and his brother have written so many famous songs for various movies and attractions. His music will live on.

My mom told me about this. So sad. He will be missed. My cousin got to meet him and she said he was amazing and it's such a shame we lost such a great soul in this world. Rest in peace Robert heart
