Hobbies: Impersonating Jaiyana – One of Mali's favourite past times is to pretend to be her sister. With the same hair style, and of course being identical down to their birthmarks it's an easy thing for her to do. Her sister is usually always in on the joke since ninety percent of the time they're together and it'd be difficult to pretend to be Jai without her knowing.
She's annoyed more than a few people with the ruse, but that's part of the fun of it. The look on people's faces when they realize they've been talking to the wrong twin for ten minutes is priceless.
Dancing – Mali loves to dance, at home it was more traditional Indian dance than anything, her parents not approving of the 'promiscuous' dancing that was on music videos. But when she came to Destiny City and was free from her parents disapproval her dancing quickly grew to encompass anything and everything that got her body moving. Along with taking dance classes at Crystal she spends most her weekends going to parties with her twin and dancing the night away.
Shoplifting – Not so much outright theft as encouraging her sister's kleptomania Mali gets a thrill from putting Jai's sticky fingers to good use. It started with Jai stealing family portraits from people's houses where they went to party, but then after Mali's bad influence the twins started stealing from stores with Mali as the look out. There's quite a large wall safe in their apartment filled with photos of unfamiliar people and various other stolen goods and tchotchkes.
Of course neither girl is a master thief and there's been more than one time that they've been caught before they could get out of the store. Luckily for them they got kicked out of the store with a stern warning and a permanent ban from ever going back. It didn't take Mali long to figure out that they needed to steal from stores that weren't her favourite after they got banned from a Yankee Candle. Mali spent that week being extremely grumpy until they found a new candle store and she was able to replenish her stock of cinnamon scented candles legally.
Fashionista – Mali has her finger on the pulse of the fashion world. She keeps up with all the trends and is always wearing the latest fashions- there's a benefit to being the daughter of a ridiculously wealthy oil baron. Not only is Mali ridiculously trendy Jai is as well because everything either twin buys is bought in a pair. Neither girl is good at sharing and both find it easier just to have two of everything. Not to mention they more often than not dress to match, both on purpose and by coincidence.
Virtues: Tidy – Mali is the Queen of Clean. She loves to keep things super tidy and as a result also happens to be extremely organized. Clutter of any kind is a distraction, and so she tends to keep her and Jai's home (and really any other place she frequently visits) spotless.
Observant – Mali notices everything and everyone. She's always on alert and tends to catch the things that other people might miss. She also has a great memory to tuck such details away into so she's a hard one to dupe.
Inclusive to a point – Mali will do anything with everyone. Or at least she'll make it seem that way. She's everyone's friend until they actually try and get close then she brushes them off. But she's a great time up until that point.
Follows through – If Mali says she's going to do something she does it. She hates leaving loose ends and jobs unfinished.
Flaws: Ridiculously High Standards – Mali thinks that she and her sister are perfect, so perfect in fact that there had to be two of them because a single person couldn't hold all of their amazingness. As such she expects everyone else to be amazing as well, and if they're not, well, she'll just find better things to do with her time.
Easily bored – When it comes to people and activities Mali has the attention span of a gnat. If they're not entertaining she'll drop a friend without blinking an eye. She has to be constantly entertained or she's liable to end up getting herself into a lot of trouble.
Rebellious – Mali is a free spirit, she hates anything that controls her or hinders her, one of the reasons she struggles with her parents as much as she does. In an attempt to hold onto her own identity Mali does whatever she can to break away from what's expected of her.
Callous – Cold and calculating are two words that describe Mali well. If in the larger scheme of things a sacrifice is required Mali will make that sacrifice without thinking twice about it. The only person she really, truly cares about besides herself is her sister.

Senshi: Sailor Elara, Senshi of Ball Lightning.
Challenge: Don't blink.
Fuku Colour: Main Color: White
Secondary Color: Yellow, with Red/Black accents
Fuku: More traditional style. General design would be inspired by Ampharos, definitely not a direct cosplay just something to be inspired by. I would like three black neckbands though.
Attacks:
Sailor Scout Attack: Elara's Distracting Light
[What it does] Elara holds out both hands, fingers splayed and calls out her attack. Ten pea-sized balls of multicoloured lightning then form on each fingertip, balancing there until Elara throws her hands out towards her target. The lightning balls fly from her fingers growing in size as they get closer to her target, the smallest are five inches in diameter while the largest are eight inches in diameter. Some also turn pear shape as they fly through the air.
When the lightning balls reach their target they fly quickly around the target's head and torso (mainly focusing on their head), even going so far to fly through the target. They don't cause any damage when they fly through someone, but it can be an unsettling experience if the target sees the lightning pass through them.
The balls of lightning will dance around the target for thirty to forty five seconds before they pop loudly (the sound being somewhere between a balloon popping and a gunshot), leaving behind a strong smell of burning sulfur or ozone.
This attack can be both interrupted and avoided. If Elara is knocked into after she calls out her attack but before she throws the lightning balls the balls will disappear from her fingertips. If someone is being attacked by the lightning balls they can escape from them if they try, the lightning balls won't follow them.
Elara's Distracting Light can only be used three times in battle, if she tries to use it a fourth time it will exhaust her.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Elara's Blinding Light
[What it does] Elara's Blinding Light is similar to Elara's Distracting Light but with a few enhancements. This time around Elara holds out both hands and calls out her attack. As before ten pea-sized balls of multicoloured lightning form, one on each fingertip. These balls are not only multicoloured, but they crackle and spark . Much in the same way as her previous attack Elara throws her hands out towards her target and the lightning balls fly towards them, growing larger in size from eight to eleven inches in diameter. These balls also hold their spherical shape while in transit.
When the lightning balls reach their target they are still sparking and they move faster, solely circling and passing through the target's head. While dancing around the target's head the balls of lightning flash brightly and throw off sparks that feel like small electric shocks where they hit the target. Like before they do not do any damage when they pass through the target, but the light they give off is bright enough to momentarily blind anyone looking directly into the balls of lightning.
The spheres circle and attempt to blind the target for thirty seconds before they explode the sound akin to thunder, or fireworks going off. Like before they give off a strong odor of burning sulfur or ozone when they explode, but now they've learned a new trick. When they explode there's enough force behind it to knock someone who's off-guard a foot or two away, or someone who's paying attention flat on their back.
Elara's Blinding Light can be interrupted in the same way as her previous attack, but Blinding Light is harder to avoid than Distracting Light. While the lightning balls can be outran they do follow after the target.
Elara's Blinding Light can only be used two times in battle, attempting to use it a third time will exhaust her.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Elara's Lightning
[What it does] Elara crouches near to the ground, with her back to her target. She holds her hands in front of her chest, one hand above the other, palms facing each other and almost touching. Elara rubs her hands together and a ball of lightning quickly forms, expanding in size as she pulls her palms away from each other. The maximum size the lightning ball can reach is a foot in diameter, but it takes more time to reach that size. If Elara tries to make it bigger the lightning ball pops and she wastes the attack. The lightning ball shifts in colour from red to orange to yellow, and is wreathed in flames that Elara is immune to. Also, the smell of burning sulfur is present at the beginning of the attack and lasts throughout, the strength of the smell correlates with the size of the lightning ball.
When the ball reaches her desired size she stands up, spins around and hurls the flame covered lightning ball at her target while calling out her attack. It flies through the air quickly, but when it hits the target it seems to shift into slow motion as it passes through them. This lightning ball isn't as harmless as her previous attacks. When the lightning ball makes contact with target the flames and sparks that radiate out from it make the target feel like their insides are burning or melting where the sphere tracks through them, the feeling would be similar to being electrocuted from the inside out. The pain Elara's Lightning causes can range from bringing the target to their knees, to making them pass out depending on the size of the ball and where it hits the target. Getting hit by the attack is definitely anything but pleasant.
It takes ten to fifteen seconds for the lightning ball to pass through the target, and after it exits the pain stops. When the lightning ball makes it out of the target it explodes with no force, but with a crackle of a bolt of lightning. The after effects of the attack vary depending on how severely the target was hit, but they include: a dull full body ache, uncontrollable twitching of the area that was hit, a physical entry and exit burn where the lightning ball moved through the target's body, temporary paralysis of the area that was hit, and incoherency or confusion. The target will most likely never feel every possible after effect at the same time, but one or two of the possible after effects is expected, and up to three if the target is hit with a full size lightning ball to the head or heart.
The attack can be interrupted while Elara's back is turned, if she's hit while she's vulnerable she loses the lightning ball and cannot start over again. Elara's Lightning is hard to avoid because it moves very quickly after it leaves her hands, but it is also hard to aim since she has to throw it coming out of a spin.
Elara's Lightning can only be used once in battle, and if Elara attempts to use it again it will exhaust her.
