Goooooooood morning students attending the trials! As you know, tomorrow is the start it is a fabulous day today and we have something special for you in store for you today. All spectators, the official games will start tomorrow Moonday morning, make sure you bring some towels and umbrellas, and oh, you ice demons, better watch out for the weather of partially sunny with extreme sun, ha ha!
If all teams participating in the trials could head down to the Gymnasium for a special announcement, please and thank you!
As those participating in the Trials headed down to the gymnasium, many with neutral, speculating faces, they would see on the stage next to the school secretary a different Four Clans member. In fact, this particular horsemen was wearing so many layers of earth-tone, ragged clothing that it was hard to see anything other than their bony fingers, black wings, and perhaps the glint of their eyes. They took the Scamplifier in one hand, reaching over, their voice dry, syncopated occasionally with soft clicks.
"It is an... honour to sssee all of you participants today. As tomorrow is a big day, the first of the four trials, the trial of my clan Famine, today isss an even... bigger day. Today isss the day you get your Trials clue." They pulled out of their robes with their other free hand, what looked like a simple jar, sealed and locked.
"This jar is a ssspecial jar, it cannot be opened by any ordinary, or even Fear-basssed means: there isss only one way to open it through a.... password combination, composed of four digitsss. Inside the jar lies a valuable prize, though it isss... limited. At the very end of today, all Trials groups must submit to me in this auditorium what they believe isss the password. The groups that are correct will receive the prize, a bonus to help them out on the first Trial, think of it asss a.... head start. Of course, this is a... sssecret, helping other teams will only hinder your own chances of winning, please think carefully before assssisting.... anyone else. The contents of this jar are limited after all." They shook it for emphasis, though the item made no sound.
"Now, your sssschool secretary will hand out the clue to open the jar. Guard it carefully now.... very carefully."

TRIALS GENERAL RULES
- Team members do NOT need to be online at the same time, but each team member must at least make a post once per 24 hours in order to stay in the game, or at least, stay fair to their team! The team points are SCALED: that means having more members will not yield your group more points.
- Your leader does NOT have to make the final decision, though it is important most likely to talk to them ICly. Your leader does NOT have to make the first post in any of the Trials rps, order is whomever is online at that time, to consider time zones.
- Lastly, work together and have fun! Discussing ideas with each other is recommended, but if not, it is entirely viable to have team members pop online randomly, read the rules, and pick and choose for their team, post whatever replies as necessary, and then go back to their IRL lives without ruining their team's winning chances!
- If you have any other questions, feel free to PM Zoobey, only if it absolutely cannot be answered in the Q& A
- For any people who are not in a team, the spectator ORP will be open later on tonight/ or early tomorrow, with further information. This is still the PRE-TRIALS test!
- THE OFFICIAL TRIALS, PARTICIPANT RULES, INFORMATION WILL BE POSTED TOMORROW! GOOD LUCK!
OOC: RULES FOR THE CLUE HUNT
- ONE GROUP MEMBER from your group needs to ICly get the clue by posting in this thread here (though you can OOCLY start looking at any time!). Once they have the clue, they can share it with other team members. Feel free to (in the main guild, not the even subforum) ICly discuss the clues and how to go about it, though this is not neccessary.
- At the end of the 24 hours, that is March 5th @ 2:00 pm PST, ALL TEAMS WILL NEED TO PM WE ARE HALLOWEEN what THEY THINK is the answer to the clue. Please title the PM CLUE GUESS. The answer is a FOUR DIGIT NUMERICAL PASSWORD.
- Please then once again ICly have one group member post RPing giving the clan member what they think the clue is (written on a piece of paper). Please don't actually post the answer in the post though.
- Once again, please please please please do not password share with other teams. What you solve is yours only, not only are there limited slots for the bonus, it would severely ruin your own sense at trying and victory!
- We are doing it a little differently this time: ALL CLUES CAN BE FOUND ON THE MINIPETS SITE, in fact the first clue leads you directly to there!
