Janine Melnitz from The Real Ghostbusters.
Jean Grey/Phoenix from X-Men.
JENOVA from Final Fantasy VII.
Pearl/Lady Blackpearl from Legend of Mana.
Juuhachigou ( #18 ) from Dragonball Z.

Well, since I don't like girls like that, (Men are just SOOOOOOO much more appealing. Mmm, Sephy...) I'll just give you a list of the girls that I think are pretty cool.
Tifa Lockheart, FFVII- Definitely. She's my most favorite female FF character.
Selphie Tilmitt, FFVIII- She's just really reminds me of myself...
Kuja xd
Esther Blanchett, Trinity Blood- I don't know why. Probably because I'm jealous of the people she gets to hang around with.
Kaoru, Rurouni Kenshin- 'Cause she helps Kenshin!
Akito Sohma, Fruits Basket- Cause he was totally awesome and I really liked him... but... she's not a him. ^_^
Lenne, FFX-2- Just because she has that face that seems to remind you of someone, y'know? She reminds me of my old best friend.
Freya, FFIX- Cause she's a dragoon!!! And her dragon crest skill PWNS! ('specially if you did a ton of levelling up by fighting grand dragons. xd )
And that's all I can think of... because, well, most girls are whiny and annoying and surrounded by bishounen. So obviously I get a bit distracted from the females....
