Orion paced his small one person cell nervously. He wasted his one call to a wrong number, accidentally flipping the last two digits of Leon's number and getting someone not even in the same region. There was no way he could make the bail, pay day was in a week and he still could not help but think they were shoving more drugs into Fury without any need. Seriously! Using drugs on a drugged person?

"GAH!" Orion shouted at the Prison door. No bars, it was so not like the cooler prisons in his favorite movies.

His arms folded across his chest. What would his favorite space-outlaw do? Just than an idea formed. A wide grin stretched the corner of his mouth upward. Spacial rend! He knew the attack! Just open a rift in space and he could make it to the hospital and make sure they weren't popping that chick full of more drugs.

Orion turned toward the back wall and made a quick slashing motion with his fingers extended. The wall distorted where he had made a gash than widened to a size large enough for him to leap through. Without hesitation he lept into the purple void, only to emerge in the same cell only facing the opposite side.

"....gah'dangit..." He mumbled. Still no good at that.

Orion tried the same thing on the left wall of the cell. Slashed at the wall, entered the rift and emerged on the right side of his cell.

"GAH'DANGIT!" He growled at the ceiling.

He tried seven more times, each time he ended up merely on the opposite side of where he had started, but never out of his cell. On the seventh try he ended up in the cell right next door to his, which for whatever reason was locked tight just like his was.

Orion threw his arms up in the air and shouted. Why was it so hard to get this to work?

She had to speak with Prisca immediately about a rather urgent matter concerning her partner. Oblivion had returned here to gather her thoughts, this place had always helped, it was her home. There was nowhere in the world like it, this place. Time traveled differently through her world parallel to the human’s world. Like an annoying p***k on the finger the spatial deity felt disturbances, small and incomplete similar to an extremely weak version of her own rends though space.

Embarrassingly weak, No other pokemon could bend space in this way. Oblivion had met a few of the younger palkia all of them promising, but this? It was too much for her to bare, one of her own race unable to do something so simple. She could only imagine how some would find this rather amusing. Relish the thought.

Prisca could wait for a few minutes, this was a larger problem needing to be attended to and her Palkia honor was at stake. Oblivion moved gracefully through a rift outside the building, finding only another embarrassment. He was in a police station. Two policemen walked by talking to each other not taking notice of the tall pokehuman, talking about the guy they had caught who broke through a wall and out a window by tackling some big charizard pokehuman.

Holding her composure she vanished through another rift back into the spatial dimension, as though she hadn’t been standing there moments before. Oblivion opened a rift in the current cell Orion was located in only after repairing the holes he had made. he shouted and Oblivion replied "I cannot fathom why it is so hard for you, it is our natural skill." came her voice from the rift.

Orion nearly jumped back at the powerful voice speaking through his fading rift. His hands had balled up into fists as he whirled around ready to attack whomever. However, his hands slowly lowered as the words begun to sink in. Did, did this voice just call him weak?

"Dude, never really got a chance to learn it!" He protested. "Lost my trainer before she could help me with it...."

He looked around the room. The feeling was so familiar from the voice, so.... kin? It was welcoming, aside the content of the message.

Orion's tail flicked as his arms folded across his chest, than retracted as he remembered the still fresh wounds on his arm. That chick could bite! This was turning out to be such an odd day...

Oblivion watched in mild amusement, he acted like a human and not the deity pokemon he should. He had put his fists up in his own defence he didn’t seem to have any dignity at all for what he was. The way he talked was so uncouth and undignified, nearly making Oblivion cringe. Truly this one was a lost child.

"No human can help you master such a skill," she replied to Orion's protest "It is beyond their capacity." No it was a skill acquired by legends and could not be taught by short lived humans who knew nothing of winding together and rending something complex and untouchable by normal means. No, they may try to their best capacity but in the end they can do little more than encourage the legend to learn it themselves.

The young palkia seemed to have some sort of wounds on his arms and shoulders, the way he recoiled after touching them told his story without a word. No doubt given by the charizard pokehuman he had tackled. “If you wish” she paused emerging from her own spatial rift “I can teach you myself,” She extended her hand, offering him a way out of the cell.

How undignified to be locked up down here by humans.

Orion opened his mouth than closed it like a fish gasping for air. He couldn't protest that knowledge, nor find the words to simply say 'they help you find your hidden potential'. His tail flopped again as his hand reached up to hold onto the wound. With his luck he had managed to agitate it.

His crimson eyes widened as the ancient woman emerged from his wall. THAT was some skill. If only he could get it to work for himself. This could easily be compared to one of his geeky-space films. He looked from her hand to her own crimson eyes.

"Uh.. I would... but I think I'd get another felon for breaking out." he bit his lip than added quickly. "I was only tryin' to make sure they weren't drugging a friend. I was gonna come right back."

"Admittedly some human's capacity is greater than others," she gave him that at least. Oblivion hadn't been impressed my humans too often however one did come along every few centuries to impress her it seemed. No maybe longer than that. It was rare for humans to thrive beyond their natural capacity in her own experiences.

"A felon?" Oblivion was still very much unused to humans and their rules, rules never applied to legendary pokemon, and what's more a deity pokemon. She gave Orion a strange look. Why follow such rules? He didn't seem like the type to warrant imprisoning unlike another. She gave a light sigh "What have you done so terrible humans would lock you up like a caged animal?" she asked the young palkia.

Young and ignorant he was like a newborn baby, to an ageless being who had been around since the beginning. Much like the race of humans themselves.

Orion shoved his hands in his pocket, than quickly flinched and grabbed the wound on his arm with a wince. No sudden movements like that. He held onto his arm a moment before scratching the back of his head nervously. This chick made him feel so inferior somehow.

"Well, I kinda tackled a chick outta a window. This was after knocking down a paramedic or two plus a fireman... and I did break a hole in the apartment wall with my wings..." His eyes were averted the whole time he spoke. It felt wrong too. As strange as that was.

"But, dude, they were gunna drug her -again- after she was already high on somethin'. That coulda like, killed her ya know?"

His brows furrowed at the thought of paramedics, of all people, being so careless.

"Just godda wait for my bail to be posted though. Or however long they can keep me in here... DUDE!" His eyes brightened as he finally made eye contact. His former reluctance to forgotten. "Dude, could you go check on Fury? Make sure they didn't drug her again or anything? "

Such a vulgar action, Oblivion could hardly believe one of her own kind running around like a human, acting like a common pokemon, he was seemingly desperately in need of some sort of guidance. she would find out why he was as he was, though now was not the place for it.

"If one wanted to, they would be unable to do anything..." she reminded him, he was a palkia and with the name came power. However she was pleased to see the child was still a picture of innocence, some humans and other pokemon often sought to corrupt such innocent hearts, at least his trainer didn't seem to fall into that category. The palkia couldn't help but smile at the child in spite some of his more unattractive traits; mainly his mannerisms so much like a human...

Fury? her brow rose, where had she heard that name before, it was an important name she felt, a promise nagged in the back of her mind, recent events had forced her attention elsewhere. Her features darkened with some concern, she had promised a human to look for the lost pokemon, perhaps this was that pokemon, though oblivion wouldn't know until she saw her "Would you like to see her?" she offered, this child being so unskilled with his own ability.

Orion placed a hand on his chin at the mention of 'if one wanted to...' and begun to rub slowly. What did she mean by that? The option of power had not crossed his mind. Orion had grown up unaware of what his kind was capable of, of the only deity he was created in likeness of. Throughout his travels his trainer had purposefully avoided the information in hopes he would have a chance at not worrying about such expectations.

Thankfully her next words were an inquiry that distracted him from further thoughts on the subject.

"Yeah, I just wanna know if she's okay. And that they didn't give her anymore of those drugs..." He shrugged. "If you got bail, I mean, I could try ta pay you back. But I don't make much money so it could take a while."

The tip of his tail begun to twitch nervously. He started to move his arm, but once again was promptly reminded of his injury. *tsh*

With her curiosity spiked Oblivion gave a graceful nod and glanced to the empty cell wall, "I will take you to her, this may be a lesson for you as well," which hospital she would ask the palkia child latter when they were immersed in the world of their birth.

What was the child mumbling about now? money? Oblivion hardly cared about the humans justice system, she was far above it. What could a human do to her? Even in her current form the Palkia could still easily lay waste to a city. The Palkia pulled apart the fabric of space producing a large enough gap for the pair to enter.

"Then we shall go," she said motioning to the rip in space she created, she waited for him to move "Once we reach the hospital a human or pokehuman will attend to it..." she said in an even tone. Oblivion ran her hand through her long silver hair and watched Orion.
