He'd tried it once and had it go wrong, damn senshi and showing up where they simply weren't wanted. But Benitoite had decided to try it again, this time during semester, in the hopes of not being interrupted and getting away with a good deal of drained energy. It was a Friday night and while some, take this to mean a lot or most, people were out enjoying themselves and the start of the weekend it seemed that enough people were at the DCU campus library. Evidence to how many were at the library, or had been, was the seven or eight bodies slumped against the side wall of the library building.
Peeking around the corner was the Negaverse Captain, blond hair tucked into his coat to keep it out of the way as he made his grabs. As people passed by, on the way in to or out of the library, he was darting out from around the corner to grab them before they made the doors. Draining each one till they slumped into his hold, unconscious, he was then sitting them against the wall behind him and then wait for the next person. So far he didn't sense any senshi, something Benitoite was glad for, he didn't need a repeat of the last run in at the library. He'd lost a good deal of the energy he'd gathered and got dealt a good beating, though that was nothing compared to the beating from Camelot.
Settling another person, victim, on the ground he pushed her hair from her face and let her lean against the male to her left. Making sure her skirt wasn't hiked up or anything improper he was glad for the bushes and darkness of night which covered the bodies of his energy donators. The messenger bag he'd used last time was present again and like last time it sat on the ground innocently enough, the energy tucked away inside and the flap over it hiding the precious orbs of energy. If he didn't get caught he might just stay here till the library closed before moving elsewhere to collect energy.

Libraries weren't really Sheldon's thing. It wasn't like books weren't apart of the green haired boy's life, but he appreciated them more when they could be fed through the voice simulating program on his MacBook; he got through them faster and well he had better audio memory than visual.
This plan only really worked, though, when he could find the proper books in pdf to run through the voice simulator. And with older books, it proved more difficult. Google Books only had so much of it before having to purchase it and well, Sheldon wasn't up for that especially when it was something for school - yes, shocker, Sheldon was doing something school related!
But finding the book proved annoying as most of the other libraries he knew of didn't carry such a specific book, even Sovereign Heights! All this meant having to try the university library and the only way to get access there, since he wasn't a student there yet, was talking to his father... which was always awesome and awkward. So, after spending what seemed like half his life at his childhood home his father had agreed on the pretense of picking up something for his own research paper.
Done with the back and forth, Sheldon went to scouring through the shelves and the databases trying to find what he needed, feeling the pressure from the librarians as they seemed to hover over him. The lanky 20 year old had gotten there at a decent hour but trying to figure out where to go had taken him some time and the staff was now getting ready to close up shop. Which meant hovering ans staring and trying to get him out of there. Thumbing through a few more of the research papers, he finally found the ones his father had requested. Gathering his other things, he got himself finally up and to the counter to check out much to a few of the librarians who were still trying to get a few other stragglers to pack it up and wake up a few overworked students.
Getting the materials was easier than he expected, thanks to his father's faculty information, though he wasn't so sure if it was because the girl behind the counter was really just too chipper. Giving a small thanks, Sheldon made his way to the door, fumbling with the slip with the return date into the sleeve of his book before shoving it into his messenger bag. He tugged a little on his jacket as he pressed his weight on the heavy double door, making a face at the change of temperature that greeted him outside.
And unaware of what was waiting for him around the corner.

It really was cold out, the chill of the night air had already turned his cheeks a pink hue. Ash blond hair was thankfully kept back and out of his way as he settled another person on the ground, seemed the library was closing as more and more people proud out. Wasn't to say a whole heaping amount of people had been coming out but the trickle was more than it had been.
A good deal of energy was in his messenger bag, waiting to be turned in, as he stood and moved back to position. Someone else was coming, the concrete made it easy to hear every foot step coming and going. Waiting till he got the slightest sight of the person, he couldn't jump out too early or wait till they saw him and the bodies of the unconscious, Benitoite jumped out and grabbed him. One hand going to cover the mouth while the other hand wrapped tightly about an arm and pulled them back around the corner.
With this out of sight of any passerby's Benioite was comfortable with gathering the energy from this person. "Don't struggle, this'll be over soon." Whispering, not wishing to be heard anyone else and yet wishing to calm the person out of putting up a fight. He doubted it would work, never really did, but it was worth trying.

Nope, not suspecting at all. Sheldon's mind was obviously elsewhere, caught on how he was going to fit his schedule in for the game that was coming out on the following Tuesday to coincide with the project he was working on - the reason he needed the book in the first place. Never did he imagine he'd be taken abruptly by a library.
His normally placid and droopy eyes went wide the instant Benitonite's hand slipped over his mouth and he was pulled aside. The first rational thought running through his brain and out of his covered mouth went muffled and lost, but sounded oddly like oh dear lord I'm being raped. It was hard to tell really, especially given how there was no questioning tone at all. It was also probably an odd assessment on the situation given the current going-ons that happened in Destiny City, really Sheldon should have suspected his starseed was actually going to be ripped out of his body this time.
Well, that thought crossed his mind second when his yellow eyes managed a quick check of his surroundings as his assailant pulled him near the heap of bodies - who kept a pile of bodies near them? This finally brought a reasonable worried reaction from the lethargic twenty year old, his free hand flailed lamely like a limp noodle. It wasn't much a struggle, something the attacker would be at least pleased about but it was still going against his instructions.
But well, it also didn't last for very long either as energy draining effects began to take hold over Sheldon's body. Logic wanted to think there was chloroform involved but another part of his brain was beginning to suspect otherwise - haha, how often did things like this happen in their city now? Either way, this was totally new.. like an amazing downer or something but not as awesome. And all Sheldon could feel now were his knees buckling from under him. He mumbled something, trying to desperately keep at least one eye open or at least some part of his brain awake.

The blond almost choked on his laughter as he heard what sounded like oh dear lord I'm being raped. Rather than laugh though he managed a response. "I'm not like that, so I suggest you wipe that thought from your mind." In fact, by his tone of voice he'd taken offense to the others thought. Wouldn't anyone if they were in his place? Provided they really weren't out to rape a person, of course.
Rolling his eyes at the flailing arm he shook his blond head. "You don't stand a chance." Stronger than he would be if he weren't powered up, and likely stronger than the green haired male, Benitoite held tight and continued on with the task at hand - getting energy. As the flailing stopped the Captain lowered them toward the ground, he didn't need to drop the poor person, just as knees gave under the other person. Cursing, a soft exclamation, as he took the brunt of the others weight and got them to the ground a little more quickly then he'd planned.
Leaving them on the ground, as he slipped out from behind them, he stood back up though bent, one hand still touching and taking whatever remaining energy he could get from them. "You'll be fine when you wake..." Looking around, as he withdrew his hand from the others person, he took note of the lack of sound. Had everyone already left the library? If that was the case he'd better get a move on as well.
Stepping forward, toward the corner where the front of the library met the side where he was, he looked back over his shoulder at the gathered unconscious. "I thank you for your donations." A mock bow and he bent just long enough to grab his messenger bag. Slinging it over his shoulder he headed around to the front of the library.

Nothing this guy was saying was helping the situation in any way shape or form. Of course a rapist was going to say he wasn't one - even though yes, the idea was drifting through is mind with how this situation was playing through. And of course Sheldon didn't stand a chance, the boy knew his own strengths and a child could take him out. At least he was being lowered to the ground more gently that he could have suspected. His legs were totally useless on their own and falling down on his own accord was what an attacker would have preferred and all; this guy was being way too kind through all this how weird. How fine he was going to be was up for debate really. There were still specks of Sheldon's brain still functioning, realizing that he would be left on the ground probably overnight and the prospect wasn't too appealing. Man this whole thing just reeked of fail. Sheldon's head lulled limply to the side, still fighting for the last bits of consciousness, trying to catch a glimpse of his attacker as he began to walk away. All he could see in haze of drowsiness was a long dark coat and the soft click of boots before his eyes fell closed with exhaustion. Lazily, one hand slipped from his lap and onto the cold concrete ground below him or what he would have suspected it to be, but instead he could feel a cold small cylindrical object... almost like a pencil. The green haired youth managed to get his eyes open for a brief moment, trying to figure out what was below him - maybe someone had dropped it? But there was something about this object that he couldn't just simply ignore it. Like it was wanting him to pick it up or even just enclose his hand around it. He needed it, it wanted him and he clumsily groped for it until he was within his grasp. A warming embrace seemed to engulf his being, refueling that energy that had been stripped of him by the Negaverse Agent. Sheldon let out a shuddering sigh like a cold chill ran was running down his spine. It was tingling, it was weird but it was also kind of nice and he could finally properly get his eyes open again, feeling renewed. Kailash and Uranus. Two names, repeated in a whisper in his head. Like he should have known them, like they were coming back to him. Just over and over. The new page remained on the ground, lifting his hands up to stare at them. They were wrapped tightly in cloth, they felt lighter and stronger and one still around the object he had picked up - oh, it was a pipe. "What the hell?" So terribly confused as he began to realize it wasn't just his arms that had changed. He was in a completely new set of clothing as a whole.

It was that power signature that the disappearing Captain sensed. Pausing, mid step, he turned slowly. "A knight." The word was whispered, no malice or emotion in his voice. Should he go back and see? It might be a risk but he didn't think it much of one, surely they could sense him as well and would come after him anyway. They had just arrived, no work up to them arriving here, so perhaps a person had stumbled across the bodies he'd left and had powered up to hunt for him?
That in mind, and not willing to be hunted by wanting to face and even confront the knight, he headed back in the direction he'd come. "I can sense you...." He called out, hoping his voice was heard. He had no idea it was anew knight, one who may or may not be able to sense him. If only he had a clue that this one was new, like this was their first power up, the Captain would be even more amused and smug then he already was.
Truth be told he was sort of hoping it was that green haired female knight, he wanted to grab her and beat her like he'd wanted to the last time. This time though it would be vengeance for the fight ended too soon, the injuries she'd dealt him; as minor as they were, and her boyfriend knight injuring him as he had.

The first thing Kailash managed was to get himself off the hard ground, it took him longer than he liked but it was hard with his spinning head - partly from the energy drain mixed with the rush of new energy and probably just from the general change. It was still hard to get used to, well it had only happened a few moments ago and now he could get a better look at himself. His clothing wasn't really in the style of anything he was used to, the yellow was interesting to say the least, the texture and well... he seemed to have a few Uranus symbols on his person. That made the scattered whispers of that name that still pulsed through his head make a little more sense.
Once up, he turned back to the unconscious people that littered the ground like he once was. Even for what he had transformed into - which he was still trying to sort out really - he honestly felt no sense of obligation to them. Right now he wanted to save his own skin, but some moral issues sprung to mind and he wrestled it for a second. "Call the police... tell them they're here..." he muttered under his breathe. That... could work, he decided as he took a wobbly step away from the wall.
And stopped again, hearing the Captain call out in his direction. Sense him? What, how? Did this small pipe come with more problems? Kailash's eyes widened for half a moment until he realized that there was... something coming off the other guy as well. It was in a sort of infantile stage really but it could obviously be pinged as 'bad.'
Okay. Run? Fight? Play dead? Bah, he'd be able to pick him out if he could sense him. Wait, could he? Kailash stood there for a moment, trying to figure out the best course of action. Running seemed like the ideal option, so he took off towards the quad.

While the other ran, away from him, Benitoite headed back to where he'd been. Oh yes, he was feeling confident now as he headed back to where he'd previously been. Seeing the knight not there he had taken off following after the signature, the people were still there on the ground. Arms crossed, almost stiffly, over his chest as he moved with a certain confidence in his slow stride. Heels clicked before they wound up on grass and silent now. He needn't hurry his pace, if the knight got too far from him he'd just teleport himself closer.
Not knowing the campus well, and why should he? The blond didn't know in what direction, or rather toward what, the knight was headed. He only knew there were buildings in that direction, though it seemed like less. So perhaps a field or parking lot was in that direction also. He could teleport there, right? Though on the off chance of that not being possible the thought was brushed from his mind as his hands fell to his sides and his pace picked up. He had a knight to catch, the hard way. Maybe that was something to ask, could he teleport in a general direction, without knowing for sure what was in that general direction.
Soon the blond had broken into a run as he followed after the knight. Well, he now knew it wasn't a certain green haired female or her partner. Neither would have run, either would have confronted him. So that had him wondering, and wanting to know, just what knight this was. Perhaps a new one, at least new to him.
When it seemed he was reaching a green area, an open green area, he mentally told himself he was arriving at a quad it seemed. So that's where this would end.

Okay, he had to give this whole transformation one major positive; man could he run. Kailash couldn't remember the last time he had gone this far without heaving a lung or not even getting this far, in his normal Sheldon self he was terribly out of shape and being a smoker didn't help.
But even as he was half way across the grass, heading to who knows where (seriously, he was just running), the new Page was already feeling the wall coming up fast. So, it wasn't indefinite, "dammit!" he hissed under his breathe feeling that all familiar burn in his lungs. And to make matters worse he could feel the vague blip of the Captain not too far behind him - really, already? "DAMNIT!"

Catching up was a good thing! At least it was as the blond was concerned. Stepping onto the grass of the quad his slate colored eyes glanced about taking note of everything he could in that sweep over. It didn't seem like anyone was around, save for the lone figure his sights were set on.
Having taken to running most weekend mornings, after which he'd shower and return to sleeping, he wasn't feeling the burn yet. Normally by now, especially if he weren't powered up, he'd have a stitch in his side and be gasping in lungfuls of air. He had never been one for sports, or even gym, but that had been a chance especially as of more recently. It had taken him a while to realize the need to run, or job, and try to better himself. The problem was, and the reason for the runs only being on weekend mornings, was his life was a busy mess of events sprung on him, school, homework, cooking, duties to the Negaverse, and free time whenever he could fit it in. So with all that it was only weekend mornings, when he'd previously been asleep, that he managed to fit the runs in. He still slept till nearly noon it was just that a break in his sleep was taken so he could run.
When summer came he'd be more attentive to running as he'd finally have sufficient time. Without school to attend and homework he'd run during the week. The only other thing was that his planets would become a big eater of time, since the time to start planting as nearing, when summer came he'd be spending a good deal of time watering, trimming, and in general caring for his usual green house of plants but also whatever he planted in the backyard. Back to the matter at hand though, he'd focus on his plans for the summer later.
Watching the Knight who was a distance off he laughed, loudly. "Turn around and face me!" Calling out loud, hoping to be heard.

Kailash's long strides were soon reduced to shuffles until he finally couldn't take it any longer and stopped. Heavily, his hands went to bent knees and his mouth lay agape searching for air. Oh wonderful, he was going to be killed by magical bad guy or from something he had mocked a girl once for - running. The page was at least determined not to fall down to his knees like he had so easily when his energy was taken only minutes prior.
Still heaving, and wanting to hack up the lungs he was trying to fill, Kailash turned his head towards the advancing Captain. Oh, he had heard him and dared to shout something back, like a dolt, but he still couldn't find his breathe. Gold eyes took the moment to get his location and his basic surroundings. Wide open grassy space and not a lot going on. Great, he could have gone somewhere with obstacles maybe or even something he could try to use to his advantage? Oh no, the place with only one tree and one rock and one bench.
Awesome.
All he really had was his magical pipe apparently, and that would seem something that would benefit in a close range melee type battle and Kailash wasn't sure exactly how close he wanted to get to Benitoite given how lousy a job he was doing so far. He wasn't gaining any ground just standing there either.
"I'm facing you," he stated back in not the loudest of voices. "Not by choice really...." Well, he could try being a smart a** maybe.

"Can't continue in your attempt to escape?" He called back, mocking. His voice low and dark. His pace was slow now that he had the knight in his sights, why should he run toward the unmoving? It would be a waste of energy, and look rather pathetic.
"A pity really. Though your inability is good for me." If he were to remain like this, the knight, Benitoite didn't see him as helping the other side in any way. It was good for his side, an enemy in body but not ability. He knew it wasn't good to make assumptions, not after Camelot and that green haired one, but this one was running away from him unlike those two. This one seemed like other knights he'd met - useless and scared.
"Are you even going to try and fight me...or try to run even further?" He asked calmly, though his voice was loud so the knight would hear him. While the knight had a little pipe the Captain summoned his own weapon, a large paintbrush that was taller than he was. Maybe he was being harsh, too harsh, on someone who was running away but the Captain didn't think so. It wasn't to be spiteful and defiant of what Camelot had said to him but it was his dislike of those claimed to be good, the dislike had been building over time and fluctuating even.

"Not for lack of trying," Kailash muttered as the relief of normalcy - well, so to speak - was coming back to him. His lungs didn't feel like they were going to fall out and his legs didn't feel like jell-o anymore, he was going to take this as a good sign really. It was coming a little late and not in the best of circumstances but it was a little better than nothing.
And trying to run again didn't seem like a plausible option. He didn't know if he had the capacity for another sprint and with the distance of his opponent - oh man, was he really thinking in these terms - from him now, the Page knew he didn't stand much of a chance. So, there in that pretty much answered the Captain's question though not so much visibly as maybe he would have expected.
"Glad it counts for something," The green haired knight replied with an awkward smile. He put his arms up in a lazy, untrained defensive way which showed how clearly he had no idea what the hell he was doing - he was looking more and more like a posed mannequin at the mall really. And he really tried to keep his arms up and his haphazardly put together stance, but couldn't help but falter when Benitoite called forth his weapon.
"Really, you fight with a gigantic paint brush?" His brows pushed together, the hell kind of crap was this? His eyes shot down to his own sort of weapon, his pipe, and looked back to the advancing Captain. "This is all sorts of ******** up...."

Laughing, something hallow and even a little cold sounding, he shook his blond head. "You shouldn't think so lightly of the brush I carry, I assure that thinking in such simple terms will be a downfall for you." He knew his brush was heavy and could do some damage, he'd been working on his skills with it. He was dedicated to becoming better, to improving his skills with and without his paint brush.
"And while I won't think so lightly of what you have I will point out that is is quite the close in weapon and it puts you at the disadvantage here." Though he did think little of the Knight, what with the way they held their body and how they seemed like they'd rather run and forget this evening than fight? They seemed...new or just severely lacking. This thought brought a smirk across his features as he shifted his brush so he held the brush end in his right hand and his left held the handle, somewhere around mid handle.
"You don't know what you are, so your new. How nice...a brand new Knight to take out, before you can get involved in this war." He wouldn't kill him but he'd make sure he didn't want to become involved in the war going on, it shouldn't be too hard either. Deciding to go all out, to make sure this Knight would fear being involved in the war, he teleported the short distance between them and when he did appear in front of the Knight, only appearing a foot or so away from being right in the Knight's face. One hand slid down his brush so he could swing it like a bat at the other.
