"No I'm telling you, that Mare was wickedly hot," Duo said, his hands flying over the assorted beads set out before him, "I think you'd like her, if you could get that stick out of your a**." The stallion who crouched before him only grunted in disinterest, tilting his head down more so that the indigo eyed male could hurry up and finish. Having his wings spread out like he had them was making him paranoid that someone would come and step on them.

"Now i know you aren't even paying attention to me. If you were you'd have at least snapped at me for that last comment." Duo said huffing. He gave a sharp tug to the hair in his grasp as he slid the last bead in place and secured it with a tiny piece of wax. No sooner did he take a step back than the Stallion sprang up, wings folding up against his back with an audible snap. The crimson clad Gwilith waved at his companion before taking off. "Oi! Don't forget you owe me dinner for that!" Duo shouted, at the retreating figure.

Grumbling to himself the self-proclaimed God of Death turned on his heel, already having packed away what few beads were left. He picked up the small case and slid it into a pocket, eyes scanning the sparse crowd for a familiar face. His eyes glazed over a green and black mare before snapping back to her. No, it couldn't be! "Akumaaa!" He called out, voice sing-songy, "What brings you to my humble town?"

"Such a pretty mare shouldn't be unescorted while she tends to her business," Duo quipt, as if he hadn't seen the two cloaked strangers that had been walking beside her. Just remembering them made a twinge of unease travel down his spine. He might not know Akuma all that well, but he did care about her. He wasn't a love-em-and-leave-em type of Stallion after all. "I live on the outskirts of town over there," He made a vague gesture in the direction of home, "So I come in every so often to socialize and do a bit of shopping." A sly smile tugged on his lips, "Why, do you want a tour of my place?"
