I would like all of you to join me in lifting a prayer of sympathy and support for the victims of the deadly string of tornadoes that struck the mid-west and south this week. 12 people lost their lives and many more were injured and lost their homes and property. This really hits home for me as I grew up in Illinois and remember many times hearing the sirens going off warning us of the approach of twisters. Just imagine, you go to sleep thinking all is well and wake up to hell on Earth.
