I need some help with a few things. I need to find some ways to become more calm when dealing with constant stress, or to let stress affect me more. I also need some help with ways to get a better work ethic and to stop procrastinating. Thank you if you can help me.

I'm not the best with advice, but I think I can help you out a little, just because I think I share your issues. So what works for me is this:
To help my procrastination, I have what I call nag-buddies. Basically I have friends who are completely made aware of what I should be doing and who nag me to get it done. And then I have task app on my phone that I dump all the stuff I should be doing into and I have it set to ring loudly and bother me until I mark stuff as done. I have a similar app on my tablet. And on my computer I have an app called stickies. They're like sticky notes on the computer, so I can make reminders and set them to pop up on my screen every set number of minutes to remind me of what I ought to be doing. I also stick real sticky reminders all over my stuff - places I'll see em if I get side tracked like my laptop, playstation, tv et cetera. I'm a horrible procrastinator, but I find that having reminders of what I ought to be doing bothering me all the time, makes me want to get done what I'm need to. It might help you.
As to the stress thing, I'm a huge stresser. But I've found that meditating for a bit when I start to get stressed out tends to help. I have a mantra that I repeat to myself in my head while breathing deeply. (Actually it's the Jedi Mantra XD ) Bascially it goes like "Emotion yet peace. Ignorance yet knowlege. Passion yet serenity. Chaos yet harmony. Death yet the Force." On the word before "yet" I take a real deap breath and hold it for a second and then breath out with the rest of the sentence. It help me out ALOT. You might wanna different mantra, meditating might help the stress.
Hope that helps. smile

Here's something that works for me for stress: whenever I'm by myself, say, driving, for example, I just yell. A single syllable, primal roar. Hold it as long as you can. Nobody gets hurt, and it makes me feel better.

When I am stressed out, I enjoy chewing my cud.
Try it sometime. Eat some grass, digest it for about an hour, then throw it up in your mouth and chew. It's very relaxing and tastes wonderful.

Playing sports helps. Let out your troubles, tell your best friends about them. Video games, good food, concerts, exercise, & yoga. Whatever you think you would go for.
