Well, he was certainly a sight for sore eyes. He was a cute as ever, strutting about the woods. Well, she'd amid, he wasn't really strutting but, hey, he was in the woods again and so was she, perhaps it was time for a little get together. "What's green, cute, and and a majin?" She let the 'riddle' echo in the trees as she sat in one of the taller branches, sending a handful of bright pink plum blossoms in his direction before jumping from her hiding place. "I'll give you a hint Rajih, he's my one of my favorite people to tease." She crossed her arms, possibly to draw attention to a certain area.

"It's been a while my dear, how you've been? Eaten your first heart yet?"

She giggled at his reaction. "Happy to see me sweet heart?" She grinned, as if making a joke. "I mean I certainly missed you. Its so very boring playing with the drab boys in town. They're gotten used to my teasting. But you are still so cute with that blush and really Rajih-" She gave her chest a little shake. "Just wait for summer, you'll love it, I promise." As he began to answer the important quest when suddenly a new witch eater came on the scene.

How... interesting. "Emelia my dear." She smirked, getting closer to the pair, making a tug at Rajih's hand. She wanted to hold him! "Oh he has a little human plaything does he? My my, so naughty." It probably didn't help that she was now up close and personal. "And I've been trying to guide him but he's so cutely stubborn. I don't think he's eaten one yet, he's have those cute wings if he had... Unless you're hiding them?" Pouting she tuged on his hand again. "Don't tell me you're hiding those cute wings from me Rajih. And Do tell me who this... fine heart eating specimen is and why you have not joined her?"

Her own wings gave a light flutter. So early, yet so exciting.

Laughing, the peach witch eater waved it off. "Maybe I was, and oh you're so cute when you blush you know that, I just want to hug you." Giggling she went back to Nekoda. "Pleasure Nekoda, and I know, he's really the most stubborn. If he's got a pet, oh pardon-" she pat Rajih's head, "-girl friend and she's got a heart to eat...." She back off shrugging. "Really Rajih, getting close is just going to hurt you in the future. This is coming from experience. No, eat her now and save yourself the trouble. Nekoda has the right of it."

Spinning on her foot she began to walk down the path towards the city. "Become a sexy witch eater, get a cute pair of wings, never worry about having to hide what you are... And I will encourage. We're Majin. Wolves. Hawks. Some other predator animal. They're just sheep. I'll encourage too. If she ever wants a lesson on heart hunting I'd be happy to give it. You could both come, we can make a party of it."

THAT got Emelia's attention very very quickly. "A sanctuary?" She purred, looking at the other majin. "That is interesting, given our usual... independent ways of hunting and whatnot. A community... sounds interesting." Pink eyes scanned the pair. Did Nekoda know it as fact or was this a rumor meant to- "It could be a ploy, lure us in the false promises, kill us when we least expect it. I wouldn't put it past a reaper or blackheart."

Kicking a small rock Emelia looked up at the sky. "Hrm- my guess is that the humans wish to either be free of magic or, they're enchanted. I can't really see a reason why they would want to just... willing give up their hearts to a stranger. A lover I might understand but not someone they do not know. All in all-" A feral grin, "I like it."

Continuing her walk she listened for others, trying to smell any humans that might be near. Rajih's question however made her stop cold. "I know it would hurt Rajih, because coming to my senses as the one I loved was dead in my arms is not something easily forgotten. The pain is not something one might ignore." Her own mistake had cost Emelia what she considered true happiness. It had cost her the woman she'd loved. Walking on she called back. "The hunger never leave us, and the closer we are to humans, the hungrier we get. The sweeter their scent."

Laughing at Nekoda, she grinned. "adapting and foolishly rushing into change are two different things. But yes, its sad that we are hunted when we have only done what is in our natures to do." Eyes moved back over to Rajih, flickering to a weary sadness. She didn't like bringing it up. 'It' hurt her and she'd rather just ignore it, but in Rajih's case it might benefit him. Learn from another's mistake after all.

Her had in his, she gave it a light squeeze, as sad smile replacing her usual mirth, the grin just seconds ago she had. "Once upon a time there lived a baker. She was a witch, homely and kind. She lived by herself, having graduated the Academy a year past. Once day, she ran across another, who was much more adventurous than she. They became friends and without realizing it, they began to fall in love. Yet what the little baker witch didn't know what that her love was a majin who was plagued with hunger, and thought she might have control.

"One night she felt the hunger rise up like a beast and threatened to devour he very being. Her love was innocent, yet the majin was a fool, and ultimately, they both paid the price for the foolish idea that a majin might live at peace with a human." Looking away, Emelia let out a wistful sigh. "It's a very difficult concept to grasp Rajih, but for all the precautions you take, one day the hunger will claw it's way up and demand to be fed."
