Silron was skeptical, he had recently gone and visited the newest litter of cubs; born from the consorts sister and a priest... One of their cubs had been questioned whether or not he'd be an acolyte... and it was up in the air. He headed back to his hammock; where Vinata and he would soon someday share a bed.
He hadn't really announced his wedding plans to anyone yet... He had been wanting to tell everyone individually; though word had spread that he was spending a lot of time with the black and green lioness.

Lounging around was something the dark blue lioness didn’t do very much, but today, she could be found hanging in the limbs of the tree, her tail hanging off the side as it swayed in the breeze. The lands were quiet, so her skills as a fighter weren’t needed, although, she did take the initiative to patrol the borders whenever she could. She would likely do that a bit later, depending on if she could get out of her current slumpy mood.
Her cyan color eyes scanned the jungle floor, spotting her one of her brothers amongst the fluorescent gleam of some flora of the forest. Standing, stretching, she hopped from limb to limb nimbly, barely making cracks as she landed softly in front of her brother.
“I see you, brother.” She greeted her actual brother.

He lifted his head upon hearing a formal greeting and grinned widely at his sister. "I see you sister." He said, flicking his tail over the branch that held all the hammocks in place. "I haven't seen you lately..." He said simply, a smile crossing his face upon having a meeting with her.
"I was visiting Petra's litter of cubs.. Have you seen them?" He asked casually, flicking his muzzle in the direction of her and her new litter of children. "And I hear mom and dad are thinking about maybe having another litter as well..."

“Haven’t been looking up then.” She gave her brother a smile, nodding to the limbs high above the land. She liked watching the lands from that level, but she also enjoyed napping up there too. It was safer in height, not that the land was under any kind of stress.
She shook her head. “I have not, unfortuantly. With my training lately, I find it hard to do much mingling with the pride members.” It was a joy yet burden she found with her rank. A joy to know she would one day protect her pride, but a burden to not be like her other siblings who had met some of the new litters already.
“Heh, it seemed like yesterday when we were mere cubs staying at Home Tree, no?” She sighed as the memories flooded back from her good childhood days.
“Oh? Is that so?” She asked with a smile. “That’ great!” Tamal wanted little siblings running around. She’d definitely have to take some time to see them if that was the case.
“What about your love life Silron?” Tama asked sneakily. “Word has it you’ve been hanging around a lady lately?” She smirked. The dark blue adult had yet to find a male for herself, but that didn’t matter. She was busy training to be the best to worry about love.

He nodded. "yeah. Seems like we were spoiled young children back then.. now we are busy spoiling everyone else's children." He said, sitting down and smiling. "I hope our parents do it... I'd be nice to see siblings..." He said simply, sitting with his eyes shut.
When mention of his love life popped up, he opened his eyes and looked flustered. "Uh. Yeah... Her name is Vinata..." He said with a smile. 'I uh... we sort of are mated... it isn't really open yet... but... yeah..."

“It’d be nice not being one of the youngest in the family.” She chuckled.
At his flustered look, Tamal smile broke out into a huge cheshire grin. “AWW. Big brother Silron is becoming a big grown wion.” Tama teased, nudging his shoulder with her head. “Why be so secretive about it?” She suddenly gasped. “Ohhh! That means there will be a ceremony too!” Tama loved watching the ceremonies. There were some flowers that blossomed on the trees above that floated wonderfully down, making the ritual even more romantic than it was.
She hadn’t personally met Vinata, but she would make it her choice to do so in the upcoming days. “When do you plan on telling mom and dad?”

He nodded. "it would be nice to be able to be the big brothers and sisters..." He said, looking a bit happy about that. And it'd be something to distract their parents from everything else.
When she began to baby talk, he made a face. He opened his mouth to complain, but shut it quickly... and then smiled. "It's true..." He said simply. "We um... we didn't want to... we... " He paused. "We told mom and dad already; we have their blessings... I just didn't want to crowed her..." He chuckled. "Yeah, a ceremony..."

“Good! Don’t be keeping secrets from them~” Tama would feel bad if she was the one to know before their parents. That wouldn’t be very good for Silron, even if he was keeping it a secret for now.
“Ah, crowd her? Is she nervous around others?” The dark lioness asked. She definitely needed to meet this other lion.
“Exciting! I’ll make sure I get a front limb seat.” She smirked, wanting on the day to drop a whole bunch of the white petal flowers in his full grown mane.

He chuckled. "Secrets don't last long here... thats for certain... this pride doesn't hide much from everyone I have noticed... rumors spread quickly." He looked a bit worried about that. "Well not her more than me... I didn't want to... well.." He sat in thought. He had always been a bit more timid when it came to pridal relations; he was mostly there for his strength and not so much for friendships and laughter. "I just didn't want to rush..."
He gave her a shove. "When are you going to have a ceremony then?"

“Well…think of it not a rumor then if it’s the truth, yes?” She smiled.
“Oh, you’re so modest.” She joked with her elder brother.
At his next question, she shrugged. “When I find the right one. I need to take time off of work to be a lion again, and mingle with everyone again. Maybe I’ll find my certain someone.” She doubt it though. She knew the males in the pride right now, and they were either too young, or already related to her. There wasn’t as many newbies flooding into the prides, so her choices were rather slim pickings lately. Her time would come though, one day.
“Speaking of, best be getting to patrolling~ Silron, brother, I’ll see you soon. I want to be the FIRST to know when the ceremony is. Got that?” Well…maybe not first… “Well…let mom and dad know first, then me! I demand it!” she joked, butting heads with her brother before going to start a patrol of the borders.

He nodded. "True. It is no rumor. It is fact. Vinata and I share a connection... she distracts me from everything I usually find so fascinating... It's like she is everything that i've imagined in a war plan... but in real life and so beautiful.." He paused. "Was that weird?"
"Erm... modest yes." He said simply, knowing that was probably too nice of a word. He nodded at his sisters words and he hoped soon someday she'd be able to feel like he did about Vin. He chuckled, head butting her back in good bye and calling after her. "I'll let you know sister."
