Still confused, however he was starting to get the layout of the city. He looked up one last time and smiled. Ryuu turned to Alois with the grin still on his face. "It's here, C'mon, lets get some food and get to know each other!" He entered the convenience store and held the door for his meister, Alois. Ryuu liked how that sounded. He had a meister.

A L O I S A small smile crossed Alois' face as she followed Ryuu into the store. His cheerfulness made her happy, but she didn't understand why he seemed so happy all the time. It was a contrast to her quieter, more calm attitude, but she didn't mind. "I'm not hungry. We can find something for you, though." She was vaguely distracted by all of the different things in the store,but that luckily didn't get her lost. Don't look back, look to the future!

Nothing worse then training on an empty stomach. Ryuu debated if he should ask what she wanted, but after thinking it over, he didn't think that Alois was the kind of person to accept favors. Ryuu wandered off to see what there was. He looked at the rows of snacks and found one of his favorites. Chocolate filled Taiyaki. Ryuu grabbed it and was overjoyed that thew had it. He grabbed two of the chocolate ones and one filled with red bean past in case Alois wasn't a fan of sweets. Ryuu walked over to where the drinks where and glanced around to make sure Alois was still in sight. He grabbed two waters and walked over to the cashier. "Alright just this please." The woman took the food and started to ring it up. He took a a few steps over to where Alois was and decided to make conversation. "So um... What was your old home like?"

A L O I S Alois stared at the food, wondering what it was. It didn't look like an American type of food... oh well. She looked up at Ryuu, hearing the question, and sighed. "It was... okay, I guess. Kishin were frequent over there, though." She purposefully didn't go into much detail, but instead casually leaned against the cashier desk. "What about you?" Don't look back, look to the future!

He wondered if he should tell the whole story to Alois or tell her just a little bit at a time. Ryuu decided to go with the second option. He looked up at the roof, and with his free hand, scratched his finger with his index finger. "Well nothing special... I sorta grew up in an orphanage so it's not like I had to much family drama... I did however have a sister, but that's a story for another time." Ryuu smiled. He didn't want to made his meister depressed from a his somewhat of a sob story life. Ryuu walked over to the door, holding it open for the red haired girl. "How does eating at the training grounds sound? That way once I'm done, we can get to training!"

A L O I S Alois nodded with crossed arms. "Alright, sounds good." She pushed off of the desk and stepped towards the door, with her back facing Ryuu. He had a sister as well? Something inside of her hurt, and she tried to ignore it. There was no use for crying, she'd done enough of that. Still, her eyes watered a bit and her throat went dry, so ALois coughed and furiously rubbed her eyes with her until they were dry. "U-um, right, we should...go." She mumbled awkwardly with her face half way turned to him. Don't look back, look to the future!

He closed the door behind him and approached the girl placing a hand gently on her shoulder. "Erm.. If you don't wanna talk about it now it's fine, but if you ever need to get something of your chest... Just tell me. After all, I'm your new partner, so feel free to trust me." Ryuu gave his redheaded meister a smile and started to walk off to the training grounds where he would eat his food and then start to train. However his mind wondered off to what made Alois so sad. Was it something he said? ""

Ebonyflamethrower A L O I S Heat pooled in Alois' cheeks and she looked at the ground. "I-Nothing's wrong." She was unfortunately fully aware that she was flustered AND stammering, and that only made her blush harder. "W-well, lets go! We don't have all day!" That came out harsher than she meant it to be, but she couldn't help it. Don't look back, look to the future!

The white haired boy smiled at the red heads reaction. "Alright! Let's get outta here!" The weapon seemed almost immune to Alois's seemingly harsh words. However, that was the type of person he was. The boy held out his free hand out in front of him and marched towards the training grounds, or at least the direction where he thought it was.

A L O I S Alois pressed her palms to her cheeks, willing the redness in her face to go away. When she felt that her face was back to its normal color, she caught up to Ryuu and tugged on his sleeve. "You're going the wrong way." The red head stated bluntly. She pointed to the opposite direction of where they were going. "The school's back over there." Don't look back, look to the future!
