I'm actually torn about this. On the one hand, we have a right to free speech and the marchers can do what they like. On the other hand, open insult of others is not common sense or common courtesy. Political cartoons are ok, obnoxious ******** in the streets is stupid.
Some kind of slap to the marchers was necessary, even if it was just booing from the sides. But to justify a physical attack on a peaceful citizen? I believe that is called a hate crime, and surely should not be ruled legal.
There's a lot of criticism of this judge. We don't let our citizens attack their fellow citizens.

No, the Muslim was a ********. The "actor" has every right to do what he did, if he did that with Jesus zombie-ness, he would have gotten rude stares from christian, but not been attacked. Muslims are pussyshits that are used to having governments bow to them, and abhor knowledge, just like christian fundies and Judaic fundies, but they dont get their religion put above the state, and they are kept to tolerate it, just like an atheist would have to tolerate an attack of similar nature.
Islam should be ridiculed until they get it through their ******** heads that all points of view get that, and they should stop pussyfooting around it and getting so offended.
