 Severin Novaire "Literature is complex and one really has to think to understand it."________________________Severin was walking down the hallways and he couldn't help but think that the hallways would look pretty scary at night. Not that he would really be that scared. After all, the place looked clean and there shouldn't be cockroaches roaming around. At least, he very much hoped not.
Everyone was probably outside playing and he probably had the whole indoors to himself. He hoped it would stay that way. He was in such a good mood at the moment that he could almost hum, but he didn't because there might be someone passing by. ________________________ "The beauty of it is that literature never hits me if I misunderstand.    Suzanne was looking everywhere for her brother but she couldn't find him. She needed him. Why? Because she wanted to go swimming! He got her a bathing suit for a reason and she was wearing it right now as she was storming down the halls looking for him. She carried an inner tube under one arm while people gave her weird looks.
Well, she'll try checking the men's apartment. Surely it would be understandable if she just went there to go pick someone up. However, she had a sudden change of plans when she saw someone she hadn't saw in a long time and it had been a while since she's messed with her slave. She grinned and slid in the shadows and popped up behind Severin. "You look idle! Come with me! We're going swimming!" Suzanne cried out as she grabbed his arm and start dragging him away.
"I mean, Sylth made such a big deal about getting me a bathing suit and something and we didn't have water back at the demon realm. We just had a lot of poisonous muck and, trust me, that is not fun to swim in. Well, you would die if you tried. Anyways, I'm no fan of water, but it seems decent enough to dunk one's self into it. So you're going to accompany me and make sure I do it right." Suzanne ordered.
"Sylth is nowhere to be seen and I want to go now. So let's get to it, Severin!"

Severin Novaire "Literature is complex and one really has to think to understand it."________________________Severin's heart almost jumped out of his chest and exploded. Right when he was thinking how scary the hallways was when it was dark, something grabbed his arm and he was so ready to karate chop whatever it was with the very rusty fighting skills he had. However he knew that voice that caused dread to come over him every time. He almost groaned in her face but he froze when he saw her.
Was she...? Oh wait, it was a bikini, wasn't it? For a moment he thought the idiot demon was running around in her underwear. Still, running around in a bikini!? What was she thinking!? She's lucky she wasn't mauled by a pervert yet. Either that or she must have escaped one way or another.
It was a bit of a surprise to Severin thought that there was actually something appealing to look at under those baggy clothes. Not that knowing that would make his judgement change about her. "Swimming? It's not fun at all, Suzanne. You won't like it." Severin snapped, trying to discourage her. "Let me lead you back to your room and you can change back to your normal clothes and we can just go somewhere and read--"
Yeah... she wasn't listening was she. She wanted to go swimming and he doubted he could sway her and if he pissed her off, he would have to answer to her abusive brother. Dammit. His good mood and great day plummeted to just horrible. "Well, I don't know the way to a place were we can swim. So you'll have to lead the way." Severin said in his desperate attempt to at least sway her. After all, if she didn't know the way to the swimming area, maybe she'll just give up? ________________________ "The beauty of it is that literature never hits me if I misunderstand. "

 Akito Kurosuke Akito was just making his rounds as usual. He was supposed to be on vacation, but he couldn't help but be certain that there was something that he needed to protect and that was the students! Except they were all out there playing. He probably should follow suit too.
Still, Akito was enjoying the vacation. Kind of. It was quiet and peaceful and it was good for relaxing and napping. Maybe he should just go out for a jog or find a place where he could swing a spear around. It sounded like a good plan. He also had to wonder if there was any sake around. It wouldn't hurt to have a little. He didn't think sake would be common back at Rosentale, so he should probably enjoy it while he could.

Chloe had just left her room carrying a little basket. She was going to head into the town to do a bit of shopping. She had learned that this area was based on a certain region that existed in many worlds, and that region had a peculiar festival that caught her fancy. Having learned it was a full moon, she had decided it would be fun to have a moon viewing for, well, anyone who wanted to do it.
But there were traditional foods and she wanted to go purchase them. And she wanted to try some rice wine. Well, it wasn't really wine--the correct name was 'sake' but it was a popular drink in that region so she thought it would be nice to try it as well, to heighten the experience of being in this place.
She rounded a corner and nearly ran into someone she hadn't seen in a long time. Smiling slightly, she steaded herself against the wall.
"Hello Akito. Enjoying your vacation?"

Akito Kurosuke Akito was surprised when he heard a voice behind him. Oh it was Chloe! "Well, hasn't it been a while since we last met. Fancy running into you here. I thought everyone was either out playing somewhere or enjoying the hot springs." Akito remarked. Grinning at her, he walked over to Chloe. "So far it's been a great vacation for me. I've done nothing but relax and I feel great. What about you?"
"So what is that you're carrying? I'm free right now. I'll carry it for you and walk you to wherever you're headed." Akito said, glancing at the basket. "That is, if you don't mind, of course."

"I don't mind," Chloe said, handing the basket over. "I was heading to the town to buy some things. Tonight's going to be a full moon so I thought it would be nice to have a moon viewing ceremony. I was planning to buy udon and sake, and perhaps invite some of the other teachers to join me."
"Would you like to? If you're going to help carry the supplies, you should also have the chance to enjoy them tonight."
She was glad she'd run into someone else. Even if it was just shopping, it was almost more pleasant to have company. And she hadn't seen Akito in a long time. "I'm glad you're enjoying the vacation and not spending it working." She smiled slightly. "It is a vaction for us too, after all."

Akito Kurosuke Akito took the basket from Chloe while she explained what she was doing. "Oh? A moon viewing ceremony. That sounds like a great idea! I'll gladly help you with anything you need then." Well, he was more into it because sake was involved and food was always a nice extra to have around. It was just what he was thinking about! So he was more than willing to help. "I guess we can round up the teachers after we get the supplies. Now that I think of it, the staff haven't been very sociable and they like to close themselves up."
"There's not much work to do around here so it's hard not to relax even just for a little bit and I actually would welcome some exercise or I'll get out of shape. So, let's get going!" Maybe if they ran into some teachers, they could try dragging them into it on the way so they could get to know them. If Akito remembered, Chloe didn't have much of a chance to leave the infirmary so she probably didn't know many teachers. Er... but Akito was just as clueless about the other teachers as well.

"Well, I think that all the staff are so different from one another that it's sometimes difficult to socialize. Perhaps some of them are uncomfortable with the idea of getting to know those of us that are witches or vampires or any number of strange creatures?" Chloe suggested. "It can be difficult, even for adults, to learn to overcome those sort of barriers.
She followed Akito, smiling up at him. "At any rate, I'm glad you're coming with me. You have some experience selecting sake, I'm guessing? Because I'm going to be relying on you to help me select the very best."
She laughed slightly, as they walked. "Though I doubt you'll get very out of shape for taking it easy for a week. I can assure you, as a medical professional, that sometimes taking it easy can be good for you."

Akito Kurosuke "Then we'll just have to change that, won't we? If we don't approach them, then they'll just stay hidden in their classrooms, right? Although since I'm human, I don't think many people will be scared of me and I'll probably run into people who treat me like dirt more often than not." But then again, even with his own kind he got that kind of treatment since he worked as a mercenary. Well that just meant he was used to that kind of thing so it didn't really bother him.
"Hmmm... well, I'm never in the position where I need to select it, but I'll do what I can." Akito admitted. He was fine with sake as long as it was sake, but maybe he did know a thing or two. After all, he wasn't a stranger to drinking.
He grinned. "You think so? Well, that's good to hear. Cramps are a pain when you're out of shape."
