Character requested: Wally West / Kid Flash
Why? Wally West has been my favorite character since I was a child. Of course, that was usually when he was an adult, but I like this depiction as well.
Facts about character: When Barry Allen tried to impress his Nephew Wally West with an exclusive meeting with his "Good Friend" the Flash -- who just so happened to be Wally's idol -- Barry (as Flash) even set up the chemicals on the shelf in the same order as they had been the night of the accident which gave him his powers. And of course, as it was destined to happen, lightning literally struck twice, the chemicals were splashed onto Wally's body and Kid Flash was born.
