Bio: Kira hails from Cinnabar island. He grew up on the island to parents whose occupations are monitoring the activity of the large volcano on Cinnabar. Growing up as a small boy in the Kanto region, Kira had always wanted to be a trainer and eventually a Gym Leader who would be respected by his piers, he always felt somewhat outcasted by the other children because he was always stuck helping his parents with their work or taking care of himself. As he became older Kira grew to fear the volcanic abilities of Cinnabar, which is why he tends to stay away form fire type pokemon. He eventually came of age and one day, as he was wandering the beach he came upon a small Feebas.
He captured his Feebas almost on instinct and ran back home to tell his parents of the news. Surprisingly his parents decided that it was time for Kira to venture out and begin his journey as a pokemon trainer only at the age of 15. Before he left he trained with his Feebas and eventually came across a Darumaka, however his most prized possession is the elekid he came across the week before he left for his journey, it almost seemed as if fate brought the two together and when Kuro challenged the small elekid it all but fell quickly to his newly found experience, becoming his newest and most favored pokemon. Kira hopes to first prove to himself by defeating all the Gym leaders in the Kanto region that he can open and maintain a Gym, as well as gain infamy in the Kanto region so that his Cinnabarian piers will one day respect him.
