Only with certain 3DS games, but yes You can turn it off any time during the game, which is handy because if it's on for too long you'll get a headache And the battery life is a lot shorter :c

So far, Mario Kart 7 But there's also Pokemon Rumble Blast that I heard is very fun And they're coming out with Kingdom Hearts 3D and a bunch of other games for it

I ahve a PS3, and I like it the most, because unlike the Xbox 360, the PSN ( Playstation Network ) is a free membership. You can upgrade to a plus mebership, and that costs money, but atleast you don't have to renew your membership just to access the network for online gaming, like wth the Xbox 360.
Actually, that is the only downfall about the Xbox 360. Other than it being a HD player and not a Blu-Ray HD player, it has pretty cool games , and awesome graphics. Couldn't play Halo without it. lol

I have a ton of game systems, and I mean A TON.
But the one I use most often is my Wii. I use it to play gamecube games as well.

Free online play and good games I love. My fave has to be the Playstation 3. XD Ps1, Ps2, and Ps3. I still remember my first online game...Socom 3 on the Ps2. x]

My favorite game system (and the best, in my opinion) is the PS3. I love playing online for free, and having the 3D availability on my TV.

360 but thats mainly because it's the one i own. I should be playing a PS3 because my uncle is one of the CEO's of sony playstation o.o
