Mist Hunter The Miss Taken Tower
Part 1 Mechanics - roll your regular attack - roll your regular attack again - if you miss an attack, you lose 50% of your full HP - if you have an available recovery bonus, you may try to use that to avoid HP loss
Bonus Mechanics - This bonus is consumable. - for the Mist Course, it is recommended you review the mechanics of the other division courses, as the division bonuses carry over.
- Trainees: 0 recoveries - Mist/Sun Trainees: 1 recovery - Hunters: 1 recovery - Mist/Sun Hunters: 2 recoveries
Part 2 Mechanics - there are two steps worth of traps in this room, so you'll be rolling twice
- roll 1 d10 to determine what your character is about to step into - use your bonus mechanic to adjust as you can - adjust your HP and bonus count accordingly - roll 1 d10 to determine what your character is about to step into - use your bonus mechanic to adjust as you can - adjust your HP and bonus count accordingly - roll list: (feel free to get creative about what the traps actually were) (-50% HP is off your full HP, so if you hit -50% twice, then you are 100% KO'd)

Bonus Mechanics - This bonus is consumable.
- Trainees: 1 flag - Mist/Death Trainees: 1 flag and one instinctive move - Hunters: 1 flag and one instinctive move - Mist/Death Hunters: 1 flag and two instinctive moves
Part 3 Mechanics - use the given roll for your hunter to try and open the lock on her right manacle. Rolling a 1 means you fumbled, and the cuff exploded causing both you and the princess to lose 50% of your full HP. - roll to repeat the process on the left manacle.
Bonus Mechanics
- Trainees: roll 1d4 - Mist/Life Trainees: roll 1d6 - Hunters: roll 1d6 - Mist/Life Hunters: roll 1d8
Part 4 Mechanics - roll 2 d8 to determine your defense against the trap area. - roll 2 d8 to determine how much trap damage targets the princess. - adjust her HP accordingly - roll 2 d8 to determine your defense against the shadowling area. - roll 2 d8 to determine how much shadow damage targets the princess. - adjust her HP accordingly - leftover defense does not stack

Clerise glanced about the tower, pondering what princess she'd have today. Gale had been unnerving enough, so for her own sake, she hoped it'd be someone less disconcerting. Until then, she was up against the shadowlings, much she had been in the Sun training course. She let Balthazar rest against an ankle as she did a spinning kick, deciding to take the chance to use shadowlings as her audience for new moves. They couldn't laugh at her when she failed, after all--They just killed her. Much nicer. It had been successful, at least. The little shadowy bastards were dead, at least. Or dissipated? There sure were a lot of them hanging around. The room full of traps didn't do much to assuage her uneasy spirits. Right. It was a very good thing that Balthazar gave her a shield and all that. Slinging him over her side like he was a shoulder bag, Clerise made the first move into the room. Nothing exploded underneath her feet or sent her careening into a building. The hunter that had woken her up was an obnoxious little Mist girl. Five foot two at best, grim, and giving Clerise the finger and a lecture of how DARE she make her work, oh em gee she had so much Madoka left to watch and god, you stupid trainee, baka baka baka, how dare you interrupt her and-- Clerise GLEEFULLY ran back into the training room, wondering vaguely if it was Greek that the girl had been speaking. All that really mattered is that she was getting further and further away from the girl in the coat with the cat eared hood. Who the hell had a cat ear kind of hood? Who DID that? Had she held the quartermaster at gunpoint (because she had a gun, and was waving at Clerise's retreating figure, and it was a big one, how much heat was she packing?) and demanded ears be stitched onto her white and gold abomination? Beautiful. Of all the ******** possibilities, the gods of randomization had bequeathed her with a gift. She had not asked to be blessed in such a fashion. She had made no sacrifices to her dark gods for this generous bestowal. And yet, here she was. Princess ******** Clerise. Well wasn't THIS just fine and dandy. It was unnerving, to see herself giggling coyly, and to be on the receiving end of fluttery eyelash batting.
