Age: appears nineteen, but has been around for a long long time.

Powers: In water he is able to swim fast and create weapons from water. On land he is able to bend water to his will and control it.

Bio: Kazuhiko or Kazu for short is one of the many sons of Neptune lord of the sea. He was swimming one day only to be caught in a fishermans net and hauled onto land. He was a rare catch because of his appearance so the fisherman sold him into slavery. Kazuhiko spent many years in slavery and is still trying to return to the sea and to his family.

Personality: Calm like the calmest oceans, Bright like the oceans sunshine, sturdy like the ocean's wind, and furious like the roughest storms.
