STARTING STAGE : Newcomer

JOB TYPE:
Employee stage: Doing the odds and ends, helping with cleaning the rooms, and making beds to being a waitress at meal times, does most of the washing, and cleaning like sweeping the floors, and making sure the flowers are fresh in the rooms.
Secured Job: Manager, checking in guests, overseeing operations making sure events are planned correctly, and hostessing at meal times. She doesn’t have involvement with the financial aspect as she’s just an employee, but since she’ll have been there for so long the people who own it would trust herself to be able to run the Inn if they weren’t able to be there. Ordering supplies and making sure food deliveries are on time, and all the behind the scene’s work.
BRIEF HISTORY: Ren lived in a city before she came to Sunny Haven. She was a wild child, out of control, kicking butt and taking names so to speak. When she left her previous home, she left a wake of hurt behind her. She would find a target that she wanted to conquer, and would pursue this person in a romantic sense, giving everything she had for them. Then, once the challenge was won, and she received that person's heart so to speak, she would feel smothered or grow bored of them, and take off.
This was obviously troubling, because sometimes it would take years, other times months for her game. But she was hurting people, real people, and not all of them took it lightly. Some came after her and attacked her, being crazy themselves in a way, sometimes even being obsessed with her. Over the years, it came to a point where Ren had to leave and she had to try and change her ways. So she went to the quiet town of Sunny Haven where no one knew her, or her past.

PERSONALITY: THE VIRTUES :
Polite: Renee is warm to those she’s close with, and friendly with those she doesn’t know well to save face. But truthfully, she’s a bit more introverted and observant about the world around her. But it depends really on who she’s around and her relationship with them, the closer she is, the more her true self is seen. Thanks to her job, her politeness can have no end since it’s customer service based.
Hard working: Renee is always at work on time, rarely ever has to take sick days. She keeps herself energetic , so that she can get the job done and always tries to keep a smile on her face while she does it. She thinks of having this job as a blessing, and she has to treat it that way. Probably the one area in Ren’s life that you’ll see her really stick her neck out, stay late to finish work, or do extra hours when asked. When it comes to her job, is she 100% reliable. And that’s because when she came to Sunny Haven she was ‘lost’. And the owner’s took her under their wing and gave her, her job and it essentially saved her from being self destructive.
Fun: She’s the girl that likes to test the deep waters. See’s how far she can break the rules. She likes to sneak off at night and watch the sky whenever she can. Be in going in the woods, or climbing to a roof of a building. She enjoys pushing the rules and seeing how far she can stretch them.
Ren likes to have the alone time because of her work she’s around people all the time. And as she makes friends as much as she will enjoy being around them she will still like to have some time to herself. She finds one of the best balances she has is to take time for herself.
PERSONALITY: THE FLAW :
Uninterested: Unless someone basically worms their way into her life, it’s not common for her to really take notice of others in a sense of seeing them as a good friend. As mentioned before Ren is polite, but honestly doesn’t care about what a lot of people have to say. With the exception of those tht helped her when she came to Sunny Haven, those she has the utmost respect for, like the Inn owner’s. She Doesn’t pay much mind. She has casual conversations with other people and she does enjoy her bit of gossip, so offering her some is the best way to get her attention. Renee likes to use the gossip for her own personal gain. But over all she’s not a bad person. She just likes to cause some trouble. Make life a little more interesting.
Stubborn: Once Ren gets an idea in her head, it can be hard for her to be dissuaded. Granted it’s not all that common for her to get that way, but she enjoys a good challenge, and often after it’s been conquered she will lose interest. This is part of the reason she’s come to Sunny Haven to get away for her somewhat troubled past.
Ren doesn’t handle the idea of being rejected, turned down or prevented very well. When it comes to her job, she will go to almost any length to have it completed, pay extra money, ride out of town to get the delivery herself. When it comes to her personal life… It gets a bit messy. She doesn’t like the feeling it. But sometimes like if it involves a friend of hers. Ren will bury the feeling so her friend can be happy. But if it’s pure rejection she takes it pretty hard and the other party in involved can run risk of being cut out of her life completely. Ren is unbalanced in emotions, and has trouble processing them.
Shifting: Like waters, Renee’s mood can be ever changing. She can be having fun one moment and then suddenly change to something scowling. Ren tries to keep herself balanced the best she can trying to hide her darker moods when they come on. But as a result she can take them out on others. There’s never been anything proven with the young woman since she’s never really talked to anyone about these problems. Like mentioned above she has issues with understanding her emotions and how to handle them. And often they cause her to push people away. There’s no real grey area with Ren, and if you’ve known her long enough you know that there’s something just not quite right about her. There are no real triggers for her moods outside of her ‘challenges’ that have been figured out.
YOUR FEARS AND WEAKNESS : : Oddly enough Ren’s fear is love. She’s scared that she won’t find someone that fits this ideal she has and ultimately she because to set challenges for herself. She would conquer, get bored and more on because she thought she found the one… But it wasn’t. She enjoys the thrill of her ‘challenges’. She doesn’t want to confront her ‘fear’ of finding The One. So ultimately, she’s flaky when it comes to commitment, she has no set pattern.
But someone that’s a bit more attractive would catch her eye. She’s not completely shallow though! Because she does take the time to learn about the person, but again like her stubborn side, once she sets her mind on something… And that leaves her open to be manipulated. Ren has had her fair share of bad relationships because of this. She is somewhat blinded to them.
LIKES : Ren enjoys to cook. She is by no means a chef, or would she ever cook for a restaurant, but living at the Inn she's spent time in the kitchen and on her own time learned some dishes, and is still learning. She collects recipes that she'd like to try.
Fluffy things, Ren enjoys cute fluffy animals just as much any one else! She probably enjoys the unconditional love animals give over that of people. But over all she just wants to cuddle them and take them all home.
Watching the world. The young girl can often be found where there are nice views, sitting on the dock, legs hanging over feet in the water. Or on a rock in the forest watching the sun through the trees.
DISLIKES : Renee doesn't like crowds. She'll go to festivals, but she's usually a bit uncomfortable with all the people in one place. It makes her feel a bit overwhelmed and dizzy. A lot like back in the city, though she will still make the effort. Ren just might not spend the entire time there.
Seafood is probably Ren's least favorite food. There's something about the smell, mushy texture and not to mention the taste. It's also one of the things that Renee won't cook either. When she was a child she likes to eat shrimp and friend clams strips.

Since you haven't posted in the stamping thread, i'll just leave this here as a crit.
There's a few things that need to be fixed from what I can see. First off, all the FS people will be starting at stage one so newcomer. I let deri know that too. Sorry if that was confusing to you.
Hair style, hair color, skin color and tone: Those parts weren't filled out yet. We need the profile to be complete for it to be approved.
Virtues
Polite: . She’s not a chatter box, and often says only what’s needed.
I'm not sure how that would really relate to polite, it's more about being social than polite.

That part seems doesn't seem to relate with the virtue fun. It's talking on how she likes alone time, then it jumps to how she wants to make friends and have fun with them. Try to keep the virtues feeling more positive than negative. There's a few parts in fun and polite that seem to contradict with the virtue standpoint.

Well I didn't realize that we had to get a crit, if it was in the FS winner rules then I missed it DX That's why the thread was 'mislabeled".
And I fixed the part in the 'polite' but I have no issue putting in more detail into the 'fun' trait. But I don't agree in taking out anything that seems less positive is really necessary. I'm trying to explain all the angles, since there isn't anything that's strictly positive with personality traits.

Well, it's always good to get critique even after the event since it could give you more ideas. But, those were just some suggestions for you to consider.
After reading it threw, she looks good except one blank part. Once the hairstyles done she'll be ready to be approved. So it should be really quick! :3
