A few the DLCC base is a small mountain village, though it has expanded over the years into a nice little community nestled against the mountains thanks to the revenue pulled in from the DLCC base. Dark Legion soldiers may come and go as they please through the village, but harassing or otherwise harming the locals is strictly forbidden.
