Interviewer: E Rock, you recently defeated Rebz to earn a shot at the Intercontinental title. What do you have to say when you-

E Rock: I'm going to stop you right there. First of all, I didn't need to defeat Rebz to get title shot. I should already be the Intercontinental Champion if it weren't for the Board of Directors taking my chance away when they made me face Harli and Major Devastation. And tonight I will make the most of my redemption.

Interviewer: Speaking of Major Devastation, what are your thoughts on-

E Rock: Major Devastation walked out on you. Major Devastation walked out on his fans, the ones who cheered him, who supported him through thick and thin. Now, I couldn't care less about these people tonight, but the Major professes to be a role model, a person who cares about these inbred rednecks, a war-hero, and a Marine with a never-say-die, never quit attitude.

And what did he do? He quit. He took his balls and went home. He is a hypocrite, a liar, and a true Un-American.

Right before he left, he made a statement, implying that I should never be contending for a title and that I was a joke. Let me tell you something? Who beat you for the Intercontinental title and ended your long reign? It was me, the man standing before you today who has more guts and heart than you, you war-hero impostor.

You know that you didn't deserve the opportunities that you got here in the WWF. And when you didn't get more of those opportunities, you cried, whined, and left, leaving behind your so-called fan-base. The WWF Board of Directors were wrong to try to make that fake war hero the face of this company. Listen to me, Board of Directors, I should be the face of this company because I am the best that you have today.

*E Rock glared at the interviewer.*

Interviewer: About your match with Rebz, you-

E Rock: Rebz is a tough competitor. Like I said, before, I have nothing but respect for her. But this past SuperShow, she underestimated me and she paid for it. And tonight, she goes into the ring with me again in a condition less than 100 percent. I plan on destroying her tonight. I plan on breaking her neck. I plan on leaving her in the ring flat on her back, knowing that she would never wrestle again. Because from here on out, I will give my opponents no mercy. And you can place your bets on that.
