School: Knightside Elementary_____________________________________________________ Hobbies:Dodge-ball - Light on her feet and possessing a killer throwing arm, Klaris is always one of the main attackers in this sport. However, while her offensive abilities are first class, the same can't be said about her defense. Her reflexes are below average, which Klaris tries to compensate with her speed. If you've got good aim, she's as good as done. She loves participating in matches, especially in school tournaments, and often stays after school to practice with her teammates.
Drama - Klaris loves being on stage, and nothing satisfies her more than being the center of everything. Action, comedy, romance, you name it, she's eager to play a (leading) part! She feeds on attention, and will take measures to make sure she gets it! She hates being out-shined, and will immediately openly declare the individual a rival if they threaten her position.
Texting - In a world where the line between reality and virtual reality has never been more blurred, Klaris is already a master when it comes to the abbreviated phrases so common in SMSing. Her phone is her life (or just about as close as it could get). She never goes anywhere without it and keeps it, surprisingly, impeccably organized. If there's one thing you can count on Klaris for, it's that she is always prompt when it comes to replying to texts.
_____________________________________________________ Virtues: Ambitious: Klaris is not afraid to initiate changes when she thinks something is dissatisfying - and she's never satisfied. She is that person with the original and large-scale ideas. She loves organizing and participating in school events: plays, festivals, tournaments, you name it. She is easily consumed in these that she'll treat them as her personal projects even though she may only have been delegated a minor task. She enjoys volunteering in clubs even if she is not a member (whether they asked for help or not), stirring up trouble along the way.
Entertaining:: She is a conversationalist and quite a smooth talker, she lives to socialize and make everyone laugh with her witty remarks. Klaris knows just what to say to stay on everyone's good side and is quite a social butterfly.
Decisive: Should she need to make a choice, Klaris is quick to do so. She acts quickly, and doesn't brood over anything for long. She simply doesn't have the time to waste, with her busy schedule. Klaris is involved in so many things that being able to get things done quickly is a necessity. Additionally, once she makes up her mind, she usually sees things to the end and rarely leaves business unfinished.
Honest: Klaris always presents herself genuinely and takes responsibility for her actions, whether it results in good or bad outcomes. She always does what she thinks is appropriate. Although she often won't openly admit to her mistakes, she acknowledges them internally and resolves to make things right. _____________________________________________________ Flaws: Rash: Klaris is an act first, think later type of girl, and isn't really held back by the possible consequences. This usually lands her in messy situations. She jumps to a fair bit of conclusions, and doesn't take the time to do her research first. She prefers to resolve fights and disagreements as quickly as they form. Klaris also tends to judge a book by it's cover - first impressions really matter to this girl, and how she thinks or feels towards someone will usually depend almost entirely on what events take place when Klaris first meets them.
Fickle: Klaris' feelings towards people and things change as quickly as fashion fads. She gives a new meaning to the phrase, 'in today, gone tomorrow'. Loyalty is not in her vocabulary! Her erratic behaviour is probably a result of a pampered childhood. The simplest things can make her love or hate you, which means she is easily swayed by gifts and compliments even if she was horribly angry just moments before. This makes her fairly easy to manipulate.
Sloppy: Klaris is not someone who pays attention to details, like tucking in her shirts or tying her shoes. She is regularly late for appointments, and she has a profound ability to lose things as soon as they're out of her mind. For Klaris, everything belongs wherever it is convenient to put them at the time, and it's the same with peoples' feelings.
Ego-centric: She values her own opinions and ideas highly, often ignoring other people's contributions. This makes her come off as bossy or sometimes condescending. When in groups with others, she makes them accommodate her whenever possible. She fights for her ideas instead of trying to reach compromises. Klaris doesn't follow instructions well, and has a habit of ignoring what her teachers and parents say. Collar -- A short capelet, two-pointed at the back, as if a triangle was cut into the center, light steel-blue. White stripe on the border. Bow -- An even lighter steel-blue than her collar Bodice -- A shirt, open and flowy at the bottom, covers some of her skirt. Sleeves -- None, but there is a ribbon that wraps around her arms, starting from her bow Brooch -- A light steel blue circle with a horizontal lightning bolt across it like this Bottoms -- Schoolgirl skirt and stockings underneath that go to her thigh Tiara -- White jewel in the center of horizontal lightning bolts on either side, attached to a thin chain which goes over some of her hair but is covered at the back Choker -- light steel-blue ribbon with no decorations Shoes -- Lace up shoes Gloves -- None Accessories -- Silver cuff with glowing jewel on both wrists_____________________________________________________ Attacks:Sailor Scout Attack: Static Orb Herse collects the electrical charges in the air and concentrates them to form a small (ranging 1 - 5cm in diameter) static orb in her palms. She then throws it at the enemy, and like most projectiles, it's direction cannot be changed once thrown. The orb explodes on contact, causing a minor shock, not strong enough do any serious damage. She needs both hands to form the orb and can only form one at a time. This attack works best in cold, dry weather, when static conducts the best, and is less effective when it is warm and humid. It has no effect if the enemy is insulated, ie. in rubber.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Twin Static Orbs Herse can form two orbs from the same electrical charges in the air, one in each hand. The orbs are brighter and do more damage than her sailor scout attack, but still cannot paralyze the enemy. The orbs explode according to Herse's will and dissipates back into the atmosphere if she chooses not to activate them. The orbs can also be used as a source of light, though it won't illuminate more than a few feet around it.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Static Barrage *When she grows into a regular senshi Herse can form a larger ball of static by combining smaller orbs, which floats high above the battlefield and randomly releases shocks down to the battlefield below in a 6 meter radius around the ball. These shocks cause damage and has a small (20%) chance paralyzing the enemy for 5 seconds. Herse can only manipulate where she places the orb and not where the bolts land, making this attack very risky if she or her team are fighting in the same proximity as the enemy and are not protected. The duration of the attack is 60 seconds and completely renders Klaris defenseless when it is active. It requires an immense amount of concentration to maintain and is nullified if she loses focus. She must also be within 8 meters of the ball at all times (giving her a possible 2 meters of safety from her own attack).

Hey =D Just some heads up for you~ I'm not 100% sure that a Lightning Ball, mostly because lightning itself is part of the locked spheres. I don't know if 'lightning ball' is specific enough underneath the lightning sphere. Though! I really do like your first two attacks, so why not just make her the chibi senshi if static o: ? I haven't fully read over your profile yet (taking a break from studying xD), but I just wanted to mention that... Klaris is considered a chibi as you have her now, but -i think- once she reaches the age of 14 and hasn't reached eternal chibi, then she'd be upgraded on the normal templates :3 Just wanted to point this out just in case you wanted her to stay a chibi and give yourself more time to RP <3

I agree with ATHeart. Chibi senshi in general aren't supposed to have very powerful attacks, and rarely have an attack that will cause damage. The "Lightning" part of the concept is definitely locked. But like ATHeart said! Static would be adorable for a chibi!

Thank you for your input! Yes I was actually going for more of a static kind of power, but thought ball lightning may be specific enough to be accepted (it is still such a mysterious phenomena and I think the name for it may just be throwing the magnitude of her power out of proportion) since her power is basically a static ball. Yeah I did want her to be drawn on a normal template eventually, so I consulted with Appeal, and she said that if I made her 13, then it would work~ xD Do you think her attacks would be too powerful? I tried to make them as harmless as I could. XD; The third one would be when she isn't a chibi senshi any more, but I could definitely tweek it if I change her sphere to static.

Oh gooossshhh. You might need an actual person on crit staff to determine if it's too powerful or not in that case... Just because there hasn't been a case of chibis "growing up" before.
I think the part I wasn't too sure about was the use of "bolts" since that paints the image of actual lightning. Being unable to manipulate the bolts makes it more reasonable, but... having it accepted now would mean it was okay for a chibi to have that kind of attack... If you came up with something in its place, or even put it to the side until she became Eternal, I think it would make more sense. Because right now you're making a profile for a chibi, not a regular senshi, so I'd imagine the attacks would have to reflect that. If that makes sense. XD;
But enough about her senshi side!
Her hobbies seem adorable, but is that all she does? I'm sure you already know this, but hobbies can open up doors for lots of plots. The more, well-rounded hobbies a character has, the more chances they'll make some kind of connection with another character. I'm not saying you have to add more hobbies! I just wanted to make sure you knew to keep that in mind. <3
It'll be interesting to see her trying to balance senshi-work into her already super busy schedule! Seeing both "decisive" and "fickle" in her profile made me double take, but I can see how it could work. It would just have to be balanced, or meld together. Quick to decide to... change her mind? lol!

I've changed them from bolts to shocks instead, but like you suggested I think I'll just put them aside for now. Though if I can keep my original sphere, its characteristics vary so much I think I'm going to have to revise a lot. rofl I wasn't sure how to approach her hobbies because they're somewhat random (like doing a lot of things as they come up on a whim), but was thinking something along the lines of meddling in other's business. I can see her often imposing on random clubs doing activities and trying to change things up - "improve them" if you will. xD Yes! That's exactly what I had in mind! I thought it'd be pretty hilarious and frustrating for everyone around her. rofl

I was a bit iffy on ball-lightning too, but after reading the wiki page it seems more like a natural phenomenon akin to St. Elmo's Fire. And there's a senshi of St. Elmo's Fire so it might fly? I'm not too sure.
But I think static can also be a replacement sphere. If her attacks are too powerful for a chibi senshi, you can always make her 14 and make her a normal senshi if you don't mind, since I think I remember reading somewhere that chibis can turn into normal senshi when they hit 14? hope I'm not spewing s**t over here qq

I think though I can't say for -certain- that a sphere can be close at least -sometimes- depending on how the attacks are formed? Like Birhan has a power base very similar to Vulpecuale but their attacks don't overlap! ((Just a colorist who owns Vulpe and RPs a lot with Birhan saying this <3))
I think in -this- case since the wiki says "Ball lightning is often erroneously identified as St. Elmo's fire. They are separate and distinct phenomena." <-- that as long as the attacks aren't dupes of each other that it will be alright?

Unless the ruling has changed from a few months back when I asked about it Ball Lightning is a-okay as a sphere, at least for a regular Senshi. I'm not sure about the strength level of a lightning type sphere for a Chibi though, so you may still want to inquire about that. She looks super cute, good luck! <3

Hello there, welcome to the shop officially. heart I'm going to try to work with you to get your character all stamped and ready to go. I enjoy her hobbies and think she sounds like a wonderfully spirited and rambunctious child. She should be a lot of fun to see in play and I can't wait to see what you do with her. I too was a little worried about Decisive versus Fickle at first, but I can see how they differ from each other, so that should be good to go. I like her Ambitious trait and the way she tries to push herself into everything (and it's fine how it's written out now, just a word of warning). You'll have to be careful about how you word how much control she has on everything. It's fine if she's part of a lot of things, but make sure when she's in rp you aren't putting her in control and behind the scenes of everything and anything. It just isn't realistic for one little 13 year old girl to be in charge of 'the school dance, the play, a fair, a bake sale' all at one time. But as long as you keep it semi realistic it should all be good. I'm really excited to see how her Sloppy trait might sabotauge her ambitions actually. I can't imagine people are super thrilled to let her take charge and be the boss of things if she skimps on details and is often late. XD Anyway, onto powers. I personally think Static is adorable as hell, but Ball Lightning is an acceptable sphere as well, as long as you stay as far as possible away from actual lightning and things that resemble Jupiter's attacks. Her first two powers are beyond adorable and I love them. They're weak enough to be chibi attacks, being more of an annoyance then something that can take someone out. Her final power is a little too strong for a chibi (but I understand you don't plan for her to be a chibi by eternal stage). I am willing to make a compromise here. I am willing to accept this quest with these three powers on the understanding that she will have to age up to a regular senshi before her eternal stage.If for some reason you grow her to eternal stage still as a chibi you MAY NOT use this eternal power and will have to submit a new power for her before using it.
If you go with the plan you have to have her a chibi for regular and super stage but age up to a regular senshi by eternal stage you'll have a small extra requirement rp for her eternal stage. Just bug me closer to that time and I'd be happy to discuss it with you and help you out with it as necessary.Let me know that all of this is satisfactory for you and if so I'll be happy to stamp thing. :3
