it depends really what part of the avi you are looking for
for face you can try:
generals beard
mall cop mustache
gro-gain makes you super hairy
shadowlegend/secret retreat are the go to muscle items
wingding shirt gives you muscles too although its under the shirt
same for the tsunami ko shirt
heartbreaker has a leather harness
the fundoshi if you wanna be a little more au naturale~ twisted
really i think any item can be 'bara' its how you view your avatar
like if you wanna wear just a longcoat and some skimpy undies (the new boxer briefs in rubys rack have great bulges btw), then get some art of that avi but tell the artist you'd like your character more muscular/bigger/fatter whatever end of the bara spectrum you like
